A surprising statement was made by the spokesman for the representative of Ukraine in the contact group on the settlement of the situation in the Donbas Leonid Kuchma. Darka Olifer (the name of the press secretary) said that Kiev would consider the Victory parade of 9 of May 2016 of the year in Donetsk and Lugansk to be a violation of the Minsk agreements. At the same time, Ms. Olifer called the Victory Parade "the passage of military equipment."
