For Turkmenistan, this patrol boat program is tantamount to launching a large aircraft carrier.

there is little text, and since the Turks built a boat for the Turks, a few questions at once - how much more do the Turks build for the Turks? What are Turkish boats in comparison?

Turkmens strengthened their presence in the eastern Caspian, against whom and with whom will they be friends? So they have long-standing ties with both Turkey and Iran.

Well, well done, that they themselves build, though small, but ships ...

A little confused only by the wording: either "borderline", or MRK ... If borderline, then somehow even light anti-ship missile weapons looks strange on it ...

And, frankly, I don’t think that one of the Caspian littoral states will take a chance on the territorial integrity of Turkmenistan ...

So, the main task of these RTOs will be to drive poachers ...

Nevertheless, having gigantic gas reserves, Turkmenistan, by definition, cannot have a well-equipped and balanced, compact army and navy. Their exercises are mainly anti-terrorism, but this does not mean that Turkmens will not be able to participate in resolving a territorial conflict, for example repay a minor border incident.

If we ridicule the ridicule of some commentators, we must pay tribute to the Turkmens; slowly but surely create their own Navy. Without screams, leaps and other tinsel.

Well, not slowly, but systematically and quite meaningfully. They bought "Lightning" with "Uranium" in Russia and now they have bargained from the Turks of these patrols. Today, purely outwardly, since I do not know how they operate and maintain equipment, they are in the top three in the Caspian Sea in terms of quantity, quality, second only to Russia and Iran, but with Iran "Lightning" on the occasion and can compete.

I don’t remember, but it seems like the Turks made a marketing move with a horse - they drove it for trial and went for assembly in Turkmenistan. Well, why refuse for the sake of Turkmenbashi?

But all the same, Gazprom refused to buy gas under the contract, earlier they were satisfied with the price of $ 100 per thousand, selling for $ 400. They themselves concluded a long-term contract, as they say, they didn’t pull the tongue.
      So what to talk about.

What difference does it make from whom they bought boats, the most important thing is that the Turkmens have an adequate, mobile army, navy, air force and specialists. Their safety, our security - all of us, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Russia.

Well ... as they say, a boat, 7 feet under the keel ...

The Caspian Sea must be demilitarized for a long time. All the same, the internal sea. Five states that we will attack each other. Limit the number of military vessels in terms of displacement and armament. We need to trust each other.
The whole world community can be shown how to live.

Without going into political jungle, we can say that well done, they monitor their border forces, do not steal and cut loot, and improve the fleet. Already that this is not a rubber fleet is already a huge plus.
