A surprising statement was made by the spokesman for the representative of Ukraine in the contact group on the settlement of the situation in the Donbas Leonid Kuchma. Darka Olifer (the name of the press secretary) said that Kiev would consider the Victory parade of 9 of May 2016 of the year in Donetsk and Lugansk to be a violation of the Minsk agreements. At the same time, Ms. Olifer called the Victory Parade "the passage of military equipment." Such a statement Olifer made on Facebook:
(...) on the eve of the celebration of 9 May, we warn representatives of certain regions of Donetsk and Lugansk regions: the holding of the so-called the parade of military equipment in Donetsk will be a direct and gross violation of the Minsk agreements. In accordance with the agreements, all weapons must be withdrawn from the line of contact to the places of their permanent deployment, and this withdrawal must be confirmed by the OSCE SMM.
Ms. Olifer made such a statement at the end of the next round of the Minsk talks by representatives of the tripartite Contact Group, which ended about 3 hours ago.
It is noteworthy that the party (Ukraine) allows itself to make allegations of violations, whose troops recently captured the village of Shyrokyne and, firing on the territory of the DPR, crossed the contact line in the area of the so-called Yasinovatskaya interchange. Why are these actions Ms. Olifer among the violations does not include, and the Victory Parade refers?
By the way, the appearance of veterans of the Great Patriotic War on the streets and squares of the cities of Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics Darka Olifer doesn’t consider a violation of the Minsk agreements? ..
