The Moldovan Ministry of Defense distributed a report on the preparation of Moldovan military personnel for the upcoming events, which received a loud status of joint exercises with the American contingent. The exercise will be held in Moldova from 3 to 20 in May. In terms of the Pentagon, future charges were called Dragon Pioneer-2016. 198 troops from the 2 US Cavalry Regiment and 165 troops from the 1,2,3 battalions of the National Army of Moldova will take part in the exercises.

The events will be held on the territory of the sapper battalion, as well as the training center of the Moldova Motorcycle Brigade. The servicemen will be engaged in the creation of fortifications, organize the process of water supply for army units, overcome obstacle lines, and work out the skills of evacuating the wounded (by convention). In addition, the Moldovan-American contingent will conduct activities for survival in various conditions using the available material and technical means.

The exercise will involve 18 American Humvee armored vehicles, 29 units of other vehicles. Another 40 units of equipment will be provided for the exercises by the Moldovan side.
