How WADA and IOC amicably reduce themselves to the level of the plinth

75
To begin with, the global disgrace disguised as the Olympic Games, for me personally, has lost all interest as a sporting event. Tank biathlon will be more colorful, and, importantly, more honorable. And for some reason there are no scandals around him. But this is a matter of taste.

In general, and without all of these shameful decisions, the procedure for excluding the Russian team from participating in the Rio Olympics was very controversial and biased in a political sense. Personally, I still don’t understand who gave WADA the right to cancel the “presumption of innocence” postulate. He seems to have been recognized since the times of ancient Rome, and exists in all decent laws of normal countries. And the principle of collective responsibility ... I met this only in the army, in the Soviet. When "kosyachili" in full.

In the depths of the WADA for some reason decided that international law is not for them. And what justice is based on all over the world was trampled and spat in favor of those who decided to deal with Russian sportsmen in any way. At any price.

In the address of swallowing and stabbing all sportsmen I want to note only one thing: “everyone dances”. In any sports federation, they use something that helps build muscle mass, reduce fatigue threshold and other amenities. And the question is that somewhere all the polls are sitting on doping, and somewhere all honest, like Cheburashka with blue eyes, for me personally is not worth it. Everybody is cracking some kind of crap. More or less. The only question is that someone comes across, and someone does not. And on this fat point.

But, given a certain monopolism WADA, with these samples you can play as you like. What the functionaries showed. And then they showed that the law is not their law. But then something that the doping fighters could not foresee began. And everything became much more interesting.

The political moment of all this shameful stories drown just did not work. And in the environment of the International Organization of Corruption (IOC) began what we call plum.

The procedure was started by the Sports Arbitration Court in Geneva (CAS), which simply withdrew from the consideration of the 68 class action of the Russian athletes against the completely illegal decision of WADA. Otmaz was invented quickly, citing the decision of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF).

I translate: the highest arbitration body in the world of sports was knocking to the steppe, spitting on its role in the world of sports, and, accordingly, absolutely humiliating itself as an arbitration body. Indeed, not to quarrel with WADA over such trifles as the fulfillment of its direct obligations?

Total: we have that in the world of sport, arbitrage is no more. Proven.

Absolutely the same position was taken by the brave guys from the IOC (for decoding, see above). And they also found the extreme ones, shifting the question of the admission or non-admission of individual athletes in Rio to international sports federations. Well handsome, what else can I say?

Total: we have the fact that there is no leadership, decision-making and responsibility for them in the world of sports. Proven.

No, beauty! No guidelines, no arbitration. The question arises, is it not time to save money on the salaries of these crooks? We, as members of all these garbage, pay ... We, by the way, from the budget. At PACE saved, and nothing, no one died. Once all disputed issues are resolved today by the Federation of Sports, it means that contributions must be sent there.

We go further.

The fact that McLaren in his “report” lied as a candidate for the State Duma is clear and understandable. Not for nothing, and CAS, and the IOC, and the entire meeting of international sports federations were spinning like snakes in a frying pan, so as not to use its drain wipers as an official interpretation.

Nevertheless, the scandal around the “Russian doping” increasingly looks like a scandal around the entire world Olympic movement, which has long been turned into a gathering of businessmen and officials, who stand from sports in general and the Olympic Games in particular, as far as the combine operator from the Minister of Agriculture farms.

And now - a new scandal. From the "report" McLaren, which served as the basis for all the charges against Russia, disappeared as many as eight pages. The very “Rodchenkov's letter” disappeared, on whose testimony the whole report was built against himself.

Well, you know ... If the pages of such a document, on which all the accusations are based, disappear, what else? Who is there that about the samples in the "special stores" will talk?

Interestingly, the “annex number XXUMX”, as this letter was called, disappeared so quickly that in the official body of the report they even forgot to remove references to it from the table of contents and from the text of the report. The letter was removed in such a great hurry that the last page with conclusions was even removed from the report, including the phrase “the current investigation work after the letter of the IAAF confirmed the conclusions set out in it”.

Why so? Where in a hurry, the deed is done. The Russian national team was trampled by the whole world (the world of functionaries is meant), trampled, and?

So take, and from the criminal case "to lose" the main evidence: a gun. Luxuriously.

I will express only my opinion. Obviously, in the writing of Rodchenkov, on the basis of which Maclaren nakropal his writing, there was a lot of things that are not our mind. But in his desire to humiliate Russia no one really thought about the possible consequences. Time was running out, the order had to be implemented at any cost. That hurried. And then they began to understand what they were doing, but it turned out to be too late. The lieutenant Rzhevsky arrived, here it began ...

Proof of? Easy! A bunch of places where quotes and even copies of Rodchenkov’s “secret” letter are preserved. "Gospel of Judas," so to speak. I read some of the quotes, and just stunned. However, judge for yourself.

“... On the threshold of the Olympic Games in London, the doping tests of the Olympics in Athens 2004 were analyzed. This was done in a markedly discriminatory format, with a sample of 3000 doping samples from athletes from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. At the same time, positive doping tests by athletes from the United States [the pass - apparently, the names are listed] were not taken into account at all. ”

Oops ... Rodchenkov says that WADA was so well-informed about who the USA national team was pumping “eyebrows” with all sorts of goodies, but nevertheless, did everything to fester athletes from Russia and Belarus? And this is a report?

Well, yes, better late than ...

Going further:

“... It is necessary to establish cooperation with the Lausanne laboratory, namely, with Professor Marcel Sozhi, who treats Russia quite well. He and his five assistants worked at the Winter Olympics in Sochi, gave positive interviews about our work. ”

“... Regarding repeated analyzes of doping samples, the nearest danger is Beijing-2008. Professor M. Sozhi is close to many officials at the International Olympic Committee and with the IOC's chief physician, Dr. Richard Badgett, who plays a pivotal role in medicine and doping control at the International Olympic Committee. ”

If this is not "fawn", then I already do not know what it is. It turns out that Rodchenko blames WADA itself, since Badgett combines the work of the WADA chief doctor and membership in the WADA commission for drawing up lists of prohibited drugs.

Good job, right? You can envy. But there is another nuance. Ugur Erdener, one of the members of the “special troika”, who is currently engaged in Russian Olympians, is a former Bagetta subordinate to work at the IOC medical board. Of course, there is nothing between them but a working relationship. But, as they say in Russia, once - not ... in the bill, in short.

The second oddity. This recommendations Rodchenkova contact with Lausanne. What common affairs could a traitor Rodchenkov and Sozhi have? If you look at it that way, then the “special laboratory of the FSB”, where the correct analyzes were made, is it not at Sretenka in Moscow, but in Lausanne? Original ...

And whose doping tests are, sorry, believe?

More Rodchenkov gave a fairly detailed description "practices of uncontrolled use of doping" coach of the Russian team of sports walkers Viktor Chegin. It is clear that Chegin was suspended for life from coaching, and all the walkers from Saransk forgot about the Olympics, with which no one argues, not even the athletes themselves.

However, the term "uncontrolled use of doping" leads to strange thoughts only for me?

Further Rodchenkov decided to expose everyone and everything.

“Knowing the problem of doping in Russia, Balakhnichev played on the contradictions of two great swindlers: Pope Massat Diak, son of IAAF President Lamin Diac (the first did everything on behalf of the second), and his legal advisor Habib Sise. They openly collected money from all international federations for various purposes, from hiding doping to the right to hold the next World Cup. Balakhnichev and Natalya Zhelanova met with them in Moscow as close people. Ceeso lives in Ukraine at the expensive Interpreters hotel. Another scammer, Dr. Patrick Shamash, is hiding with them. For many years he was the head physician of the International Olympic Committee, and now he has become an IAAF consultant, promising all this time to solve all the problems, but not solving anything. At the same time, he still receives from 10 to 15 thousands of euros through Alexey Kravtsov, the president of the Russian Skating Union ... ”

There is a lot of text, translation is required.

Rogue Balakhnichev (former president of the Russian Athletics Association) interacts with the rogue Deac (the son of the president of the IAAF) and the rogue Shamash (the former IOC chief doctor, and now an IAAF consultant).

No, it is clear that the IAAF is still a den. That's just, if you look a little higher, it was precisely the decisions of the crooks from the IAAF that were repelled by the crooks from the arbitration of Geneva, refusing the “clean” Russian athletes. Those who are not included in the list of personal investigations on doping.

Funny is not it? So what else is the question, against whom Rodchenkov testifies, against ARAF in particular, or the IAAF as a whole? Slippery, you know ...

And finally, the final chord of "Rodchenkov's letter":

“... To prevent repeated analyzes of Russian samples, it is necessary to work skillfully with the staff, starting with Thomas Bach (IOC President) and David Homan and ending with Marcel Sogey (head of the Lausanne Laboratory WADA) and Thomas Capdeville (head of the IAAF Anti-Doping Service).”

I hope that now no one will have a question, but why did this all of a sudden letter "about ... get lost". Whatever Rodchenkov cattle, but his creation - this is not an accusation of Russian sport. It is worth noting here that Chegin, Balakhnin, and many other coaches and athletes who adhered to the “uncontrolled system of doping”, were dismissed and disqualified long before his opus appeared. And long before the McLaren pseudo-report.

This is the actual accusation of the Olympic movement system, including the President of the IOC, as well as WADA, CAS and the masses of international sports federations. In the international organization of okolosportivnyh crooks, all are one world mizana.

The question remains: who gave the frank rogue the right to flout international law and judge as they judge?

And we still resent the refereeing on the Games themselves ... What is there a conversation about, if the order for a victory is determined there, at the top?

Yes, and more. It is clear that all our athletes, one way or another mentioned in the McLaren report, will not be admitted to the Games. Good. And what will happen to the abovementioned gentlemen from Rodchenkov's letter? To lose a letter lost, but the names have remained ...

So it seems to me that nothing will happen to them. So each will remain at his trough. They are not from Russia ...

And therefore I repeat: the Olympic Games are just another political show. I feel sorry for our athletes who have suffered because of rogues of the world scale and political games. But ... and what we all, strictly speaking, wanted?

This, in fact, is not the Crimea. This is the unexpected appearance of Russia on the world stage. These are failed sanctions, this is Syria. Well, yes, and the Crimea, too, but in the general outline. This desire to lower Russia to where it, in the opinion of world rulers, is the place. And she does not fall. So everything that can and can not be used.

So I am surprised at the "fair" judging against ours, I will not. Not for a bit. When such political bets are made that even the institute of sports arbitration is actually crushed, there is nothing surprising. All against us. Well, okay. I will be rooting for ours at the “Army Games”. There are no scandals and intrigue, thank Shoigu.

For a long time I could not understand what the plot of de-Stalinization and decommunization was. After all, Stalin was killed 64 years ago, and the USSR ceased to exist 25 years ago. But on the example of the doping scandal of the WEST (I mean the mentality, ideology and the whole Russophobic Western world), he very clearly showed how he was cheating. After all, everything coincides one to one. First, the preparatory work of the special services, then a believable lie in the form of a speech (Khrushchev’s report at the Twentieth Congress, Rodchenkov’s interview), then hysterical defamation in the media (whether he stole or stole from him), then they put the blame on the leadership of certain people ( Stalin is a tyrant, Putin is a roof because everyone knows this), then extend this guilt to everyone (collective responsibility), and without the presumption of innocence declare all criminals. Voila la - the cooking is ready !!! The Stalinist regime is totalitarianism and the Soviets, and the Putin regime is Mordor. And no justifications are accepted. He who loves and wants to lie cannot be accepted as a friend.

Does anyone now believe in democracy and justice in the Western legal system? Why are our liberals inaudible, or is infringement of rights on a national basis is normal?

worse, much worse, that we copied the very legal system completely and pulled on ourselves. Why, after all, we were dense, and the advanced west did nothing but go and go forward and upward, take everything into account, think about everything. In our system of "justice" everything is one-to-one.

That's for sure, but why not heard about suing (ECHR, even a Russian court, etc.) of mass claims by the state of Russia and the NOC, Ross. federations, athletes themselves against WADA, MOK, IIAF? Violated, as the esteemed Roman pointed out, ALL the fundamental principles of the presumption of innocence and the inadmissibility of collective responsibility.

Such NON-appeals cause at least bewilderment, and even suspicion.

well, maybe just no one believes in the impartiality and independence of these courts, maybe they created some more difficulties

maybe about damage (except reputational) it is better for them to file upon the fact of missing the game, by the way, but what will happen with the subsequent ones?

What courts? Act, who will judge whom, especially after the court of sports arbitration ?! Or do you propose that Western crooks and bandits recognize themselves as crooks and bandits ?! So that they judge themselves, they pronounce the verdict on their own, and they themselves enforce it ?!

          What courts?

Courts considering property and monetary claims. It is necessary to submit to these courts on behalf of each of our athletes who are not allowed, scrupulously recounting all the damage. And damage to reputation. And lost profits. And the direct losses to these Games. And much more. On behalf of each of our athletes, the amount will easily reach several tens of millions of dollars. Good amounts are recruited!
Don't give a damn about "sports arbitration". Let's turn to financial! And here it will really become sour for someone - the sums are huge, the decision was made without proof ... We must not forget every journalist, every bummer in general, who said that the state doping program in Russia is "proven". To court! Money! It will become a thousand times more difficult for them to cheat. And it is necessary to catch the merry fellows from WADA in the vastness of the world. Take to us and judge here. The amounts are such that it makes sense.

Are you a nice person generally adequate? I have never heard more stupidity in my life. Of course I haven’t heard of such practice from the states, but Russia? Maybe this is sometimes necessary, but not in this case. Most likely, the above listed officials after the Olympics will even apologize, maybe even through a court they admit that they are wrong. But the dirty deed has already been done and time is wasted. Moreover, in the event of such an outcome of events, in the Western media such news will simply be silent.

If I correctly understood the statements of our athletes and coaches, then there will be a continuation - lawsuits for very substantial amounts. And all the functionaries - both ours and not ours - all perfectly understand this. Therefore, their interviews in recent times are more like tantrums of teenage girls caught by the hand on something very mean.
In international courts, the alignment is far from straightforward, so there are a lot of interesting things ahead.

No wonder the IOC is convulsively trying to distance itself from this whole story and maintain poor neutrality, as far as possible in this ... situation. So I will not be surprised by the "honest" refereeing against ours. Not a bit.

Refereeing and watered games are two different things. The first is in plain sight of millions of fans and ATHLETES, and if you "go too far" it will be noticeable, then what is often hidden from the world community - the political conjuncture. Doping control taken AS A TOOL watered the fight is NOT related to refereeing.
The global disgrace disguised as the Olympic Games, for me personally, has lost all interest as a sporting event. A tank biathlon will be more colorful, and, importantly, more honorable. And for some reason there are no scandals around him.

And these are different EVENTS. A conscript can start preparing for a tank biathlon in 2 years, as soon as he is called up in the Armed Forces, and athletes go to the Olympic Games for years, sacrificing time (to discos), health, personal life, often to the detriment of education ...
All the same, many LEAVE TO FIGHT FOR RUSSIA, and to them such words as "I will not watch" ... clearly will not add motivation to win ...

The timing for the strike (unpredictable, mind you) was very well chosen. The performers were prepared (Rodchenkov, Stepanovs, etc.), the members of the organizations were processed (WADA in general), the tool - FREE Mildronate - was also "studied" ...

Although I don’t understand how to compensate the ATHLETE that he was stolen.
In contrast to millionaire football players, to a lesser extent hockey players, tennis players, dozens of sports in Russia do not have such federation funding.

Swimmers Nikita Lobintsev and Vladimir Morozov will nevertheless appear in the Olympic pool On August 1, the International Federation of Water Sports issued a verdict following the suits of Russian swimming representatives.
On July 30, swimmers protested this decision in the Arbitration Sports Court, which ultimately acquitted our athletes. This honors the verdict, since Maclaren, without any reason, accused Lobintsev and Morozov of using prohibited substances, although not a single similar fact has been proved. Thus, the leaders of the men's swimming team intend to seriously fight for the OI medals.
The only fear is that all these unrest with disqualification would not affect the psychological state of the athletes.

That is - participate in business?
The famous Latin phrase (Juvenal) "In a healthy body - a healthy mind" due to political manipulations and cunning translations on the principle of "thesis-antithesis" has acquired almost the opposite meaning! It originally sounded like this: "You need to pray to the gods so that a healthy mind is present in a healthy body!"

WADA and the IOC have discredited our athletes and the country in their person in front of the so-called world community, which loves to visit and watch these games. If they brought the matter to an end, that is, our team did not get there, then everything for this public would be in chocolate, and under the hoot for clean games, this Olympics would go off with a bang. But do these wiseacres from WADA understand that by affirming this, they are passing judgment on the Olympic movement and at the same time on themselves. After all, if doping urine can be secretly diluted with "high-quality" urine, then doping can also be added to the samples of a "pure" athlete! And this already casts doubt on the honesty of the Olympiads in general, unless, of course, we assume that the FSB is a unique magician, only the FSB has overlooked, left scratches on the inner surface of the sample container. Attempts to restore the spirit of competition, it seems to me, will lead to nothing; too much has been transferred to * international * organizations, including representing the interests of RUSSIAN athletes. Honestly, the doping situation has reached the point of absurdity.
    We look at the slogans:
We must fight the spread of doping. And criminalize it.
And now he goes to any pharmacy and buy drugs with dope (hello meldonia).
Those. Buying a certified medicine (often often internationally certified), the athlete cannot be sure that he will not be accused of doping.

    This is in my absurdity.

And here is the absurdity. Take the last case: the 17-year-old swimmer Ustinova treated gamer (naturally not herself). She was prescribed drugs.
Question captivating with its novelty (more precisely two):
    1. How can a person at the age of 17 become a certified doctor in order to treat diseases like gamerit?
In fact, it seemed to me that for this it was necessary to graduate from the institute and to develop practice a couple of years after it.
    2. How can a person, when he is 17 years old, sick, verify that what he was prescribed is not dope?

This is on the one hand. And on the other hand, I am enraged by our officials, coaches, doctors who are responsible for the medical support of athletes. Enraged because later the hands relate to their duties. So many troubles (greetings to Sharapova and the same Ustinova) could have been avoided if the use of prohibited drugs was overlaid with pieces of paper. They do not do this and the most disgusting thing is that they do not say anything to the athletes either.

You have blamed ALL that they are "to blame" that they "overlooked" the NOT obvious.
You only have "foreign enemies" have nothing to do with it, but ours were all enamored.

There is still a RUSADA website. There are many answers to your questions.

By the way - gАyumorit (a tumor, in other words), you are confused with RINIT (runny nose). And in pharmaceutical preparations for the common cold there is a CODEIN. It has been banned for a very long time. As well as all codeine-containing drugs.

You understand that it is absurd to prohibit the spread of doping with criminal liability with one hand, and to sell drugs with a dope in a pharmacy openly and even without a prescription with the other.

What are we replanting all pharmacists now? No, after all.

As for the RUSADA site, yes, of course, there are answers there. But with their understanding is difficult. Yes, and the site itself needs to be reached. And since athletes still begin their careers at a fairly early age, the explanatory role of the same coach should be present. She is not there.

Foreign enemies are a separate issue. They don’t piss me off. Yes, they are unpleasant to me and all that. But they act in their own interests and this is understandable. But ours are enraged, because they can not only somehow push in our favor, but also simply perform the accepted routine functions.
Take the same Ustinov. Why the team doctor or coach did not track the disease and did not submit the relevant documents (it seems that drugs are allowed to be used there, but with mandatory notification). And if tracked, then why didn’t they file documents.
You just need to clearly divide responsibilities:
        1. The athlete should train and he should not particularly delve into medical and coaching issues
        2. The coach must train. Choose a training technique and a recovery course agreed with your doctor
        3. The doctor should monitor all medical issues - from the general health of the athlete to participating in the formation of training methods in terms of pharmaceutical support and nutrition.

And now everyone is blaming in 90% of cases on the athlete. This is not correct, because he is neither a doctor nor a trainer and often simply follows directions.

Paphos publications - show the machinations of haters of Russia on the fronts of professional sports, now through doping.

This is shown and proven. Although it was not particularly required to prove here, there were not many friends on the other side before, but now there are none at all.

Therefore, the created enemy environment for Russian sports should be perceived as a natural aggressive environment. For example, as organized against Russia and controlled by sectors of freezing rain. And do not be complex about this, but act correctly, believing that the slanderers of Russia will not calm down until We did not recognize the impudent will of the One under whom you trembled.

But can it be considered adequate measures that Zhukov and Mutko took to leave, fend off or prevent doping scandals? After all, there was a smell of kerosene in this meadow back in 2014, a lot could be done in 2 years.

For example, who appointed the traitor and criminal (and even then he cheated with urine) Rodchenkov to the post of head of Russia's anti-doping service, isn’t it muddy? And on what grounds did this appointment take place?

Or who gave permission to leave this country to the USA for this crook, who was already ready to surrender to the adversary all that was and was not about doping. After all, it was clear that he was leaving not for an excursion to Palm Beach, but for a permanent trip and not without compromising suitcases (on flash drives or on a Google disk).
How did this crook and in whose interests paid off, getting the go-ahead? Here again, Mutko could not do without, and also where was our FSB?

Why haven't parliamentary hearings been held on this important issue?

To what extent did the doping procedures really hit the Russian sport, regardless of WADA's position? Can we answer this question for ourselves?

Isn’t it time for the country to engage in improving the health of the people, and not in buying football players worth hundreds of millions of $$, not in mundiales and other waste of money?

And in this regard, it may be necessary to harshly stop Mutkism in our sport, as well as beetle in the Olympic movement, because it is completely clear that the mentioned persons are unable to organize sports in Russia and specifically showed this by the example of doping stories. They are not only no managers, but no crooks, as before, there seemed to be no doubt about them.

Why do the main state funds go to support such "bearded women" from sports? Is Phillip Kikorov getting budget money? I guess not yet.
State subsidies should go to the development of mass sports, although the very word "sport" has been finally vulgarized by its functionaries.
The development of children's sports, or rather children's recovery - the main article should be in the sports budget.
And sports show-men should allocate their money for the development of the country's sports life, and not the taxes of ordinary people to support sports managers' swollen cheeks from salmon.
