The circuses must again come under our banner! The tsiriks are soldiers in Mongolian style. So they were called in the eighties when I lived there. It's good in Mongolia!

If not us, then the Chinese will occupy Mongolia.

Vladimir! hi A friend of mine told me that in Mongolia there was an unmeasured amount of fish in the ponds - they sacred and inviolable, like a cow among the Indians. It's true ?

I’ll insert my 5 cents. So, the director of the museum of nomadic cultures says that they don’t eat fish, because you can’t eat animals without fur. They often recall Genghis Khan, namely the fact that at one time he was forced to eat fish. I recommend watching videos on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YEY01Z74Fts

And the Americans, as always, will not mind.
Located between Russia and China, Mongolia considers the United States its “third neighbor." In 1990, a democratic regime was established in Mongolia and since then the country has held presidential and parliamentary elections. The United States seeks to help Mongolia in the implementation of market reforms, as well as expand relations with it in the cultural and economic fields. In 2003, Mongolia sent its troops to Iraq, they were there until October 2008. As of 2013, 345 Mongolian soldiers are serving in Afghanistan.http://http-wikipediya.ru/wiki/Американо-монгольс

Hm. Did not know. This word was met only once: "Do the war cynics want? The answer is ready for those soldiers who are drunk on the board. The answer is ready for the foreman that he drank everything he could - from the sword belt to the boots.", But somehow it did not occur to me that there are Mongolian roots)

That would be right — that is, to modern-day Mongolia it is part of Genghis Khan’s empire — and has a common past with both Russia and Kazakhstan and Central Asia — much more mentally closer to us than to China

This is evidenced by the attitude towards the Mongols among the Turks of the steppes - take at least a Kazakh, at least a Bashkir, at least a Tuvinian, etc. - treat them as fraternal people - although the Mongols are not related to all of us at all - they are relatives to the Buryats

And also remember what invaluable help the Mongols rendered in the most difficult years of 1941 - 42
And how they, along with Soviet troops, fought with the Japanese

In 1984, he participated in such exercises in Mongolia. Then this country hit us. I can say that the menu of the Mongolian soldier surprised me. He was supposed to 700 gr. meat daily in different forms. I have the honor.
