Private Ukrainian company will present in Kiev armored "Otaman"

On the 11 October opening in Kiev military exhibition “Zbroya and Bezpeka”, private NPO Praktika will present a prototype of the Otaman 6x6 armored vehicle, the blog reports bmpd with a link on the page “Join Ukraine” in Facebook.
“The Otaman 6x6” is a wheeled armored personnel carrier with a completely new chassis of the NPO “Praktika”. The total combat weight of the vehicle is up to 16 tons, capacity in the version of the 10 armored personnel carrier man (including the crew), the landing of the landing force through the stern ramp. The machine was developed according to the requirements of the armed forces on a floating machine of the appropriate class, and in the base version should be equipped with two water cannons, ”the message says.
At the exhibition, the car will be presented in the version of the “fire support machine”. According to bloggers, the tarpaulin-enclosed tower is similar to the one that was mounted on the 2C1 “Carnation” self-propelled gun with a 122-mm howitzer.
It is also reported that the Kiev Praktika will present at the exhibition “more than ten samples of armored vehicles of its development, including the Kozak 2 armored car; amphibious armored car "Kozak 2M-D"; reconnaissance armored vehicle "Kozak 2M-P"; armored car "Kozak 3"; Light armored car "Kozak 4"; Lightweight armored car for special forces "Kozak 5"; armored ambulance; armored vehicle MAZ-6317; armored platforms "Otaman 6x6" and "Otaman 8x8" ”.
