The Disappeared Gold of the Knights Templar

Once, when I gave a lecture to students on topics of modern political journalism, someone asked me what you can write about, when there is absolutely nothing to write about, but you need to write. “Write about the gold of the party,” I advised. - No one knows if it was at all and how much it was, but the logic suggests that it should have been, and that there were a lot of it. “Nobody knows what happened, so you have a lot of imagination, and people really like to read about money!” “And if on historical topic? " “Then it’s better not to find the themes of the Templar gold!” Nobody really knows anything about him either, but it should have been! ” That's just more precisely, I then said nothing to them. But I searched, thought, and got such material about “money”, which we all love to read about.

The Disappeared Gold of the Knights Templar

The burning of Jacques de Molay and the Prior of Normandy. Miniature from the chronicles of France Saint Denis. Late 14th century British Library.

As is known, the Order of the Knights Templar arose after the first crusade, namely in 1119 - 1120, it was created in Palestine by the Burgundian knights, and there were only nine of them. Some time later, all the members of this brotherhood made a vow of monasticism to the patriarch of Jerusalem and adopted the appropriate statute, and the king of the Jerusalem kingdom gave them a house near the Muslim mosque, which was located on the very place where King Solomon’s temple was built in biblical times. That is why their order and called the Order of the Templars and the Templars - from the word tampl - the temple.

Map of Jerusalem, 1200 g. From the medieval manuscript. In the right upper quarter of the blue circle, denoting the ring of the city walls of Jerusalem, one can see the “Temple of Solomon” - the residence of the Templars.

After that, the popes, as if competing with one another, began to shower the Order with favors and in every possible way to patronize him. The templars were given the right to build their own churches and even have their own cemeteries. They could not be excommunicated from the church, they also had the right to excommunication imposed by the church, to remove. From church taxes, all their property was released, and the tithe, which they themselves collected, remained entirely in the treasury of the Order.

The Knights of the Temple had their own clergy, which did not depend on the church hierarchs. Thus, the bishops did not have the right to interfere in their lives, to bring the Order to court or to fine its people. None of the spiritual and knightly orders, and then they founded a lot in the Holy Land, did not have such tremendous rights and privileges. Therefore, it is not surprising that very soon the Order began to flourish.

Knight Templar Westminster Psalter. 1250 Bodleian Library. Oxford.

Although the headquarters of the Templars was in Palestine, the Kingdom of Jerusalem was only one of its priory. Exactly the same priory order had in Tripolitania, in Antioch, in Poitou, in England, in the lands of the then French kingdom, Portugal, Aragon, Apulia, Hungary, Ireland, and even in far Poland. As a result, in the second half of the 12th century, the templars got rich so much that it amazed the contemporaries.

Knights with an eight-pointed cross on their chest owned lands, powerful castles, in cities they owned apartment buildings, in the countryside - farms, and they also had an incredible amount of gold. Incredible? Of course, incredible, because in 1192 they paid the English king Richard I for the island of Cyprus a completely unthinkable amount of 100 000 byzantions (800 000 gold rubles). But most importantly, the source of this wealth was not military booty, although it was also considerable, and not donations from naive believers, and not even gifts from the monarchs, who bought the Templar loyalty in this way, but ... the usual usury, erected by templar unprecedented for time level.

Effigy temples in the Taml Church in London.

The fact is that, having Priory in all countries of Europe and in the Middle East, the Templars came up with a cashless transfer of money, in which gold no longer needed to carry with you, but you could receive it by borrowing letters from treasurers in Priorats. And since these Priory as if the web covered the entire Christian world at that time, no other secular moneylender could provide such a service to clients, but it was easy for the templar. In addition, they invented the system of checks and letters of credit to the bearer, and introduced such a concept as “current account”. And they gave out loans to the sovereigns, and on the security of profitable lands, and even state treasures!

London Temple inside.

For example, in 1204, for example, the king of England, John Landless, “deposited” his crown jewels in the London Temple Tample, and in 1220, even the great royal seal of England fell to the English templar, and to attach it to the document , the king had to send people to her to the Templars! Then, in the 1261 year, the crown of the English kings, which was kept by the Templars for ten years, also went there.

In the Paris castle of the Order of the Knights kept the original contract between the French king Louis Saints and the ambassador of the king of England Henry III, concluded in 1258 year. And here you can reasonably assume that, having such significant items, the Templars threatened the monarchs with blackmail - disclosing the contents of some important papers could well cause scandals and even wars between the royal houses of Europe.

Seal of Edward I. Tower of London.

So both the famous Italian and Jewish Renaissance bankers were nothing more than weak imitators of the “poor knights” who once were really so poor that two of them rode one horse! And it is hardly necessary to be surprised that the Templars were the first among Europeans to take gold really seriously. That’s why they perceived the damage of the gold coin, which the French kings repeatedly tried to do, and treated it as sacrilege and resisted it in every way, realizing how much damage their finely tuned financial machine would cause to lower the gold content in the coin.

Penny Edward I 1279-1307's.

And then they struck at all to the French kings a force unprecedented before: they minted and began to keep the gold standard of livre in their Temple. So now any, different from him, the gold coin was declared false and was not accepted by them in the calculations!

However, at that time, while the Templars grew rich and acquired lands in Europe, in Palestine their affairs went very badly. Sultan Saladin took Jerusalem, and in 1291, the Crusaders lost their last fortress in Palestine and were forced to go home. True, the Knights Templar did not suffer much. Their wealth was great, there was a lot of land - what else do brothers and knights need?

Edward I takes ommazh (oath of oath) to the king of France Philip the Handsome 5 June 1286 d. “The Big Chronicle of France”, Jean Fuquet, 1455 - 1460 gg. National Library of France.

But the Templars had a particularly strong position in France, where many of the knights of this order were French nobles or had their ancestors. It was the Templars who served as modern ministers of finance at many royal houses. Everything looked so that it seemed that no trouble could threaten the welfare of the order in principle, but the trouble was already behind them!

King of France Philip IV (1285-1314) Capetian, nicknamed Handsome, sought to unlimited power and could not, of course, even in his thoughts admit that in his country there can exist a force equal to his power with the power of his king! The king’s concern was that the Order in France had too much land and ... money, and, in fact, was a state within a state.

Popular support (oh, this popular support is already!) - “Once rich, it means that it steals” was also on the side of the king. The fact is that in the minds of the people of the Middle Ages the noble origins and knightly prowess were absolutely incompatible with such an occupation as usury, which only Lombards and Jews could do. Therefore, the attitude to the knights-bankers was much worse than to the Italian and Jewish usurers, who were considered despicable people, although the Templars took less percent. The role played by the arrogance of the templar, their contempt for the "old, good" customs and local traditions, as well as the atmosphere of complete secrecy that reigned among them, with which they surrounded all their activities. All this led to the fact that rumors began to arise among the people due to a lack of information. This is always the case, but the Knights Templar did not study Lassuela’s information theory. They began to say that they brought to the East some kind of heresy, that they renounce Christ, worship the cat's head and indulge in Sodom's sin.

"Thin Rumor" - a dangerous thing. It was under the pretext of what was “said” that on the night of 13 on October 1307 of the year, on the orders of the king of France, all the Templars in the country were arrested, and all their property fell under it. The investigation was carried out for several years, and it would even be strange if during this time most of the knights did not confess to the most terrible acts for a Christian: that they worshiped the devil, defiled the holy communion, outraged crucifixion, murdered newborn babies, Sodom sins and many other equally ugly sins.

2 May 1312, Pope Clement V, with his bull, abolished the Order. A significant part of the Templars were sentenced to life imprisonment, and the entire top of the order, at the court refused the previous testimony, as data under torture, condemned to be burned at the stake, as heresy again. It was burned, as is well known, by Jacques de Molay and his associate of the Prior of Normandy, Geoffroy de Charnay.

Alas, a cruel disappointment awaited the king: the treasury of the order disappeared without a trace! And the gold of the Templars is still not found! Until now, the bricklayers are looking for him, historians argue about him, but no one has become richer because of this ...

In 1982 in London, the book “Holy Blood and the Holy Grail” was published, the authors of which G. Lincoln, R. Lee and M. Bagent, as they say, studied the archival documents in depth, and based on them concluded that the official history of the Templars - myth!

In fact, this order was only part of another, so-called ... Order of Zion, which appeared at the turn of the 11th-12th centuries. What was the order, the name of which comes from the name of the Abbey of St. Mary and the Holy Spirit on Mount Zion, with a rigid hierarchy divided into seven degrees? In 1118, his fifth degree - the Crusaders of Saint John - became the Order of the Knights of John of Jerusalem (Hospitallers, Johnish), and almost simultaneously the Templars, and then the Teutonic Order, also stood out from it. That is, all these three orders were only legal parts of an illegal association. Here is how!

Then, with the fall of Palestine, the Order of Zion falls even more into the shadows, but still manages its legal "branches." And, according to the authors, foreseeing the sad fate of the Order of the Templars, the “Zionists” took action. The decision that they took was cruel: not to waste efforts on compromised templar, but to save the main thing - their supranational empire, its wealth and connections.

And, of course, the Order of Zion did not want to give anyone its gold, which only nominally belonged to its branch in the person of the Templars.

And since, according to the authors, the “Zionists” had guessed about future events a few years before they all had happened (and where did such insight come from, didn’t anyone ever let it out?) Then they had time to take out their wealth. And where did they take him? To England, which they chose as a weapon of vengeance against France for ... the destruction of their branch — the Order of the Templar. That's how it is! Therefore, when the Hundred Years War began in 1337, all the money was there. Hence all the military successes of the British. After all, England at that time compared with France was a poor country, and suddenly such military achievements and successes? What "shishi", I ask? But on what - on the "Templar Gold"!

Cathedral of the Assumption of Our Lady of Mount Zion.

The English golden “noble” at the beginning of the Hundred Years War played no less a role than the arrows of the famous English archers. With the help of gold, the English managed to buy the location of Gascon and Bordeaux knighthood, to bribe the municipalities of many French cities, which voluntarily went over to the English monarch; well, and only gold paid for the services of numerous "white" and "free" detachments of archers, which brought fame to England in the battles of Cressy and Poitiers.

Thus, the revenge of the Order of Zion completely succeeded him. Well, and the origin of gold, which suddenly appeared among the British, they say, and today puts historians at a dead end ...

The Grand Seal of Edward III.

But it was impossible to openly transfer the hidden gold to the English king. After all, there was a papal bull, and it was possible to run into excommunication from the church. After all, not only Philip, but also the papal nuncio, with the most careful attention, watched whether a mass of gold of unknown origin would not surface in Europe.

Golden Noble of Edward III, 1369 - 1377 Bode Museum, Berlin.

King Edward I also did not want to be known as a moneymaker for someone else's wealth, and how to be here? How to "wash" hidden gold? The authors claim that the method was proposed by the Grand Master of the Order of Zion, Guillaume de Gisore, who was fond of ... alchemy. In the oldest treatises on alchemy, and they are the Leyden papyruses, which belong to the III-VII centuries, we are talking about various secrets of crafts, but no more. There is not a single word about the so-called metal transmutation. There is no about it in the manuscripts of the subsequent time. But then, from the beginning of the 14th century, for some reason, all alchemists began to write about the transformation of metals into gold. This topic dominates the “studies”, and the authors claim that they know why this insanity has become so widespread and has come to the XVIII century, and in Italy even to the XIX century.

Like, at the beginning of the 14th century, the famous Raymond Llull commissioned the English king Edward I to produce 25 tons (!) Of pure gold! Coins were minted out of it, and analyzes proved that gold of Luliya is truly real ...

Luliya’s official biography is one, but in reality she’s different! Is that stoned him in Africa and in fact. In reality, he never did alchemy. But he had a recognized scientific authority among the scholastics and among the theologians of then-Europe.

Quarterly Noble Edward III, 1361 - 1369 Bode Museum, Berlin.

Perhaps Llull was himself a member of the Order of Zion, which is why he often traveled from country to country, as well as the strange motto inscribed in his portraits: “My light is God himself” and ... on the banner that flew above the last Templar fortress on Middle East. And then Lullius was devoted to intrigue. They say that gold is already in England, and it is only necessary to create the appearance that it was he who did it through alchemical technologies. When deception became true, his mission was completed. He left London in 1307, and Edward I. died the same year.

The ruins of the castle of Corfe in Dorset, where for some time deposed Edward II was kept.

“Zioners” didn’t have anything to do with Edward II - he would have given all the gold to the Dispensers family for unnatural pleasures, but they gave it to his son Edward III, who started the Hundred Years War. Then the English authors write that the “Zion priors” and the church split were staged, and one of the ideologists of Protestantism, Zwingli, was also a member of their order. The Hussites, they say, also appeared for a reason, and the whole Renaissance in Italy is also their handiwork. Great masters of the mysterious Order of Zion were such famous people as Robert Boyle and Isaac Newton himself, and then Joachim Yungius (1587-1654), the founder of the Society of Alchemists.

As a result, the Order of Zion lived to our time. Today, this is something like a club organization that has set itself the goal of restoring the Merovingian dynasty to the French throne (that's how it is!) ). So here it is - one of the world "backstage".

Golden Noble Edward III 1344 d. Diameter 33 mm.

P.S. Well, I would like to finish this story about the secrets of the gold of the Templars on the next note, or rather, an explanation of why the book of these authors was chosen from the entire abundance of literature on this subject. The fact is that, well, suddenly on the TOPWAR website there will be either a writer or a person who considers himself as such and ... this is a ready-made theme for a furious historical novel. Some time ago, the editor of a large publishing house explained to me how to write books for a modern reader. It is necessary that our man, a paratrooper-jock, say, get through the “hole in time” in ... Ancient Rome! There, he beats everyone with his fists, sleeps with Cleopatra, and then comes back. And all this volume in 10 copyright sheets (1 sheet - 40000 characters). And here everything is right on this order: the security guard of the Russian embassy in Paris falls into a “hole in time” and ends up in France just before all these old events. His appearance is seen by the brother of the Order of Zion, well ... "takes into action." Naturally, there were fights, love of a golden-haired and blue-eyed Frenchwoman, and then through the same “hole” with her, he returned back, and gold ... he buried part of the gold in the wall of an abbey and calmly takes it from the wall in the 21st century! Ready, as you can see, the plot, and even what an exciting! I would take it myself, but it is also overloaded with work, so whoever is interested - go ahead!

    Good morning, everyone!
Wonderful, wonderful article! Thank you very much Vyacheslav Olegovich! And photos ---- can lead a person to failure at another time. A joke.
Even from the photo --- gold coins are downright enchanting with their radiance! I begin to understand the "stingy knight"
I want to add that there was a TV series on 365 a few years ago (like France), but I was able to do 1 episode. Here's what I heard interesting. At that time, food prices were constant. In general, the way of life has not changed socially either. The usurers increased, that is, they changed the price depending on the time, and for a medieval person this meant that they control time! And only God can control time! That is, they encroach on something that does not belong to them and once will be punished! What to take from them --- other faith. "Therefore, the attitude towards the knights-bankers was much worse", as it is written in the article, T. K. They turn out to be apostates

Good morning and good day to you too! Yes, you wrote everything correctly. Well, maybe the peasants and townspeople did not enter into such subtleties, but ... "They did not like the rich even then."

This is where the dog rummaged! This is subtlety for us, and they lived in an atmosphere where they believed that everything was in the hands of God and knew well from birth what God likes. previous generations inspired this knowledge.
And I also liked the article on the scrupulousness above those standing in relation to the wealth of others, on the scrupulousness of rumors! Ahhhhhhhh! Oh times, about morals!

In Dublin, a sign hangs on the wall of the gathering and the memory of Daniel Defoe. And it says on it that in memory of the fact that Defoe ... struggled to ... eat their own children: at that time every fourth child was eaten ... by the parents.

Do not believe? Well, here you go in Dublin another time --- so go in, look.

Germans usually have such tales. But the Germans didn’t seem to eat - German parents took the children to the forest and left there, if they realized that they could no longer survive.

But the Irish had a widespread practice - every fourth (!!!)

It is clear that they are keeping quiet, but the plate for Daniou Defoe hangs, fact.

In Germany, this practice began because of a cold snap - the "Little Ice Age": it suddenly became impossible to feed. By the way, about global warming, in which the Russians, as you know, do not believe.

And someone brought pieces to the market --- to sell. At that time there were not enough products everywhere .And more lonely travelers disappeared, and everyone knew that.

And another question for Vyacheslav Olegovich --- and whether there will be more articles about the Middle Ages?

in Ireland, it came from the English genocide. During the period of Defoe's life, Ireland lost half of the population, people were deliberately destroyed by hunger and replaced by the British. After a hundred and a little years, this again repeated, out of 8 million and four left. It is not surprising that the children ate.

Moneylenders then did not like. Any rebellion where did it start? From the Jewish pogrom. And why? Debt receipts were destroyed. Well, it has historically been the case in Europe that usury was one of the main occupations of the Jews. For that they suffered.

The same approach is typical for Muslims. The Quran forbids giving money in growth and a usurer for a Muslim is worse than a pagan.

Want to ridicule the Lord God, tell him about your plans is about these Templar poets. One of the mortal sins is pride, from their arsenal. Considering that they grabbed God’s beard, they were robbed, as a warning to others. That, in principle, did not help humanity, neither then nor now, nor will it help in the future. Something like this...

Well, I read a lot about the Templars and their wealth, it is interesting, of course, but this is a foreign legend that separates us for many centuries. Since I communicate among fans of instrument search, the so-called "diggers", we have an equally legendary and very curious story about gold, which still excites the minds of many, Kolchak's gold! This story is especially popular among representatives of cities, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Irkutsk, besides, everything happened less than a hundred years ago. smile

That's what I thought about. I remembered the book by Jacques Sadul "The Treasure of the Alchemists." In reality, the transmutation of elements and the receipt of gold are only an auxiliary and by-product, and the main goal is to achieve eternal youth IN THIS BODY for the alchemist himself! And, perhaps, some kind of superpowers, after all, the "work of the Sun" and "the work of the moon" were mentioned, as well as the "wet way" and "dry way". This doctrine originated, as it is believed, in ancient Egypt and China.
By the way, the Author’s words about the Templar gold in England make it clear why Britain, and beyond it, the states still rule the seas.
So the tales of gold were needed to find sponsors, because alchemists had to live on something and do their expensive experiments. There are cases of discovering these deceptions and severe punishments, for example, John Dee.

The main goal of alchemy is Absolute Knowledge. It is embodied in the form of the Philosopher's Stone (aka Tinktura) - a certain substance (what it is, not a single alchemist has instructions, so there’s another question, how would they recognize him), capable of: transmuting metals (and not only into gold, but in any at will), cure all diseases and grant eternal youth and life, receive an absolute solvent (Alkagest; the truth of what to store it, they did not bother), grant power over otherworldly forces, etc. As you can see, the alchemists in their searches did not trifle, therefore they walked with a look like the modern victims of the Unified State Examination - we, they say, are the highest caste, which is for us ordinary mortals ...

How would they know? A sensitive heart told them! Joke.
I was engaged in alchemy from childhood to 10 years. The purpose of alchemy was: to learn to fly, to command fire, electric current, chemicals, to melt metals for preparation. At 10 years old, they strongly subjected me to ........

Jacques Sadoul gives evidence that a tincture is a purple-colored glassy substance that easily abrades into a powder, very heavy. It must first be checked whether it is. If someone has checked wrong, then the product of many years of searching turns into "zilch". Then the tincture must be dissolved in alcohol at homeopathic concentration and drunk. If someone swallows it in its pure form, he will die! There were stories of poisoning and death.

Vasily Valentin spoke of Tincture as a red-brown liquid substance with a pungent odor. According to scant information, he most likely described "aqua regia" - a mixture of concentrated nitric and hydrochloric acids. This substance is capable of dissolving gold, which can then be isolated again. Isn't it a Philosopher's Stone?

Bonaventure and Albert the Great also wrote about Tincture, but, being smart people, they probably didn’t say anything and got off with common phrases.

Nothing specific about Tincture can be found in the works of the famous Raymond Llull and Nikal Flammel, also the "Andromeda nebula". So every alchemist has his own philosopher's stone.

Yes, the topic is interesting. Alchemists always kept everything secret, wrote down with ciphers, especially those who FOUND the philosopher's stone, so that now everything is not clear.
            About mercury.
But sulfur, arsenic, tartar and dew were actually used. Paracelsus fell for this deception and was forced to stop the experiments with mercury in order to stay alive.

Because Dan Brown fits into the prophecies of the Cathars ---- in time. In various films "fantasy" here and there knights appear. It seems that Harry Potter has someone in the clothes of the Hospitallers --- looked for a long time, I don't remember.

Another good article on "godly" order knights. For centuries, lords lived for themselves in post-Roman Europe, and they did not create any particularly powerful orders. But as soon as they came to Jerusalem (by the way, Islamized for a long time), and how it burst! Let's establish orders. And the popes in this matter were either boobies, or one of the creators of all these orders. What an opportunity to undermine the national feudal system of the state! It is rightly said that all these "godly" orders come from Zion. And not only in terms of geography, but also in essence. Zionists of the Middle Ages, more precisely, their accomplices, instrument and avant-garde. So a bunch of "knight-robber + usurer / serf" went for a walk, - twins brothers, just like "The Party and Lenin .. Who is more valuable to mother history?" This bundle is the basis of the state that we call medieval England. The first strong Zionist nest, which had not taken root in France before. The protectors of the Templars are touched: here the "dark French people" believe they say "rumors" about Satanism, black masses, bribery of the authorities and putting them into secret dependence. That is, a huge number of people are nearsighted fuckers (along with their king), and these unfortunate "secretaries" are such angelic souls! Philip crushed them correctly, otherwise there would be no France now! Moreover, the "way of the Templar", he did not appear from scratch. I dare to remind you that in the Languedoc of 1200 (the same century, in fact), not only the Pope, but also the French king had to fight the frankly satanic "heresy of the Cathars". Moreover, it was long, difficult and extremely cruel on both sides. The same "tentacles" as the Templars, only in profile. And gold? - Well, gold and gold. Its winner always takes it. What other options are there? What, Philip, after these Templar usurers in fact cleaned up numerous assets in France, Britain and in general in Europe, he had to lay out the gold along the road, whoever you want? - A very primitive accusation. Suitable for any character, from any era and anywhere. The classic "he is." And here is the thought of where England got the funds after John Lackland (!) For the war with the continent (!). - this is a fresh thought for me. Thanks to the author and the British link. This clarifies a lot. especially the "path" along which England pre-evolved today, the "old Zionist nest".

Thank you, Vyacheslav, as always - very interesting. But Mazin has books not only about fellow travelers, and rather interesting thoughts slip through. I read several books. I don’t always agree with him, but the author is not bad. For example, this:

In this country, only the dead do not have shame.
In this country, only the dead are allowed to speak.
In this country, in the ruins of the Third Rome,
Only to the light that sleep and prayer.

In this country where freedom is no more than right
Sit at random in a crowded dirty wagon
And, lurking, watch how the Power changes
Faces of leaders on the canvases of demonic icons.

In this country, no one is subject to anyone
    Given from above. Almost dead
In this country where confidence in the future is happiness
Only among holy fools (God will not leave his own).

Here, on the detours of History, fat monsters
A rod from the ground, like grebes in a warm rain.
Gray is made white and white is callous
    In this country…
But we will not find another for ourselves.

Thanks to the Author for an interesting article and, in my opinion, a very plausible version. The wealth of Britain's elite is truly uncountable. Suffice it to say that there is more money on the London Stock Exchange than New York, Hong Kong, and Paris combined. And yet, Arthur Conan Doyle, along with stories about Sherlock Holmes, wrote several historical novels. Everyone who read them notes the incredible accuracy and meticulousness of the writer in describing even the smallest details, well, how much did dinner and an overnight stay in an average tavern cost in the middle of the 14th century. So in the novel "White Detachment" the hero's meeting with the knight-Hospitaller is described, and the author says that they (the Hospitallers) inherited most of the wealth of the "ill-fated Templars" and think only about wine and pleasure. That is, one more confirmation of the theory that gold did not go anywhere but settled in the treasury of Britain and maybe several more countries.

This is fiction. Yes, the Order of the Hospital received a number of land possessions of the Order of the Temple, but the finances of the Templars disappeared without a trace. And most importantly - almost no one accused the hospitaliers of the sins of the Templars, for a number of reasons, but this is precisely so.

Vyacheslav Olegovich, allow a few clarifications? Firstly, you know, I’m far from the madness of conspiracy theorists, but to be objective, neither the moment of the founding of the Order of the Temple, nor the number of its members are unknown, and no documents have been preserved. In fact, more or less accurate information appears only since the first trip of the Order’s leadership to Europe, what and how they did the first 15 years after the conquest of Jerusalem by Christians is unknown.

Secondly, we are talking about the temple complex Haram ash-Sharif ("Temple Mount"), where two Muslim mosques and the Wailing Wall join. After the First Crusade, Muslim mosques were transformed - the central Dome of the Rock - into the Temple of All Saints, and the side one - into the Church of the Virgin. Next to the latter there were buildings that were transferred to the Templars, they have no direct relation to the Temple of Solomon, only adjoining its southern part.

But not me. Not the ruins of Solomon's Temple are interesting, but the dungeons below them. After all, until now, the clerics of all religions registered on this piece of land do not allow scientists or journalists to go there. The Ark of the Covenant also disappeared from the Temple of Solomon. The templars did not worship Christ, but Baal, like many after them. Catalonia, as a former colony of Carthage, is simply riddled with monuments of this religion. That is why the Catalans do not recognize the Semitic ritual of celebrating the victory of Yahweh over Baal - the bullfight. The world's largest temple of Baal still stands in the middle of Barcelona, created by the "incomprehensible and incomprehensible" Gaudi. And Spanish Catholics are still wondering why the Vatican will not open the Church of the Holy Family for services. He will never open, because he knows much more than he says. Baal worship dates back to Sumer, 7 thousand years ago. These are the Sumerian En-Lil, El, Il, Ilu among the Akkadians and the Hittites, the progenitors of Phenicia. And the creator of gold out of nothing Lulli is the reverse pronunciation of Illu-l (Ilu-lu) - "the man of Ilu" (En-Lil) - the Sumerian god of air and light, Baal, the enemy of Yahweh.
And the priests of Illu (the Illuminati, their mother Inanna) could inherit anything from their ancestors from Sumer, including a mini-reactor (ark of the covenant) - a box to which only an "enlightened" priest could die without risk - who knows where what, and then only in a breastplate and a belt of gold, in a mantle embroidered with gold (and indeed, it's not poisonous to carry lead from radiation). So who is there what gold, where and how, is still a question. Dutsmay, if you perform a detailed radioisotope analysis of Edward III's Nobles, in a decent statistical sample, there will be more questions than answers

"In 1980, the Confederation of the Orders of the Templars" (Confoederatio Ordinis Templarii) was founded in Rome, not recognized but not prohibited by the Vatican. it is the Order that is the true (legitimate) successor to the ancient Temple. because they needed every coin to fight the Saracens.
But even if we assume that at least some of the modern "Orders of the Temple" really come from the brotherhood of Hugo de Payenne, all the same, over the centuries of their secret existence, most likely they have lost the right to be called his successors. And above all - because they stopped fulfilling the main vow of the Knights of the Temple - to protect the pilgrims on the way to the holy places. After all, guarding the pilgrims in secret is absolutely impossible.
Modern templars are knights, but not warriors or monks, do not live in castles and monasteries, do not guard pilgrims either explicitly or secretly, have completely different ideals and pursue completely different goals. "
