In the Voronezh region raised a unique T-34

120

14 July 2016 of the year. Neighborhood of the village Ukrainian Buylovka Podgorensky district of Voronezh region. Cloudless sky, + 35 degrees and total calm. Pleasure, let's say something else. But on the water a dozen and two "small boats", that is, boats, and the coast are filled with people. Information swept through the district that they would raise "that very tank."

Let's face it: about the fact that at the bottom of the Don in the vicinity of the village lies a tank, everyone knew there. How many screws were bent about him, how many hooks and lures were left on him by local fishermen, there was no secret for anyone in the area. Everyone knew about the tank in the surrounding villages of Russian and Ukrainian Buylovki.

And so, after the expedition of the Patriot Park, which is more than 700 miles away, it was decided to climb. Moreover, the command was given not by anyone, but by our first geographer and part-time Defense Minister Shoigu. And, of course, the process has begun. Still not to go, since it all started.

In general, unfortunately, on the rivers and swamps of our country, many more units of military equipment are resting. Why is this tank, lying at the bottom of the Don God knows where?

The expedition of divers from the club of underwater divers of the Central Sports Club of the Armed Forces of Russia, together with specialists from the museum of Vadim Zadorozhny and the Patriot park, examined the tank and concluded that the tank was not a simple one.

It turned out that the tank is unique. Moreover, the only one of less than 1000 produced at the Stalingrad Tractor Plant for the period 1941 - 1942, which has come down to our times.

It was decided to lift.

Representatives of the Patriot park, the museum of Zadorozhny, search engines, army divers and members of the engineering troops of the Western Military District participated. Without the help of the latter, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, anything worthwhile was hardly possible.

And, of course, representatives about 30 media of our country. Naturally, without "Military Outlook" has not done. We will not discuss the appearance on the Don shores of representatives of NTV, distracted from Gangster Petersburg, Ments and other broken lamps, let us just say that this is our business, and that’s the point.

Of course, it was not easy to shoot in the current conditions, the locals, having heard about the rise, decided to see everything with their own eyes, and, I confess, they greatly interfered with the film crews.

In general, everything resembled a certain military operation. Boats (including the police boat and the Emergencies Ministry boat), the copters hanging above the lift point, many military ... However, you can be sure. Photos will, of course, be inferior to the dynamic video of the second novel, but ...

It looked like the water area of the Don in the place of recovery.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations boat put things in order, somewhat dispersing those who wanted to see the rise tank.

Began the process of raising.

Here it should be noted that military divers and engineers have done a lot of work before lifting. The tank was hooked and pulled up to the shore, so we got the most interesting thing - the landfall.

Cables rang from tension, which caused some concern. It's no joke, 30 tons of tank weight, plus water, plus sludge, which pretty much stuck to the car.

BREM, the workhorse of military engineers.

Cables had to reattach several times.

And then, finally, after half an hour, the Thirty-Four was on the shore.

Firefighters from Podgorny actively poured the clayey shore to facilitate the climb.

Another peresepka cables. The sixth in a row.

At the finish line.

And T-34 on a flat surface.

The firefighters tried to clean up the sludge and started spilling the car from the inside.

The cool guy from the local, treated everyone with water from a local spring. It was very useful, because it was very hot and their reserves quickly ran out. Broad Russian soul, fortunately thirsting.

First of all, everyone was concerned about the question: is there a crew inside the tank? And first of all, into the hatches opened with the help of special tools, experts went inside to find out exactly this question.

The answer was no, to the delight of all the witnesses. The crew in the tank was not.

In general, it was assumed that the crew managed to leave the tank, since the car sank as a result of damage to the pontoon during the bombing of the crossing. Everyone was very pleased to hear confirmation of this. The people rejoiced from the heart.

Began excavation of ammunition. Ammunition in the car was full. The picture shows one of the disks for the diesel fuel tank, "Degtyarev-tank".

Who will go for shells?

Considering how many viewers there were, they decided to postpone the shelling the next day. Just in case.

But with machine-gun disks began to work right there, without departing from the tank. The cartridges were in working condition, 1936 year of release mainly production plant number 60.

After unloading the shells, the tank will be loaded onto a platform that was already waiting nearby, and sent to Patriot Park, which is in Alabino near Moscow. Park specialists have the confidence that the tank will not just be restored, but put on the course. Well, as promised, but it was promised to show it at the exhibition "ARMY-2016", which we naturally visit, then we will tell you how our friend is doing.

The help of real specialists is pleasant, the attention of the Ministry of Defense and Shoigu personally is pleasant. As we know, on July 15 he will personally hear the report on this operation.

And about what place in the exposition of the park "Patriot" this T-34 will take, we will tell you in September. So if we say goodbye to the Stalingrad tank, then not for long.

The safety of the car is gorgeous. Ammunition is probably quite combat-ready. The rollers are all with internal depreciation, which, incidentally, says that the car’s mileage is small. Good luck to the restorers.

It’s a shame to tears such a machine in such a state is a pride for any museum, and for Voronezh, all the more so since we probably don’t have a single tank of this series, there are t-34-76 t-34-85 on the monuments but they didn’t fight

In Moscow, more people will see him. And to leave him in Voronezh, it was necessary to raise him by the efforts of Voronezh, and not the MO. By the way, in the Liskinsky district not in the village of Shchuchye, is T 34-76, does a lot of people go to see him?

And by the way, the Shchuchensky tank fought in the region of the village of Selyavnoye (also Liskinsky district of the Voronezh region) 30-40 kilometers upstream of the Don River and was blown up by a mine and drowned in January 1943. Raised in 1985. Now the question is for Voronezh residents Did you know about him?

T-34 model of the beginning of 1943, without the commander’s turret, which appeared in the second half of 1943, during restoration, the track rollers from the T-44 tank were placed on the tank, they are smaller in diameter and it catches the eye. In their place should be the road wheels as on a raised tank. At the end of 1942, there was a shortage of rubber for road wheels, they are visible on the first and last rollers, and they began to put rollers with internal shock absorption. At the beginning of 1943, the T-34 tank appeared with a tower nut, the industry began to recover from the crisis, and rubber was installed on the first and last track rollers, although the inner rollers remained with internal damping.

I remembered how they raised the fallen PIONEERS, near Novosibirsk. The first of course tormented, fell in the winter, laid birches under the ropes, the birches burst. They picked up the crumpled PIONEER, sent the rocket to Kap Yar. Flew to the stake. Such a technique was. Then came the kit for raising, three towers for cables and a beam to the container. We lifted two more then. BATami. one gets on the mountain stop, the second clings to it and pulls the cable. The rocket is heavier than the tank, but the tank is in the silt, it’s not easy either. It’s insulting to the local that their tank will leave to Moscow, but it was necessary to chat and lift less themselves.

Children need to be shown so that they know and remember.
But the further fate of the Bold as of 13 years old is not enviable, alas, apparently adults do not remember the story.
When the tank was pulled out, rifle cartridges were in the box for the repair kit and tools, inside the ammunition, in the tank of the solarium and not one oil spot on the surface. The hatch of the driver’s mechanic opened easily, with the tower had to tinker. During the initial demilitarization, the Ministry of Emergencies unloaded and undermined the ammunition, the military and the Ministry of Internal Affairs seized machine guns and a lock, simultaneously dragging out a spare track. It didn’t work out well. Today, the tank should already be in Pskov. The delay was due to a trailer breakdown. A month later, experts from Moscow carried out its final demilitarization. The engine was seized and taken away. In Pskov, in the exposition of the museum of military glory being created in the village of Kholmatka, there was a caterpillar case ..., but I would like to see a running copy.
His further fate turned out to be traditionally unenviable; it would have been better if they hadn't found him until they began to appreciate history in Russia (in Ukraine the situation is no better, but in Belarus it is much better). After removal from the peat silt and washing with water, the tank began to rust intensively. There was no talk of proper conservation and restoration work, the "restoration" was carried out by a local car service. There was water inside the tank and on top of it was painted right over the rust. Better the search engines and rescuers found him in a time more adequate for the preservation of history - otherwise this case has little to do with salvation. Photographs from the restoration site of the Pskov Museum "Stalin's Line"
I would like to know his fate today, I hope that this tank is alive.
After reviewing the photo I realized that this tank is dead. All torn off. How long will they mock technology and history? This is not a tank, but a MUMIA.

A lot of different equipment during the Second World War was raised from the lakes and swamps of the Pskov region. The tank "Brave" mentioned above was raised between the cities of Velikiye Luki and Novosokolniki (25 km in a straight line). The Germans held the front there from the winter of 1943 until the winter of 44. Terrain - hills (heights), and between them - lakes, swamps and forests. Almost next to each other from the swamp they raised THREE T-34-76 tanks, which had gone under the ice during the attack: "Brave", "Sniper", "Speedy". There were no crews inside, thank God. Fragments of bones and German uniforms were found in the tracks of one tank. Now "Brave" is in Pskov, "High-speed" - on a pedestal in Novosokolniki, "Sniper" - in the BTV museum in Kubinka on Poklonnaya Gora.

Yes, the fate of the car is not enviable! Was it worth pulling the tank out of the swamp to make God knows what instead of actually rebuilding it? In Belarus, if they get it, then they will restore it on the Stalin Line so that the similarity with the new one will be maximum, plus it will not be worse than the new one and the people will get good emotions at the sight of this masterpiece at the parade or at some stage show, and you-in one word Russia! I hope Voronezh 34's fate will be more worthy! And "Brave" is all the same a pity - Better he remained in the swamp like an ancient Russian warrior, than on the territory of the museum to stand in the form of a model! But judging by the footage, when climbing out of the swamp, he was almost alive, why bother him!

I agree. We also have a pair of BTs at the bottom, on the one hand would they want to raise the hunt, and on the other - and, suddenly, everything will be torn apart? Let it be better so at the bottom and rest.

An unenviable fate for that German, whose bones were stuck in the tracked tracks of our tank. And about the fate of the tanks, I can tell you more. "High-speed" stands on a pedestal in the central park of the city, to which he did not reach 15 km in 1943. This is our main monument, and flowers are placed on his armor without wrying because it is not painted with "authentic" paint. "Sniper" in Kubinka near Moscow is fully operational (except for shooting). A film about him at the Zvezda shopping center has been shown more than once. As for the "deplorable" fate of "Brave" in the Pskov Museum - not everything is unambiguously pathetic, as Ali wrote above. And if these tanks were left in the swamp "until better times", then in a few years there would be no living witnesses who knew where this swamp was. And "better times" don't happen often.

True testing is carried out at an elongation speed of 2-3 mm / s effort up to 1000 kN

We didn’t even have time to signal the crane operator. There wasn’t any jerk, because after the tension the crane operator waited when the elevator basket was pushed back.

It was thanks to the silt that it was preserved, silt prevented oxidation protecting the metal from oxygen. For example, in the articles of V.O. Shpakovsky sometimes meets how things from the Bronze Age are still taken out of a swamp in almost perfect condition, he is like that, silt.

      Now, I don’t know.

Near Dusseldorf T-34 ka is on the move, and in our Volgograd near Mamayev Kurgan tank "Chelyabinsk Collective Farmer" stands with a downed left caterpillar.

Any T-34-76, even a "Mickey Mouse" with a "nut", even a "pie" (by the way, this tank - with a hatch - "pie") is definitely worth the cost of lifting (or digging). There are very few early, 76mm "thirty-fours" in the world - each of them is a valuable historical exhibit. And thanks to their deservedly legendary maintainability, most of those still resting in rivers or buried in unknown ravines can be restored to running condition without much hassle and cost.

      Little one ....
As far as I can remember, in Rostov there is an 34-ka on a pedestal on the Guards Square, which Krasnoarmeyskaya Street actually ends. It is not far from the railway station and the main bus station. There the tank is already with a large tower and cannon 85-mm. In addition, the height of the posture visually enlarges it in size.

For the first time I saw a live 34-ku on the move and close up in 1988 in Belarus. He served there as an urgent in the tank forces in Minsk (Urychye microdistrict). Once they took us to a filming as extras. I don’t remember which film studio was shooting, but the film was called "Gyga". About the shooters. Like they were forbidden to shout "hurray" when they went on the attack. So that's where I saw the T-34. Now I don't even remember what kind of turret and gun were there, but I remember very well that the tank itself is very small. And there is almost no room for the driver. And how did people fight in it? Compared to my 72nd, he was in general some kind of toy. Honestly, I realized that the Japanese kamikazes are nothing compared to the Soviet tankers, who managed to not only fight to the death with these machines, but also survive!
Very small, but very heroic tank, this 34-ka.

And how do you think that the soldiers of the Red Army answer "I serve the Soviet Union", whereas this was introduced in 1947, and before that they answered "I serve the working people." German soldiers shout the Nazi party cheer "Heil Hitler". So he could only greet with a gold party badge, a member of the NDRSP party. When there was an attempt on Hitler's life, he wanted to make it mandatory for the entire army, but even the generals did not pass this order to the army. Our directors do not want to have historians as consultants. Here in "Osvobozhdenie" at the Battle of Kursk, Is-3 is in the foreground, and the T-34-76 was pushed as far as possible.

father served in Germany on the T-10. He recalled 2 cases:
        1) there were joint exercises with the GDR, those at 34-85 were - during the exercise, ours were in ambush, the Germans attacked, and my father said - they say the Germans are jumping out of the woods, scattered across the field and like ants scampering, and we are on them from the deposit barrel (machine-gun) sighting (MDZ) - the flash is visible, their bosses and ours are watching and assessing the progress of the exercises. First, when we shot them all - it seems great - well done, and then someone said, "That's how they burned our fathers." ...
        2) they were driving along the road in a column - there is a German one-legged and one-armed about forty, suddenly began to point a finger and laugh. So my father said - the whole crew shouted "Trust it !!!!" They rushed past, but rolled out of the column ... The special officer called my father, looked through his personal files, said, "The Germans cannot be pressed," he sighed and let go .. There were 9 people in the crew who died in the war (my father had a father and 2 uncles )

Harmonious outside, but not very inside. The tower was designed for 45-ku, and then one of the generals asked Grabin to create a 34 mm cannon for the T-76, before being put into service, they managed to put the F-32 in the tower, but the tower remained the same, so the crew became cramped. In the United States, there is an April 1941 release car. Tank number F-1404144, was part of the 4 TD 6 MK, captured during the fighting in Belarus. It was later used by the Germans, captured by the Americans, transported to the Aberdeen Proving Ground.
In Medyn there is another tank, serial number 1409008. The vehicle belonged to Captain Pozolotin, commander of the 1th battalion of the 17 tank brigade. Tank 10 October 1941 during the battle in the village of Radyukino landed in the Shan River. The car was lifted in the 1956 year.
The third famous tank is in Bondarevka, Lugansk region. A tank of 1942, in this form, they were released just before the moment they went into a series of cars similar to those pulled out
