CSTO collective rapid reaction forces

The collective rapid reaction force (CRRF) is a joint military force of the CSTO member countries. It is assumed that the Collective Rapid Reaction Forces will be in a state of constant readiness to counter emergency situations, as well as military aggression, terrorism, organized crime and drug trafficking.

CSTO forces - what are they? Until now, except for the Russian military, no one else has been observed in theaters of action. They stand to the side, fingering handkerchiefs in their hands. In exercises - YES are present, but in real combat situations - "nashahataskraiu" (despite the fact that we arm them, dress them, train and pay).
