Neutralizing the “fifth column” without creating additional social tension and accusing the country's leadership in repressions is possible by holding a popularly recognized lustration.
В stories societies periodically come up with ideas that cannot be called otherwise than misanthropic. The analysis of mental constructions, among which can be called the most ancient religious systems and more recent concepts (Nazism, fascism), proclaiming the special position and rights of one people, makes it possible to single out some common features.
First of all, this is a fundamental rejection of high spiritual aspirations, the imposition of a simplified world view on society, oriented towards maximizing consumption. There are enough examples. Recall the textbook "bread and circuses."
A sign of antihuman ideology is the proclamation of the absolute force. This right may be declared openly or gradually, as a consequence of other installations. It is not necessarily proclaimed directly as a forceful suppression of the weaker. But, for example, the right to economic superiority ultimately leads to gross military arbitrariness.
Other important features of the misanthropic ideology are: declaring the chosen nation or caste; denial of rights, including rights to life, to entire nations and social strata; imposing such values that lead to the undermining of the demographic potential of mankind, for example, in the form of a justification of the need for a radical reduction in its number due to environmental restrictions; proclamation of individual freedom from moral standards and taboos, declared a relic of the past.
Immediately, we note that religion is an ideological system that can become only one of the components of ideology. At the same time, it is absolutely not necessary that an ideology built on a particular creed will correspond to the provisions that are its essence. Suffice it to recall the atrocities that the Western colonialists committed in the name of Christ on other continents, especially in America, where entire nations were exterminated. Obviously, they have nothing in common with Islam and the crimes of the IG banned in Russia.
Today there are many ideological systems in the world, but the two main ones are liberal and socialist. The latter has no significant influence on the development of civilization. Therefore, let us dwell on the liberal idea in its social embodiment.
Golden Age liberal ideology
The first postulate: the basis of all life activity - the economic interest of the individual. According to liberal ideologues, homo economics came to replace homo sapiens. All his interests boil down to material enrichment and consumption, the rest is secondary. This is the orientation of the individual at the rejection of high spiritual aspirations with the imposition of a simplified world view. A clear sign of misanthropy.
Proclaiming freedom, especially economic, liberalism interprets it as the right of domination of powerful business entities over all others. Citizens of Russia are well aware that following economic violence comes criminal: raider seizures, corruption schemes of weaning someone else's property, contract killings. The oligarchs put state structures at their service and even create their own armies (such as Kolomoisky, for example). This violence against the majority of the people is especially cynical, since it is carried out by private owners in their own selfish interests. So liberalism and on this basis seems misanthropic.
As for the third criterion, it suffices to recall the statement of Gavriil Popov: “When forming public services, populist democracy must be completely excluded ... a citizen must have that number of votes that corresponds to ... the amount of tax paid by him from his income.” In private conversations, these gentlemen are expressed more specifically: the power must belong to the rich. On a global scale, we are talking about the subordination of mankind to transnational elites. That is, according to this criterion, liberalism falls under the concept of a man-hating ideology.
Proclaiming freedom in combination with the demand for the state to leave the economy, liberalism leaves a single person to “float up” into the vital sea. Who does not come up - has no right to life. In any case, this was what the Russian liberal ideologues and 90's politicians expressed and acted: not badly, if several million die from “shock therapy” - they simply did not fit into the market. That is, the whole social strata were denied the right to life.

Compliance of liberalism with the sixth criterion follows from the entire social policy of the West regarding the legalization of various immoral manifestations.
Thus, it can be stated that liberalism, at least in the radical form in which it is imposed in our time, is a misanthropic ideology. In the post-Soviet space, in particular Russia, he brought innumerable misfortunes. The destruction of the economy was accompanied by the loss of entire industries, mainly in the high-tech sphere. In wars and conflicts in the post-Soviet space, hunger, hopelessness, rampant banditry, human trafficking (for example, children for cutting into organs) and other consequences of liberal “reforms” perished much more than from the fascist invasion. To achieve the degradation of the spiritual and intellectual potential of our people was one of the goals of Hitler against the USSR, which he never achieved. But this could be done by liberal reformers of education and science, which has long been the subject of discussion in the media. The worst thing is that their destructive activity continues.
Fifth Column Act
The last time the problem of eradicating the ideologies detrimental to humanity rose to its full height after the end of World War II. It was necessary to destroy fascism and Nazism, first of all in Germany, where it was rooted most deeply. To solve the problem, economic, spiritual and military-police measures were applied. However, two of the most famous and effective were: a legal ban on the fascist and Nazi ideologies, as well as the lustration of those involved in the activities of the relevant parties and organizations, all carriers of these ideas.
An analysis of events in Russia in the last two or three years shows that the liberal resistance to the initiatives of our president to revive the country as a powerful and sovereign state, economically self-sufficient, is regularly sabotaged by the “fifth column”, and very effectively, especially in the economic sphere. This was repeatedly expressed by officials, the problem is constantly discussed in the media. Probably, this would happen in Germany in relation to the actions of the new leadership, if the above-mentioned measures were not taken to curb the activities of the carriers of the Nazi ideology.
Apparently, without exception, the impact on our society of radical forms of liberalism with the restriction of activities to spread the anti-state views of the carriers of such ideas (this can be called de-ordination) development and even the preservation of our country is impossible. And here it is appropriate to use the experience of denazification of Germany. That is, it is time for us to think about, along with the legislative ban on the preaching of fascism, to introduce the same to all forms of propaganda of liberal fundamentalism. It is time to think about how to impose certain restrictions on the activities of persons who are identified with the "fifth column". That is, to apply such a tool as lustration to them, for which to develop and adopt the relevant law.
To ban ideology is, strictly speaking, impossible. The ideas of healthy liberalism have always been and will remain in society, exerting a positive influence on it, as the most important counterbalance to authoritarian tendencies. However, the provisions that transform liberalism into its radical fundamentalist mutation must be prohibited, including them among the most dangerous forms of extremism.
A ban must first of all be subjected to any form of absolutization of individualism as the most destructive ideological phenomenon for society and the people. The primacy of a nationwide, nationwide interest over private and personal must be affirmed as an indisputable truth. It is important to recognize one of the most dangerous forms of extremism of attempts to proclaim the special rights of certain sectors of society, primarily oligarchic clans, to power. You should also consider ideas about the curtailment of the role of the state as the main regulator of public relations, about limiting sovereignty in favor of supranational structures. To extremist should include all the provisions, the implementation of which previously caused significant damage to our country. Thus, it is necessary to recognize the claims that Russia has no enemies and the deliberate ineffectiveness of state management of economic entities that are subject to a ban.
One of the forms of extremism, and a very dangerous one, is the absolutization of the financial levers of managing the life of society and the primacy of economic interest over all others, in particular, measuring the quality of life in various spheres only by commercial indicators. This has already caused tremendous damage to our education and health care, without proper provision in these critical areas, entire areas have been left in the Russian provinces, which contributed to the disappearance of a huge number of villages and settlements.
Undoubtedly, all sorts of ideas that involve the deliberate reduction of the population of the planet or its individual regions are anti-human. This means that concepts like the “Golden Billion” or various models of globalization, involving the deliberate specification of states and peoples in the global division of labor (which entails a sharp narrowing of the field of application of forces for their population, and hence its natural decline), must be recognized as extremist .
What should be lustration
There are examples that have very negative consequences and were sometimes carried out in wild forms, like in Ukraine. Meanwhile, the experience of properly and effectively conducted lustration is the denazification of Germany, the demilitarization of Japan in the post-war years.
Lustration is commonly understood as a practice properly fixed and regulated by the laws of a country, as a rule, conducted by new authorities, to prevent public service, the government apparatus and local authorities, law enforcement agencies, special services and the armed forces, other posts important to society. Institutions of the education system, culture and science of persons on ideological, political grounds, as well as those responsible for the crimes of the previous government.
The course for national revival and building a stable system of power, proclaimed by our president, with a radical strengthening of the state’s role in society, has led to the activation of the “fifth column”. There is a resistance of elites ousted from the transformation of the country. And this means that lustration is completely legitimate and reasonable. It may be objected - in the 90s there was no legally defined lustration. Yes it is. However, it is worth remembering that the then new authorities almost entirely consisted of flip-flops from among the former party farm nomenclature - they could not lyustry themselves. But honest communists and leaders who could not accept such a monstrous betrayal of their country, just fell under the distribution - secretly, without legislative design, as "not fit into the market" or "lost confidence" of the new higher leadership.
Lustration in Russia can only be carried out on a full legal basis. The relevant federal law must necessarily go through the procedure of a nationwide discussion, otherwise it will be perceived by the population and be submitted by opponents of our country as an act aimed at eliminating dissent. Lustration norms should not be punitive, causing social tensions. Their goal is to protect the country from the most dangerous for its stability manifestations of the activities of the representatives of the “fifth column” by removing them from administrative and legislative resources, depriving them of the opportunity to influence the economy, spiritual sphere and security.
The doors of educational and scientific institutions, institutions of power, and expert structures involved in ensuring state decision-making should be closed, first of all, to bearers of the ideas of radical liberalism and Westernism, directly or indirectly promoting concepts that lead to the transformation of Russia into a raw materials appendage of developed countries with its final colonization, in particular on the basis of proclaiming the need to “enter into Western civilization” at any cost, even at the expense of the loss of part of sovereignty. It is necessary to eliminate representatives of the raw and financial oligarchs associated with the transnational elites economically and politically, their henchmen, the liberal lobby of the executive authorities. By their actions, they contribute to the creation of conditions for the exacerbation of social contradictions, the growth of tension. From the political liberal opposition to the ban on participation in the activities of state institutions and educational institutions, scientific and expert organizations should be subjected to radical views. It is advisable to lustration of those involved in the 90 reforms that were destructive for our country and subsequent years, in particular privatization. First of all, this should be attributed to those deputies of the former Supreme Soviet of the USSR who voted for its dissolution — without this, the Belovezhsky conspiracy would remain a mere piece of paper.
Today, the “fifth column” is actively operating, leading our country to a social explosion that could become a national catastrophe. Neutralization of this activity is vital. Doing this within the framework of the law, eliminating arbitrariness and settling of accounts, without creating additional social tension and accusing the country's leadership in repressions is possible only within the framework of the universally recognized lustration.
