Reuters: EU may introduce visa-free regime for Ukrainians with some reservations

99
In April, the European Commission (EC) will propose "the introduction of a visa-free regime for Ukraine, despite the results of the Dutch referendum," reports a source in Reuters.

“It may look like ignoring the opinions of citizens of the Netherlands, but we (the European Union) are obliged to fulfill the promise given to Kiev,” the interlocutor quotes. RIA News.

According to him, the EC will include in the proposal a “protective item that will allow temporary restoration of visa barriers in the event of an influx of migrants.”

The agency recalls that in March, the head of the European Commission Juncker promised the Ukrainian president Poroshenko that in April he would come up with a "legislative initiative on visa liberalization with Ukraine."

This proposal can be implemented if it is approved by the European Parliament and the Council of the EU, which is represented by all member states of the European Community.

On the contrary, indignation is overwhelming people put their bellies, they were promised, and now ... People have ruined their own country in order to go to Europe on foot. No, "guys-democrats" are free and visa-free both on internal Ukrainian passports and to all corners of the EU.

    Let's reason sensibly and realistically.
Europe needed Ukraine only as a door to Russia for the sale of its goods. The door was sealed. In other words, Russia had to sponsor this door. The standard of living in Ukraine was supposed to increase. The Russians should have looked enviously at the example of Ukraine. And here's a reason for "Maidana" in Russia. And then cookies, tires, the collapse of Russia.
But then “something went wrong.” The West underestimated the Putin factor.
Now Ukraine without the function of a door is not really needed. All the more, the West itself will have to sponsor the latter. Paris and die "I don’t understand at all. For a free three-month visa, to“ rock ”the country fool
Anyone who can wants to work in Europe has already traveled there. And now you might think that from Sumy or Zhytomyr to Europe for the weekend or to relax, tens of thousands will go to enjoy the Champs Elysees laughing laughing

Already, a huge part of the population is located in Russia ...

The other part will be broken in the EU ...

There will be no one to work for the benefit of the country's economy, and even more so - to fight in the so-called ATO ...

So-called self-collapse (or Euro-collapse) of Ukraine will happen slowly ...

A bunch of comments, but not one from a Ukrainian. I will be the first. Guys, we are well aware that we do not need a visa-free regime. Everyone who wants to travel west - drive. You go to the embassy, bring papers, get a visa (sometimes you don’t get it). All ! Those who didn’t go outside the aisles of their native village will not go anywhere even though you ... they don’t know what to compare with, they won’t go any shorter.
The only people who hold on to the abolition of visas are the guys from western Ukraine - they all work there a long time ago and they have never seen the Ukrainian work book. Naturally, no one paid taxes at home either, and if they paid, they forced me to.
In general, why am I all this - if this uncle makes a statement, then no one promised us that they would support him. And if they support it, it will not come into force soon.

Zero too much. 1000 - 2000 euros per month of stay. This is not accurate information, but something like that. Even for Germany it is good money.

That is, bring 1000-2000 euros with you, earn 1000-2000 euros with the best deal, spend 3000 euros on accommodation, come to Ukraine and give out debts 1000-2000 euros (if you earn 1000-2000 euros in Ukraine, why the hell go to the European Union to earn money, money is most likely borrowed) ..... Is this the kind of business that is? laughing

There are few migrants from the Middle East in Europe. Now there will still be a lot of frostbitten guest workers from Ukraine.
How they will deal with them.
In general, they roll along an inclined plane.
    Shocks in Europe are inevitable.

Well this is already offensive! The frostbitten ones won't go far. A multitude - where did you get that "multitude" will explode there?
Europe will digest the wave of emigrants as it did before. Arabs, Turks, Jews, people from African countries, the wave of our times of perestroika and after the collapse. Their children speak the languages of those countries in which their parents settled, and in their native language they can express it in an illiterate way. This is the main, overwhelming mass. The grandchildren of these migrants are already finally Europeanizing, if I may say so.
And the main difference between us Ukrainians is that we work. If the majority of migrants rushed to Germany for benefits and, in principle, are not going to work there, then we will revenge the courtyards, wash the elderly (there someone wrote above about this), do the hard work, but work! Get paid for labor. And I am not unfounded, there has already been a precedent with this. In the late 90s there was a problem to smack because we were not allowed to work because we worked for half the salary than the Europeans! We did not bully in the streets, did not sit on benefits, there was no violence on our part - people just worked.

Moldova already has a visa-free regime with the EU, also with reservations, namely: when crossing the border, a Moldovan must have 1500 euros, a biometric passport, a return ticket, residence vouchers or an invitation when traveling to friends and relatives or at a conference. The consular departments of the embassies of European states recommend Moldovan citizens to get medical insurance. laughing
The Ukrainians have already unveiled a "mitten" .... Now, how can we "rush" to Ivropa, how can we earn agro-money? laughing

And the main difference between us Ukrainians is that we work.

Yeah .... where? For example, Russians go to Europe to spend money earned in Russia, Ukrainians earn money, because they cannot work and earn money in Ukraine. Do you see the difference?

And now on the case. Guys where? - At the construction site. Is something being repaired? - Something being repaired / built. So they work. But labor is paid.
My advice to you. Take a ticket, get a visa and go straight to Berlin! Go see the ghettos there. You will not find ours there (Ukrainians, Russians, Belarusians), only "well-fried". Ours are all at the very least, and some of them live on a grand scale in normal areas, drive cars, and do not hesitate to visit Malta in winter. And try to get them out of there!
"Russians - spend, Ukrainians - earn" - do not get excited. I gave an example in my own country, but I know perfectly well that you will not refuse such an opportunity. And you know perfectly well that a person of a related profession in Europe feels himself much better.
Moldovans - they have not yet grown to EU standards, but you look and they will succeed! Guys go for it! And these papers are a perfectly reasonable move. For a person traveling to see, secured and without background, these pieces of paper to collect nonsense. Maximum 2 days "at own expense". Insurance?! Well, call me ... Medicine is paid ... They have it that way.

So you don’t understand where they work? In Ukraine, in Modavia? No, in Russia or in the EU. Have you seen brigades of Russian guest workers in Ukraine, in Moldova or in the same EU? No

My advice to you. Take a ticket, get a visa and go straight to Berlin! Go see the ghettos there. You will not find ours there (Ukrainians, Russians, Belarusians), only "well-fried". What for reinvent the wheel? Buy tickets, get a visa yourself? I paid money to a travel agency, went for a week and returned. I was in this Germany, the year in 2011. And they have enough homeless people and drunks and other muddy personalities. These are only our homegrown liberals and your Ukrainians believe that elves live there in a magical fairy forest laughing

"Russians - spend, Ukrainians - earn" - do not get excited. I gave an example in my own country, but I know perfectly well that you will not refuse such an opportunity. And you know perfectly well that a person of a related profession in Europe feels himself much better.

I feel not bad here ... in Russia. And I’m not going to go to the EU, especially to earn money.

Moldovans - they have not yet grown to EU standards, but you look and everything will turn out for them! Guys go for it!

So they dare ... go to the EU and Moldovans and Ukrainians ... are impoverished every day

But these papers are a completely reasonable move. For a person traveling to see, secured and without background these pieces of paper will collect nonsense.

For a person traveling to see and provided, the abolition of visas is NOT fundamental, especially for a trip he absolutely does not need to smash his country, burn tires, start a civil war ... Something like that.

Maximum 2 days "at own expense". Insurance?! Well, call me ... Medicine is paid ... They have it that way.

When buying a tour, pay insurance. I do not resent paid medicine.
But Moldovans and Ukrainians are outraged, because they believed that now there will be a "freebie", that is, at the expense of the European Union. Naive ... laughing

There is one big problem - people do not know which way they are running. They are driven by the "shepherds", but they are running.
              1) No matter where they work, the fact itself is important - people are not dependents.
              2) It doesn’t matter whether you are on a tour or on a private trip - you need to go to the embassy. Well, or not to the embassy itself, but to the visa center. Not important. It is important that you pass the test for lice.
I’m not saying that there is an earthly paradise, I’m talking about that, other things being equal, in half or even more cases, your colleague, there, would have earned more. I am talking about wage workers, the ordinary middle class.
              3) I have absolutely the same opinion - I feel good at home. But there are few like you and me. As for those who are ready for "a lot", there are few such people.
Well, not to go to the EU just so as not to go there, somehow, as I understand your words, everyone decides for himself.
              4) This is generally a slippery issue. I will not pick it up.
              5) I wrote the same thing above about the visa regime. And tires and other ugliness - this is for the "shepherds". I think there is no need to explain why they burned them. The civil war is generally a separate conversation.
              6) People corny do not know what awaits them there. "They said on TV - that means everything will be gut." Something like that.

              PS
I do not specifically raise the topic of "civil war" and impoverishment, this is an extremely complex and multifaceted issue. Who is interested I can discuss, but not here)))

And from experience I saw a completely different thing, yes, your fellow countrymen are working, but somehow the sisters ’ability to pay a benefit or getting into crime somehow no longer breaks. And yes, immigrants from the 90s never assimilate — they come not together with Europeans, but instead of Europeans.

They have been rushing there for two years, but so far they have not reached the EU.

Yes, only there would be something to go! To begin with, the EU must pay pensions and European earnings.
By the way, what is European earnings in general Swedish and German or Romanian and Polish?
Which one to go? where? I myself have been sitting in Sweden since childhood, it so happened that my parents brought here
to hell I saw here our guest workers. Units found only work here and then black if you
do not know the local language and / or not an awesome special in anything, then you are on "" "" there is no one who needs it.
All the "stupid" work the Poles crushed for themselves 10 years ago, so if only to work for the pan-Poles
    on black and all.
