Vladimir Putin: Russia sends a humanitarian convoy to Donbass in cooperation with the ICRC

Russian President Vladimir Putin held telephone talks with the head of the European Commission, Jose Manuel Barroso. Putin said that the consequences of the punitive operation of Kiev in the Donbas are of catastrophic proportions, and the people of the south-eastern regions need humanitarian assistance. ITAR-TASS with reference to the Kremlin’s press service reports that Russia is sending a humanitarian convoy to the Donbass, which has been agreed with the ICRC (International Committee of the Red Cross).

Vladimir Putin: Russia sends a humanitarian convoy to Donbass in cooperation with the ICRC

A few hours ago, news agencies disseminated information according to which the shipment of a Russian humanitarian convoy to the Donbass was agreed upon by Moscow and Kiev. Around the same time, Barroso spoke by telephone with Poroshenko's “president of Ukraine”. The press service of Poroshenko said that there was talk about the resumption of trilateral negotiations on gas. Perhaps it could also be about Russian humanitarian aid for Donbass.

Materials have appeared in the Ukrainian media that state that under the guise of humanitarian aid, Putin is sending to the Donbass weapon. In connection with the reaction of ukroSMI to the humanitarian mission and those who are in power in Ukraine, Russia should expect a provocation against representatives of this mission.

I hope the convoy under the guise of the Russian air force, special forces, and the tank division would not hurt to cover the convoy in the steppes of Donbass!

and the entire Black Sea fleet and especially the submarine fleet as cover.

The columns left. 280 trucks is about 4 thousand tons! Serious help. These are not gazelles crossing the border, hopping through the bushes.
In a couple of days we will find out what the junta will try to say. It’s a pity that you can’t escort them with armor and send the Pantsirs in a column. The Red Cross, however, is no-zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. It just hurts my teeth. Why can they do everything?

According to him, as reported by RBC Ukraine, the convoy with humanitarian aid sent from the Russian Federation is not certified by the International Committee of the Red Cross. “A column that is not certified will not enter Ukraine,” Lysenko said.

What is there to know? The Kiev junta will start screaming about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the mattresses will support them. It looks like the war is entering a hot stage. Only a preventive nuclear strike on the United States can calm these bastards.

This convoy is a good kick to Obama. When we announced our intention to send a humanitarian convoy, Obama and this American young lady at the UN started shouting: “Just try, we’ll consider it an invasion!” And yesterday Putin simply informed, and not Obama, but only Hollande - “we are sending a convoy.” The impression is that VVP publicly pulled a cap on Obama’s nose

Now the news has passed, 280 Kamaz vehicles left Alabino. It will take them 3 days to reach the border; there will be no military escort. At the border, they stand under the sign of the International Red Cross and go across the border to Donetsk and Lugansk.
I wonder how they will lead this convoy across Russia, after all, these are not three Kamaz trucks!
Or will they split the column somehow??? Will there be traffic police escort?!
Now eyewitnesses are writing: “The column is huge, it seems about three kilometers long. When I have the opportunity, I’ll take a photo.”

280 EMERCOM trucks with Russian humanitarian cargo were sent to eastern Ukraine

Early this morning, a convoy of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, consisting of 280 trucks, left Naro-Fominsk near Moscow, carrying humanitarian cargo with a total weight of 2 thousand tons to civilians in eastern Ukraine, where the military operation of the Ukrainian military is ongoing. The dispatch of essential items was previously coordinated with the International Committee of the Red Cross.

A humanitarian convoy for residents of eastern Ukraine, where Kyiv is conducting a military operation against the Donbass militia, is already on its way. The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations equipped a convoy of 280 trucks, which left for the southwestern border of Russia from Naro-Fominsk near Moscow, ITAR-TASS reports.

They are carrying a total of 2 thousand tons of humanitarian cargo, including 400 tons of cereals, 100 tons of sugar, 62 tons of baby food, 54 tons of medical equipment and medicine, as well as 12 thousand sleeping bags and 69 power plants of various capacities.

You can minus and call it what you want, but this “humanitarian convoy,” in my opinion, is the last hope of Little Russia. Or maybe it's already too late...
We can rejoice at the isolated successes of the militia, but we must face the truth: the territory controlled by the militia is steadily shrinking. Superiority in manpower and technology eventually takes its toll. In addition, Little Russia never managed to create an army with centralized control, planning and supply. There is also no purposeful guerrilla war with widespread cutting of troop supply routes (although this is of course not Balorussia with its forests).
The fate of the current republics will be decided in the coming days: either a fading guerrilla war or counterattacks and the collapse of the ATO.

I agree that the situation is terrible. This convoy should have been sent two months ago, and then sent on an ongoing basis. The wave could have solved the headache of the militia, at least regarding food.

But Novorossiya can still be pulled out. Achieve recognition of the fact of civil war. Break through the information blockade. Legitimize volunteers, give them at least minimal guarantees. Facilitate the influx of volunteers from countries outside the CIS. Deploy full-fledged medical assistance to Novorossiya, since the Red Cross has already joined in.

Yes, a lot of things can and should be done. And immediately.

If they go through the Kharkov region, and not directly to Lugansk, then I deeply doubt that most of the cargo will not be stolen: Kiev will say - if you want to go to Lugansk - Donetsk, unload half of the mulberries, I have a lot of refugees here too...
And when they go through the territory of the ATO, there is general chaos there... There, the Nazis from Azov, Aidarov, Dnieper and Donbass can expropriate everything, who the hell says a word to them.
In my opinion, it’s a bad idea to carry humanitarian aid through Ukraine...

      Dream, or something...
There are three people in the truck cabs, young and military-looking.
Plus support vehicles with spare parts and repair equipment and repair personnel.
Are trucks also humanitarian aid? Okay, if that's the case.
They arrive, unload, and all the personnel with the trucks remain in the militia.
Good humanitarian aid and assistance to the militia. Whoever wants (with whom it is agreed) returns...

Minus for a nuclear strike. Even if it’s a warning one. Why do you want to destroy peaceful people? There are the same workers, artists, scientists, children. There are many Russians living and working in the USA, as well as many other nationalities. In WWII, our army did not destroy all the Germans. In response, we may also receive a nuclear strike.

There are just a few people who hate RUSSIA in the USA, here’s how to get to them.

And to be honest, we began to change little by little. Slowly they began to change. Even on the website, something like unity is already evident.

Gentlemen, it just seems to me that if the convoy doesn’t arrive, there will be a war. That's all. And understand for yourself - 280 vehicles is a lot... What if it’s just the National Guard and not the Ukrainian Armed Forces that strike at them? In general, then it will probably start in full force.

Of course, the situation with this humanitarian aid is interesting. The Ukrops won’t let the convoy cross the border... but they promise to deliver it to the “recipient” after reloading... are you kidding me? let's project this onto another war...-USSR, Siege Leningrad, the Germans laid siege, they are coming to the German positions mmmm well, let's put it this way: "a certain organization of a third party that did not take part in the war, sympathized with provisions for the exhausted. Naturally, they are not allowed in, but they are responsibly assured that you say lay everything out here and go home, and we will send everything intact and safe to the people of Leningrad. (So people) And they will add: “You still bring it, otherwise they are very hungry there.”

Barack Obama confirmed the intention of the United States to take an active part in the international humanitarian mission. "

The representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Andre Lörsch, said that the organization was surprised by reports of a convoy of humanitarian aid being sent from Russia for residents of eastern Ukraine. “Indeed, all parties agreed in principle that Russia, with the support of the Red Cross, would deliver humanitarian aid to Ukraine. The parties came to the conclusion that humanitarian aid should be transferred to the ICRC so that our employees would distribute it. After that, we tried get from the Russian government a specific list of what it provides as humanitarian aid, be it medicine, food or other things. However, we have not received this list yet. That is why we were so surprised by the news that all “a humanitarian aid convoy has been sent,” he noted.

It is already known that the humanitarian cargo will not pass through the territories adjacent to Lugansk or Donetsk, but will be cleared through customs at one of the points in the Kharkov region

NEWSRU.ua quotes Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Valery Chaly, who said at a briefing that humanitarian cargo from Russia will be cleared through customs and reloaded onto vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross.

In this case, the transfer must take place at an official point on the Ukrainian border. The point is that we ourselves determine who needs help, distribute it ourselves, maintain independence and work in accordance with our accepted criteria, said Andre Lersch, a representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross.

In this case, those affected by the military operation in the southeast will not receive any humanitarian aid! Unless there is another convoy that will go through all sorts of gullies directly to Donetsk and Lugansk, but along a different route...

My purely personal opinion: the convoy, alas, will not arrive. He has no military cover. Representatives of the International Red Cross will scatter at the first shot towards our KAMAZ trucks (perhaps they even know where and when this will happen). Result: 280 of the latest heavy-duty trucks and two thousand tons of food and medicine will go to the Ukrainian fascists... Moreover, they will stuff MANPADS, mortars and other weapons and ammunition into the trucks, and film it all on video. The provocation will turn out no worse than with the downing of the Malaysian airliner... I really want to be wrong in my forecast, but knowing who rules in Kyiv, it is difficult to be optimistic.

The junta stated that they would accept humanitarian aid, but they would not allow 280 KAMAZ vehicles into the dill territory??????????????? The humanitarian aid will be reloaded onto other vehicles, which means they will screw up the RK and the aid will not reach its destination. Well, this option cannot be ruled out: “Kiev’s absolutely calm attitude towards the humanitarian convoy heading towards Novorossiya suggests that it received all possible guarantees that the convoy would not contain “invasion forces” and military cargo to the militia. It should be understood, however, that that Poroshenko’s punitive operation is aimed precisely at the mass extermination of the population of Donbass and Lugansk - and therefore sudden kindness and agreement to save them can only mean that other guarantees have been received that more than suit the Nazis” - this version was expressed by the portal “Russian Spring” " http://www.novoross.info/politiks/28270-versiya-solyut-li-oligarhi-strelkova.htm
