In turn, Dmitry Nesterov, member of the Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on cadet education, chairman of the Moscow Suvorovtsi public organization, said that it is necessary to radically strengthen work with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on issues of cadet education in Russia. “I note that in the framework of the execution of the order of the President of the Russian Federation dated January 28, 2016, an interdepartmental Council on cadet education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation was created. Council created to revive historical cadet education in Russia, ”he recalled.

As Dmitry Nesterov said, not a single position related to the development of cadet education in Russia has been created in the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. “In addition, the development of cadet education in the country and the improvement of the work of cadet educational organizations under the existing legal field is impossible, and requires substantial changes to the current legislation or the creation of a special law (normative act) on cadet education in Russia. It is for this purpose that the cadet education must be given appropriate state status, ”added Dmitry Nesterov.

Summing up the meeting, the participants expressed their desire to unite all the Cadet organizations into one structure for coordinated work, as well as comprehensively prepare for the Vth General Child Congress of the open community of Suvorov, Nakhimov, Cadet of Russia (OS SNRC), which will be held next year in Tver.

According to the results of the conference, a resolution was developed and approved on the need to develop the cadet movement in Russia and support for cadet education. Cadets of different generations - veterans and current civil servants, now performing their duty to the Fatherland in various military, law enforcement and civilian civil service posts, are united in convincing and understanding the value of Cadet education as one of the factors guaranteeing Russia's successful historical future, strengthening the state and well-being people.
