On the issue of the premiere and teachers

139
Ladies and gentlemen! Recently, on the "Military Review" flashed several articles on the education system. Reading the articles themselves and comments to them, I noticed that many do not quite know the situation and do not understand the issue under discussion. The stereotypes of 90's and the first half of zero years dominate strongly - everything falls apart, there is no money.

Believe me, there are a lot of problems in the education system, but everything is not so terrible at the same time. I know this as an employee of an educational institution. I work for the second year, before that I worked in organizations that are far from education.

Well, okay, this is, as they say, a proverb, and here is a fairy tale. On the Internet, including on the website "Military Review", the question of Dmitry Medvedev's words addressed to teachers with a proposal to go into business is strongly discussed. To be honest, I am not happy with our prime minister, but in this situation, I believe that his answer is quite normal and, moreover, the answer of a person who knows what he is talking about.

Let's take it in order: Gadzhi Kurbanov said that teachers receive within 10-15 thousands of rubles, and this is very little. At the same time, facts of the fact that in the “West” the teacher and the doctor are very good, immediately come to mind. This is really true, confusing another, but the specified 10-15 thousands per month, is this also true? Hand on heart, I will say yes! However, it is necessary to take into account a number of nuances.

A teacher’s salary depends on many factors. Well, for example, the salary can be 6000 (six thousand) rubles, and the salary in 4-6 is more than once. In addition to salary, in the formation of earnings play a big role "hours", that is, the number of lessons. The 40-45 lesson of minutes is “an hour”, the student “couple” is two hours. Surcharge is made for each hour. In order to receive 10 thousand rubles per month, it is enough to come to work three times a week and read for two hours. That is, it came to the 8 clock, and in 10 it is already free. I read two lessons, filled out a journal, and that’s it! So three times a week. Forced to quit four times, no problem, get 15 thousands. I see no reason to pay more in this situation (perhaps this is a biased opinion of a person who works 5 days a week from 8 to 17 hours, in general 40 hours according to the Labor Code of the RF).

There are a minority of such teachers in any educational institution, the maximum is 10% of the entire teaching staff. At the same time, these people most often combine work, or it’s just additional income. For example, we have an assistant deputy director for water resources management (educational work) three times a week. A sort of mass entertainer. Three times a week he collects talents in the assembly hall, where they sing, dance, etc., etc. Then (about once a month) perform in front of a wide audience. By the way, if there is a problem with the volume of knowledge of modern children (well, against the background of us “Soviet”), then everything is fine with talents, especially if you show assistance.

So this trick maker works 6 hours per week and gets 8-10 thousand per month. What he does in his spare time, I don’t know, maybe where he works.

In addition, there are a couple of teachers with the same schedule (the teachers, however, the schedule), but these people either earn extra money, that is, they have a main job elsewhere, or they are comfortable with their retirement pension. Not much troublesome, but also an extra penny to retirement.

Most often, these are specialists of a very narrow profile, for example, "Life Safety" is read by a military retiree.

However, the question of Haji Kurbanov was about young teachers. Young teachers who have specialized education will immediately be given more hours, so the salary of about 20 thousand is guaranteed. At the same time, there is considerable growth that Medvedev spoke about. You can increase the number of hours if a person is purposeful, has pedagogical and administrative skills, this is real. A normally demanded teacher who goes to work every day receives 25-30 thousand rubles.

You can continue to get a cabinet (classroom), I mean the room, and get an increase in wages.

Especially a large surcharge, if you instruct the classroom management (supervision). With educational talent and administrative skills (there is enough red tape, but the main thing is “education”!) It is quite possible to achieve this. Wages will be from 30 thousand rubles.

Well, things like service will not be analyzed, since the question was about “young” specialists.

So the young teacher can pass the above path in the period from 2 to 5 years. It all depends on his responsibility, discipline, pedagogical and educational talent. It may be faster, but this is necessary on the advice of the prime minister in the field of business. It is believed that the merchants row money Nemer, it is true that they forget that every second one goes bankrupt at the very beginning, but this is not the case.

In principle, Medvedev said the same thing, only in general terms, and it is correct, because the meeting was in the format of a press conference, and not a lecture hall on a specialized topic.

Now in the period of the international information war, when so much dirt flies into our state, people, society, and is not deserved or indiscriminately, when our failures and failures are noticed, and with relish it is relieved, we must try not to rush into ourselves.

How many such things are walking on the Internet, for example, in Russia, pension 8-9 thousand. And you can not prove to anyone that about 5% of pensioners receive such a pension, most often, who did not work at all, and receive old age. The bulk, about 80%, receives from 12 thousands and more. But the figure is exaggerated 7, 8, well, 9 thousands, as the maximum.

Another example is about the same Medvedev, but also about pensions. This is when "there is no money, but you hold on." When there was a surge of publications on this topic, I, without reading, for one headline, I thought that the pension was canceled altogether. No, well, the truth was such an impression, and not on the Ukrainian, but on our sites, that everything was gone, there is no money even for pensioners, in general, we are merging the country.

It turns out that there is no money for indexing pensions. A pension as received, and will receive. However, since Medvedev is not popular in the country, it means that you can pour dirt.

I remember from the classics "Over whom you laugh, you laugh at yourself." Yes, yes, this is our prime minister, although we did not tame him. Although the presidents elected. But in any case it is not necessary to throw a stone at themselves once more without understanding.

Personally, my opinion is that the prime minister and the president are really “tandem”, just one where victory and achievement, the second where it is not desirable to soil oneself, but it is necessary to do these unpopular, sometimes not even clear things.

Now they pay a lot of attention to "fakes", and so the best way to deal with them is the ability to sort out the issue before believing in it, let alone expressing one’s opinion.

Yes, the author showed in the article that you can earn 20 and 30 thousand, but, excuse me, but what about free personal time, time for husband / wife, children? To really earn 30 thousand it is also necessary to sit at home in the evening, prepare for tomorrow!
And at current prices, teachers are really hard. Of course, I’m not talking about Moscow and other megacities, where things are more favorable with ZP.

By the way, for many years we have been asserted that money in the country is not enough due to the fact that our Central Bank does not submit to the government by constitution.
Maybe it’s time to create a petition, send it to both the president and the government, asking for an official comment, why our Central Bank does not obey the state, what steps are being taken to change the situation ??

Aleksey, here you are wrong, the teacher is 5 years old and his status should be higher on him. I read that you should be at work, I am impressive as a welder myself, but I constantly bite with multi-station tools and it doesn’t lead to big earnings, it only corrupts the bosses.

Well, for the worked 8 hours a day + work at home (forced), isn’t it supposed to pay with dignity,

This is an obvious fact, here it is neither subtract nor add: the remuneration of the teacher must be decent - despite the fact that the quality of the teacher's work must be at its best. And no 30 thousand, declared by the BUROKRAT in the article, does not shine a light on a teacher who works on one rate, fulfilling - ATTENTION! - 18 LEARNING HOURS PER WEEK! Why does Mr. Bureaucrat, who has been "working for TWO YEARS" in education, and obviously NOT a teacher, does not specify such a "small" detail? According to the Labor Code, more than 18 teaching hours a week is a violation of the Law. But only thanks to an increase in the number of these hours - that is, working for wear and tear, which means, damaging the quality of education - a teacher can reach the cherished 30 thousand in the salary, the "average salary for the region." FOR ONE.
Analysis of the article can continue indefinitely. Perhaps the only thing we can agree with is that
do not once again throw a stone at yourself without understanding.
Only you need to understand objectively, and not write "bloopers" like
Especially a big surcharge if you instruct the classroom management
In reality, such a surcharge is a "penny" against the general background, despite the fact that responsibility adds - "Mom, do not worry!"

what kind of teachers, in general, are we talking about? You look at the university entrance, I know firsthand. they cannot answer questions for grades 5-7. in the word "...." that they write on the fences, they manage to make three mistakes. and further in the text: it is necessary to train a teacher for five years, and a welder? ... an intelligent welder, perhaps longer. and now look on the labor market for a teacher and ... a station wagon operator.

And you yourself carefully read it, according to the comment I doubt very much, and the idea of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation

P.S. The Central Bank of the Russian Federation is the property of the Russian Federation, that is, the State! ... and all its assets including ...

And this generally stumped me. Actually, the CBR seems to be a state institution and its assets, too, but the devil is in the details. When the Constitution of the Russian Federation was written, the Central Bank assigned a separate role, the only way to influence the Central Bank manager is to confirm whether or not his conditional status (more precisely, to agree according to the law) and that’s all, no further influence on this person (such as withdraw from the loss of confidence), the President of the Russian Federation cannot, but this leader is responsible for the money supply and finances of the country for the interest rate and other trifles of this kind.
It’s good that the VP is trying all sorts of cunning schemes to try to solve issues without changing the Constitution, but what if the next president will not be able to do this and what then?
By the way, you know how the money supply in the Russian Federation is regulated (very interestingly, by the way), first the Central Bank buys dollars, and then it issues rubles for this amount of currency. And that the most interesting thing is all according to the law, it was originally conceived, i.e. even the number of banknotes or non-cash rubles, we ourselves cannot print or issue to anyone as we like (here the Fed issued toli 10 toli 12 trillion dollars - the data are different in 2008 to pay off the crisis), but we cannot.
          This is me about that

there are not stupid people wrote ... but

Did stupid people come up with such a Constitution of the Russian Federation, but no, they are far from stupid.

Well, okay, what am I for? Before you write such harsh comments like "Around everything around in dyu um and here I appear all in white" you just need to be in the subject. ... ... ... ...

            - Well, here either keep the ratio of currencies, or print on all the paper that comes to hand (somewhere in Africa this happens, there they give billions of local tugriks for ye).
The Central Bank is not controlled by the government. And it is right. Otherwise, the costs will be unlimited, without regard to income from activities.
The Central Bank has "printed" rubles already ready for a long time, it puts into circulation as much as possible in exchange for dollars without a sharp drop in the exchange rate

Our teachers are not poor, and pensioners do not starve ... I know firsthand ...

But the prime minister does not know how to talk with ordinary people at all, he is far from real life ...

I generally agree with the author and his article, except for one thing: there is no need to defend the LADY ... It seems to me that there is such a simple Russian word: "zazhralis" ...

Second, to the author, two years spent at school can be counted on army money as a "spirit" after a course of a young soldier and demobilization, ie. a teacher with more significant experience. Hmm ... You can, of course, be ironic ...

But 12000 rubles in Moscow and the same amount in the province are far from clear ...
For Moscow, this is a hungry existence, people in the province somehow live on this money ... And - not only on retirement ...

Recently my classmates visited me ... They live now in Moscow ... After gatherings (3-4 hours), on the way home, they gave a ride to a young couple (husband and wife) ... Well, we talked on the way ... They are extremely surprised that the husband earns 15000, and the wife - 8000, and they don’t complain, they say: we have enough ... They called me back and asked: "Is this true?" ... I answered: "Unfortunately, yes." ...

Here it is necessary to ironic over WHO and HOW this consumer basket and the minimum wage are calculated ...
It’s necessary to ironic that our leaders stupidly tolerate tracing paper from Western countries to our country and society ... Key word: "stupid" ... Absolutely not considering that Russia is not Europe and not America ...

Even you first of all transferred pension rubles to bucks ...

But after 25 years of the existence of Russia in a new guise, it has already been proven many times that all these stupid copies only bring harm ... And first of all, this affected the mortgage and the Unified State Exam, which in the West have long been recognized as unsuccessful in essence, but ours are all implemented equally ...

Speaking about the fact that their pensions allow them to make cruises all over the world, and our pensioners are "starving", they forget that THERE the future pensioner SAM saves a significant part of his pension, accumulates ...

And every year we are perverted with these pension reforms, and at the end - zilch ...
First of all - for the reason that this unfortunate pension fund is plundered with enviable regularity once every 1,5 - 2 years ...
More precisely, first of all, due to the fact that all these pension reforms are not thought out at all, they are molded on the knee by someone unknown, by those people who are not responsible for anything ...

Next are the children. I can't put it in quarter 2 because you break the CBR plans, where they will start dragging you to meetings with the boss, you cannot make a remark in the classroom - the parent is right there with the director "Our child is the most, but you are spreading rot." You always have to be careful in your speech, because they can write you on the phone, which you cannot withdraw (private property), after that there is a cut in programs and voila, the finished video about you is ready. Personally, there was no one about me, but I saw at least 5-6 about teachers edited videos, where gaps (removal of student provocations) are clearly visible and the rest where the teacher swears. Children know their rights and do not know their responsibilities. It is in such an environment that you have to work.
And returning once again to the salary, that would have to live I have to work in a second job i.e. total income of 23 thousand despite the fact that I give all the best. And you author say that everything is so good. It would be nice if the teacher working at his main job did not think about somewhere and he had a hack and a salary of 25-30 thousand. stereotypes of the 90s and the first half of zero - everything falls apart, there is no money.

Here you, the author, are wrong. Basically, the conversation is not about lack of money, but about the approach to secondary education. Every new Minister of Education in our country really wants to perpetuate himself in the history of the reorganization of this education. Hence the main problems. Let's be objective and finally acknowledge that the solid three-yards of the times of the USSR are much more educated than today's even the excellent pupil. The total amount of knowledge in the main subjects (times of the USSR) is much less, and sometimes causes enormous bitterness. Surveys show that current graduates do not know not only the classics of Russian literature, the main historical dates, but they are already confused who fought with whom in the 2nd World War. In order to receive 10 thousand rubles per month, it is enough to come to work three times a week and read for two hours. That is, it came to the 8 clock, and in 10 it is already free. I read two lessons, filled out a journal, and that’s it!

If the director of any studies. institution provides this option to work, then he needs to put a monument. In the vast majority of cases "read two lessons, filled out a journal", and on top of that there is a bunch of reports: a journal report, an electronic diary report, lesson plans, reports on the preparation of lesson plans, a report on educational work, a report on interaction with students' parents, a report on maintaining a teacher's website, a report about a report about a report, etc. And in the end, where it is two o'clock, there are already 5-6. And we shouldn't forget that any self-respecting teacher needs to prepare for the next working day, and this also takes time. No, you can, of course, and "on residual knowledge", but there are different schools, and teachers too ...

The author does not know what he is talking about. With his, yes, Medvedev’s opinion, in a few years our education will be reduced to the primitive - to count to 1000, read, and put up a list, everything else will have to pay well; ordinary people cannot pay well. As a result, we get serfdom as under the kings only in a new shell.

For example, we have an assistant to the deputy director for water resources management (educational work) three times a week. A sort of mass entertainer. Three times a week he collects talents in the assembly hall, where they sing, dance, etc., etc. Then (about once a month) they speak to a wide audience. So this mass-entertainer works 6 hours a week and receives 8-10 thousand a month. What he does in his free time, I don’t know, maybe even where he works.

In principle, everything is clear with the author, he has only the most superficial idea of the school. My wife works as a deputy for the Department of Internal Affairs, so I know for sure that this, as the author put it, "mass entertainer" does not work 6 hours a week (six-day week), but 36 hours officially, but actually every day for 8-10 hours. True, he gets the same 8-10 thousand at the same time. And he does not sing songs at work. And in order to feed the family, he also moonlights with a technical assistant. So la-la is not necessary.

Lenin commented on the situation earlier and more honestly:
“Russia is poor when it comes to the salaries of folk teachers. They are paid pitiful pennies.
Russia is poor in order to pay honest workers of public education, but Russia is very rich in order to throw millions and tens of millions on parasites of nobility, on military adventures, on handouts to sugar refiners and oil kings, and the like. "V.I. Lenin, vol.23 p. 129.

So we judge by deeds, and DAM has never had any good positive deeds. As well as his (our) liberal government, representing the Jewish carnival. Basically, these figures make anti-people and anti-social decisions.
Plus, the constant systematic arrogant lies in the eyes of the people.
In addition, I sincerely and reasonably DO NOT BELIEVE that LADIES are "OUR", as the author claims. He is the same "our", like the entire liberal post-perestroika camarilla, which brazenly robbed the country from the belly, taking advantage of all sorts of preferences. Now they have to turn around, puff out their cheeks and pretend that they are doing something.
LADIES we did not tame and did not even choose. It is surprising that such a person, whose ceiling is maximum the chairman of the collective farm or the secretary of the rural district committee, suddenly turned out to be the prime minister and president. You can’t deceive people - you can smell an alien essence from the inside. The prime minister of a country like Russia should be a FIGURE! Charismatic and effective, and not this small incomprehensible creature. And so as not to throw stones - either do the thing, or have a conscience, will and courage - make room for a truly worthy receiver. And worthy husbands in Russia are still enough for two hundred years!

I would also like to raise the issue of kindergarten teachers (in fact, almost the same teachers). So, my wife works as a kindergarten teacher. Teaching experience for 6 years. About 12 thousand are getting clean on their hands (and this is with all the northern and district coefficients). In order to get these 12 thousand, she needs to work one shift every 5 days (either from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. or from 12 a.m. to 7 p.m.). In addition, you have to spend a lot of time on any bureaucracy like writing plans and other things. We’ll add more preparation for the lessons themselves (to do all sorts of blanks for children's crafts, search the Internet for interesting ideas for classes, etc.), and add a couple more hours of work at home. Sometimes you have to get up in 2 shifts (from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Somehow she went into 2 shifts for almost a month (her partner was on vacation) and for all this fabulous 16 thousand were received. And the living wage in the region this year for the able-bodied population by the regional government set 14376 p.
Yes, probably this work is a vocation. But only very few people are ready to work for the idea, and as a result, they take anyone to work as educators (without pedagogical education and experience with children). Well, we add here a tremendous responsibility, because educators have to watch out for young children who strive to cripple themselves or each other. Some parents are not able to keep track of one of their children, but there are more than 20 of them.

Young teachers who have specialized education will immediately be given more hours, so they are guaranteed a salary of about 20 thousand. At the same time, there is considerable growth that Medvedev spoke about. You can increase the number of hours if a person is purposeful, has pedagogical and administrative skills, this is real. A normally sought-after teacher who goes to work every day receives 25-30 thousand rubles.

He showed his wife - laughing in a voice. As my wife already wrote, I have a deputy director for work management with all surcharges + hours + the highest category + seniority gets 22 rubles. At the same time at work from 000 to 8.00-17 hours. and drags home work. So where is the young teacher guaranteed to get 18 rubles? And the author is not aware that when the GDP instructed to bring teachers' salaries to the average in the region, along with the increase, additional payments were cut off and, at best, salaries remained at the same level, and often decreased. Or do not know how our salaries increase?

    Mr. Comrade Bureaucrat ...
Well, here you are working in the field of education ...
You get 20 thousand .... very good.
    And then what?
    accrued twenty thousand. Accrued.
What happens to them next - do you not know?
Do you live like a spherical horse in a vacuum?
You don’t have to pay for the apartment, you don’t have to pay for the fare, you don’t have to eat, you don’t have to dress ... develop your own, entertainment, etc. - nothing is needed either.
    So what?
Got accrued 20 thousand ... and be satisfied. In a month, 20 will be credited again. After a year, 240 thousand will be.
    ...
    Some kind of abstract reasoning.
The daughter lives in Moscow, near the Moscow Ring Road, behind which, as you know, there is no life. It receives exactly 20 thousand, more precisely - they CHARGE.
He works at the College of Music at the Conservatory.
So, paying for housing (we bought our daughter’s apartment after all) and paying for fare - eats up half of the RECEIVED.
The daughter rushes about for additional students and lessons.
Leaves at 7 in the morning, returns at 23.
Like Savraska, it ran too fast.
She is alone now. And in the future?
    ...
What do you suggest? Leave back to parents? To the village? You can live there for 20 thousand, no doubt.
Only - in the village no one pays ANYONE so much. and NEVER. Especially to the musician.
Because all of the villages rushed to Moscow.
Yes, and ... see above - beyond the MKAD there is no life. asked - WHO will pay there ... to the teacher.
    ...
Oddly enough, I am more impressed by the statement - "... NO MONEY, but you hold on ..."
What are these .. teachings from the gentleman’s shoulder, from the polished major who happened to be in the right place at the right time.
Or is he called to premiere?
    ...
Under the Union, teachers, too, did not skate like butter in cheese.
    But, they received quite enough.
And your calculations for the union would have been much better. But at least they were not in a situation like this.

Plus all sorts of matinees and other events. Salary per month 15 tr. This is an additional increase to your pension. The situation has improved in the last 5 years, before that, in order to earn money, it was necessary to "DRIVE" from 9-18 every day. And being a teacher is not a walk around the classroom. This is a very hard work. It is not just that since Soviet times, teachers have retired at the age of 55. You can, of course, earn extra money in your free time by tutoring, this will raise the bar to 30 thousand.

Ha, author, do you agree that a salary of 25 rubles is normal? If it comes to that, the work of a teacher is very difficult (I myself do not work as a teacher, but there are acquaintances and I myself can think) and the work of a teacher is quite responsible - raising the younger generation (and working with children who cannot attend educational institutions is disabled or something like that). And I believe that this profession, among many others, not only deserves, but should be paid more, at least an order of magnitude, or even more. And pension - what is 000 very different from 9? The zealous ministers (and their retinue in the form of the somn of bureaucrats-barinov), either from education, or those sitting in the Pension Fund, do not see the shores at all, or they are beguiled. Such lies, as the author writes, should not be published at all in VO, so as not to mock people with their heads. In particular, about pensions. "How many such things are walking on the Internet, for example, in Russia there are 8-9 thousand pensions. And you cannot prove to anyone that about 5% of pensioners, most often who did not work at all, and receive old age. The bulk, about 80%, receive 12 thousand or more. But the figure is 7, 8, well, 9 thousand, as the maximum. " Since the age of 17, my wife has worked all the time in the military trade and the executive authorities. Of these, under the USSR, 15 years in Ukraine, where at that time she was in highly paid positions in the city executive committee. When assigning a pension in 2012, confirmation of seniority and positions from Ukraine was naturally not received. As a result, the pension is 6,5 thousand rubles. Today I listened to Goblin on this topic, my feelings are twofold. What Medvedev said is that the mind is short-lived and the position does not match, the teacher’s work is not the easiest and easiest, I live with the teacher for how much time she spends at work and how much she does in school besides school it’s annoying. And it’s not correct to compare the work of the police officer in the republics of the Caucasus if it is really so bad to introduce martial law, simplified proceedings, put things in order by special forces and then put a police officer, not his duty to conduct military operations. And the teacher works different for the future, the police rake the present was created by people like Medvedev. In addition, the teacher is the foundation of the state, he creates public awareness among the young people, Makarenko was right that there should not be 400 ruble teachers, they will not enjoy authority among the young because of their flawed financial condition.

The author of the article simply does not have an elementary idea of the work of the teacher.
Today I opened in a regional newspaper a statement by a primary school teacher. Salary of 6000 rubles. A young girl must pay for the apartment, eat and be adequately dressed. There are not many hours, but how much preparation, how much effort is needed to set up the kids for the lesson, and how much preparation, except paperwork to please bureaucrats from education, materials, visual aids, and checking notebooks.
3 times 2 hours each is 6 hours / week, i.e. 1/3 of the rate and, accordingly, 1/3 of the salary.
In the schedule there is such a thing as a window. If a lot of teachers work with overload, then their lessons go in a row from 1 to 6, then the windows go to those who have less load.
Children are children, they have not yet woken up in the morning, they are tired at the end of the day, they were overexcited during a break, they must be set up for a lesson. The teacher at school as a musician, activates some, calms others.
I do not know what the author of the article writes about, but he has no idea about the work of the teacher.
Unless the circle leads, or a paid elective, there are students of special interests, it is easier with them, but this is after lessons.

The author of the Bureaucrat shamelessly lies about paying teachers. About working hours. Teachers have a 36-hour work week for "special working conditions" and additional leave for the same reasons. I consider these special conditions super-harmful! The author Bureaucrat referred to a year of experience in school. Very interesting by whom? If he were a teacher, then he would have his tongue on his shoulder and he would not be able to write such crap. Well, if he is a caretaker, watchman or guard, then God will judge him. 6000 rubles are paid to the teacher for 18 hours (lessons) per week. And in vain is he hurrying to close the magazine and quietly sneak out of school. On to check the notebooks, prepare for the next lessons. For this, the teacher is given 1 hour of lesson - 1 hour of preparation. In total, 36 hours a week are released. But this is nominal. And then there is extracurricular work, and then there is the entry of grades into an online journal so that parents on the Internet can control their children. And then there are work plans and programs. And then there are reports, reports, reports and much more ... So, in order to earn 6000 rubles at a rate of 18 rubles for 12000 hours a week, you need to work at least 72 hours a week. By the way, for this reason, there are practically no men in schools, and soon with such a "high" payment there will be no one left. The average age of the teaching staff is 45-55 years. This doesn’t say anything to the LADY and his apologist, the Author Bureaucrat. In short, you can write and talk on this topic for a very long time. But the confusion as it was and will be. I was just lucky that I studied back in 1962-1972. At that time, men still worked in schools and taught both mathematics and physics very well, because in fact these are male sciences. And the article is shameless, deceitful and disgusting. You can't use mate, otherwise I would only expound everything with mate. And you can not prove to anyone that about 5% of pensioners receive such a pension, most often, who did not work at all, and receive old age. The bulk, about 80%, receives from 12 thousands and more. But the figure is exaggerated 7, 8, well, 9 thousands, as the maximum.

So all the same, I am not included in this cherished 80%? I got the highest coefficient ... and more than 10 no matter how! The brother will receive much less. Without a job on 2 pensions, my wife and I will definitely not be able to pull (constant payments will eat up one of the pensions). We are not crying! But to speak positively about our "benefactors" is simply not smart.

I read the article and comments on it. Truth is somewhere in the middle of different points of view.
I will write my comment as a person directly related to education.
The author is right that pedagogical workers have the opportunity to earn money in their field, of course not 40-60 thousand a month, but from 20 to 30 thousand. Yes - you won’t really get paid for this money, but it’s stable in the crisis (for now) s / n 2 times a month - this is normal.
Let's go further. In our system of additional education, the teacher’s rate of 18 hours is 16 thousand naked (10 thousand at school).
Next - we have already made incentive payments - for the category, for the effective contribution to the work of the institution. I don’t know how these payments are formed at school - but approximately according to the same system. The laziest teacher in our (not very prestigious institution) receives 18 thousand. Those who spin in their 18 hours earn 25-28 thousand without problems. Yes, you sometimes have to run after the children, prepare them for contests and competitions, take them on excursions. The average age of ped. workers - 38 years old - the youngest - 24, the oldest - 50.
Now about the notorious deputy. Director for OIA. The OIA never worked for any mass-entertainers, there are organizing teachers for this. On the OIA is the control of the educational process and various reports and scribbling for educational authorities. OIA receive an average fixed salary - 22-25 thousand rubles. per month for a 40 hour work week (compare with teachers with 18 hours).
Do not forget about the bonuses from the payroll and from the trade union bodies - small ones, but 2-3 thousand per quarter do not lie on the road.
Now do not forget about the teacher’s annual paid vacation - 42 days in the institution add. education and 56 days at school. We compare it with 14 days every six months in production and in commercial structures for the same or a little big money and draw conclusions.
And now the main thing. Was Medvedev right? No wasn `t. Now the salary of the teacher in connection with the crisis is on the same level. The salaries of the faculty in universities look extremely unprofitable - they are an order of magnitude lower than the salaries in schools - alas, this is a fact. It is incorrect to compare the salaries of security officials with teachers - a different degree of risk. But the state is obliged to provide guarantees of a decent standard of living for teachers, otherwise Central Asians will soon work as kindergarten teachers.
By the way, half a year ago I was looking for vacancies in education at the employment service - there were no vacancies for teachers and teachers in our million-plus city.

      Sergey, how to clarify -
"... the salaries of the teaching staff in universities - they an order of magnitude less salaries in schools ... "
An order of magnitude - I’m somehow accustomed .. It's ten times order ...
So the school teacher is 25000,
and the professor - 2 thousand 500 .... so what?
      ...
The only, undoubted advantage is an extended vacation.
But there are no other advantages.
Work with children, parents who are ready to gulp their throats for their children (and after all there are those, all in red and fingers), endless reports-reports-reports ...
no, not a buzz job. Even the invocation .... is blown away, sooner or later.
      ...
And in the last years of the USSR, I myself went to WORK for school and college.
For, in the factories there was nothing left to do.
And he walked normally, helped out.

A professor can earn something. But to become a professor you need to be a doctor of science. Although professors can give a candidate for scientific work. And what about ordinary teachers at the department with their 10-15 thousand? And you also need to publish at your own expense in magazines that cut money. Therefore, many university teachers have moved to the main place of work in the school, where they now earn more than 20 thousand more than in higher education.

Are you not ready? And what does it mean to gnaw? For 2 years of my daughter's study at school, I only came to download the rights to the teacher once - so that she justified the underestimation of 1 point on the control. I talked to her in a polite but strict manner - as a result, in a week I was "1" for independent work in mathematics. laughing
Yes, not everyone can stand the job in education, just like not everyone can stand the job at the box office in the supermarket.

          Well .... hurt yourself ....
Sergey, and after all we smoothly came to the conclusion that the work of teachers is underestimated!
"... Yes, not everyone can stand up to work in education, just as not everyone can stand up to work at the checkout in a hypermarket ..."
In the hypermarket, too, there is no sugar ... this collective responsibility .... but there you can steal, if it takes. There is no money for food, I went to bite a sausage ... they’ll write off to rats.
But if my daughter, accompanist, graduated from the Moscow State Theater. Tchaikovsky with a gold medal, begins to starve - then the piano will not help her. She definitely does not pull on the woodworm worm.
And in the store, she’ll start what to bite - so she will instantly please Kashchenko.
          ...
Any parent has the right and obligation to worry about children. Worry and protect.
But, in this case no one has the right to run into teachers.
          I talked about this.
Otherwise, the teacher will instantly turn back into a child who needs to be protected. To his parents.

Medvedev advised dissatisfied teachers to do business. Teachers advised Dmitry Anatolyevich to stop doing business and take up the direct duties of the Prime Minister.

An article from the series "I am the daughter of an officer and not everything is clear ..."
Here I see people like "Bureaucrat", how much you need to disrespect yourself in order to go to an explicit "order".
So I ask myself, is this the lifestyle of such people, is it their work, is it their essence?
And I understand that you need to internally cross a certain line once ..., comparable to the line that a woman passes when she becomes a prostitute.
It all smells so bad, so dirty ...
To teach people that black is white;))) .. Nuno.
I’m wondering who believes in this?
Dear;) Medvedev, you will not wash;))) he is beyond the "reality" and he is all "us ... b".

And people like Medvedev (I don’t know knowingly or not) create a system of corruption!
You can not live on 20 thousand! This is survival!
Go to business! And if you can’t, then what? Leave the position of teacher or look for an opportunity to earn extra money? Teachers are pushing for exactions from parents!
It's like with "traffic cops"; you have a stick in your hands - go earn!
You say it wrong, moral principles, etc.
And I will answer, the system of "coordinates" of human psychology has been known for centuries and there is no need to reinvent the wheel. The individual chooses the least costly and fastest way to achieve the result, that is, the simplest!
They fight corruption, yes with such phrases ... From which it follows that you have a salary of 15 thousand is the norm, but there are still options about business ... "Ur..dy" will rot the country and push people to bribe !

What's in the head is in the language. If the prime minister (according to the author, who knows what he says) voices this, then it jars. That "there is no money, but you hold on there," then "quit teaching and go into business." And remember how he justified the closure of some schools - Not profitable, do not bring income. Yes, the school does not bring immediate income, no. The school, all education, is not profitable, but it lays down profitability for the future. And yet, when Putin became prime minister after his presidency, the country sighed, and the people healed. By and large, no one elected Dima to the presidency, he was not elected to the prime minister, he passed automatically. If not in his place, then in his own place. The people cannot be fooled, only who listens to him?

What a professional, smart, thinking about the citizens of Russia, we have Prime Minister Medvedev.
Primakov’s theses about neoliberals are immediately recalled.
Liberals still retain a connection with reality, while neoliberals are already in the "matrix", they have their own world.
The author of the article minus!
There is a condition similar to when a woman inside herself crosses a certain line and becomes a representative of an ancient profession.
Yes, I was not mistaken, namely the profession. And you, the author of the article, apparently, have crossed this line.
To convince that black is white, it is necessary with a soul, a spark! I would place your employers under this article, would reduce the fee by a third, at least.
These people, like Medvedev, are negative images for any full-fledged, developing country!
Neoliberals, like most liberals, and I’m not even talking about Navalny-Udaltsov’s enemies of the state.
And in fact. What kind of person in their right mind would accept a salary of 15-20 rubles, as the norm?
Do not like? Go to business! Look for ways to make money!
But just to make money, you need to create a system of opportunities: make money!
And since there is no system, then self-regulation of homo sapeens follows the path of least resistance.
Psychology is as old as the world. No need to reinvent the wheel. To achieve the goal, the individual chooses the path of least resistance and cost.
It's like with a "traffic cop" - there is a stick - go earn!
Medvedev, with these statements, positions and encourages a system of corruption among teachers!
