Sniper pistol from an engineer from Chuvashia

72
Engineer Andrei Nikolaev, who lives in Chuvashia, invented the pistol sniper complex "Lira" and presented it at the Moscow exhibition "Interpolitech-2016", reports Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

According to the developer, “the complex is intended for sniper fire from pistols of the type PM, Pistol Yarygin, Glock, TT and ATP at distances that are two to three times greater than the aimed range of fire.”

That is, instead of 25-50 m, the target will be struck by the distance in 100-300 m, “in accordance with the ballistics of the cartridge specially developed for sniper fire”.

It also announces the possibility of firing from behind shelter with the help of "Lyra". On the complex are installed the strips for sights of the type Weaver or “dovetail”, as well as the mount for the flashlight.

Experts were skeptical of the invention, pointing out that in reality the gun would be “extremely inaccurate because of the short barrel and the grip with one hand.”

Delusions of inflamed consciousness! A short barrel, a bulky sight, a weak cartridge, this all reduces this replica joke to complete zero, add to this the lack of stability when shooting (no stock!), And with increased stability it will become even more cumbersome. It is not easier then to stupidly use submachine guns, which were abandoned after the Second World War, in the direction of a more effective weapon and cartridge. This is the same as a sewing machine, in addition to making an apparatus but inflating balls. Apparently this person from Chuvashia is a troll of the 80th level, there are no other reasonable explanations.

And the whole meaning of the gun, as such, is also lost. There is no compactness. This is from a series of the most ridiculous inventions, in the USA there is even such a book like "Guinness".

The Israelis have a more interesting and useful adaptation:

CornerShot turns a pistol into a short-barreled rifle, for firing at targets from around the corner.
For CornerShot, most self-loading and automatic pistols are suitable, such as the Glock 17/18/19, SIG Sauer P226 / 228, Browning Hi-Power, Beretta M9 / 92F / M93R and many others ..

Supersound is the key issue of silent weapons!
You can’t hide it anywhere (unless you raise the air density).
And you have to solve the problem in another way - to increase the weight (and momentum) of the bullet - as in the "Vintorez" or "Exhaust". And the barrel here, in principle, should be short - it still does not accelerate the bullet to 330 m / s (the speed of sound in the air).

For special services there are VSK-94, VAL, Vintorez - lightweight, practical, with great slaughter power. And looking at this complex you are thinking about using it as a brass knuckle. It is especially funny to hear about installing this on a PM. IMHO.

And they did the right thing. This requires its own ammunition with improved ballistics, however, as the author of the invention it is not entirely clear. Even the famous "Mauser" K-96 at 100 m bullet deflection reached 4 cm and this with a long barrel and a powerful cartridge.

Such a grief of inventors causes only a smile)) It is strange that no one was embarrassed, that a short-barreled pistol, in principle, cannot have a bunch of firing, and therefore there is no sense in an optical sight at all, because you aim precisely, and then you’ll be surprised how the flight bullet is not at all there where you aim. Who is the same execution to put it mildly with a hammer on the knee of some pieces of metal.

Confused, confused! Do not doubt! Experts were the first to be confused by this, so they were "skeptical" rather than "laughing wildly on the floor." Only one optics in length exceeding the length of the entire pistol immediately makes any talk about the merits of this device not serious. At least the shooter can see that he missed again! lol

It seems I am also an inventor, I also have an idea - to make a machine gun from a pistol. It’s just that the machine-gun belt needs to be attached to the gun as on Maxim and here’s the gun Maxim. True, the bucket should be placed next to water to cool periodically.

as well as a mount for the flashlight.
For a lantern ... At three hundred meters, it will be possible to first light a flashlight, after which the target, having seen this device
will die of laughter, and problems with accuracy will no longer be important ...
For some reason, I remembered the Tale of the Troika.
“Here, please, see the heuristic machine,” said the old man, “an accurate electronic-mechanical device for answering any questions, namely, scientific and economic ones.” How does she work for me? Not having enough funds and being kicked off by various bureaucrats, it is not completely automated with me. Questions are asked verbally, and I print them and bring her in, I bring, so to speak, to her attention. Its answer, again through incomplete automation, I type again. In a way, an intermediary, hehe!

This product reminded me of the Ukropitek creations in the form of combat "shupanzers". This is how you have to be illiterate in the issue of weapons? Well, I understand to make squirrels for a joke to shoot squirrels or from pieces of paper. But to seriously declare this to a serious public? Only the "old man" believes in this, he is like a local madman. And they do not drive, and it seems like, for the sake of laughter they hold. Pay attention to the processing of sharp corners .. You see, the master gnawed it with his teeth, probably from a piece of aluminum. Do not forget to fasten the iron strips with screws. For beauty, mostly. But seriously .. Is this a "accurate" and "sniper" shot at 300 meters for a 9/19 Luger cartridge from a 4,5 inch barrel? Can you imagine a ballistic curve at this distance? The fall ? Energy? Spread? From these "inventions" even the sharovar-chubaty and stubborn mass it is clear that we are still fraternal peoples.
