the ICC prosecutor’s lawyer Igor Trunov said in an official response.The prosecutor noted that “none of the conditions is fulfilled in relation to the situation described, the alleged violations do not fall under the jurisdiction of the court”.
At the same time, he said that the received "information is stored in the court archives in case the conditions change."
Last January, Igor Trunov reported that “a statement about the investigation into the facts of crimes against humanity committed by officials of Ukraine was accepted for consideration (by the court in The Hague) and communication was started on it”.
