Tricky comments. Lyashko pissed off in earnest
It would seem that there are more than enough reasons for them. And the economy, to put it mildly, is not a fountain, and with finances, god knows what's going on, and the war with the Donbas is clearly losing, the cabinet of ministers just keep quiet about the ice.
There are generally on the subject of something to pester.
But unequivocally, when they catch by the hand not of some oligarch there, but of an oligarch-president, then yes, there is something to get started in full.
Poroshenko caught. And caught is not so weak. Sell your assets (which he allegedly sold before becoming president), and also so that a penny to the budget ... Well, the budget and we have a sacred cause.
Lyashko went on the attack.
Watch from 10 minutes.
In principle, his speech almost does not need translation. But for those who do not have a big ear for Ukraine’s hulk, I will make a brief squeeze out of the speech of the radical MP.
1. Announce early parliamentary elections, make changes to the Constitution in order to turn Ukraine into a real parliamentary republic.
2. Start an anti-corruption investigation against the president of Ukraine and his entourage, in order to penetrate into all the violations that led to the political crisis, which the Ukrainian enemy and the aggressor Russia will not fail to take advantage of.
3. On the basis of articles 111 and 112 of the Constitution of Ukraine, which provide for the initiation of an impeachment procedure to the president, begin the procedure for passing the law on impeachment to the president. To adopt this law and further on the basis of the conclusion of a special commission of inquiry to begin impeachment.
4. On the basis of Article 111 of the Constitution of Ukraine, form a special commission of inquiry with the participation of the Prosecutor General and representatives of the investigating authorities to investigate corruption schemes.
Lyashko made it clear that if the legislation of Ukraine lacks some kind of law, then it will not become a matter for its adoption. And if someone will prevent the adoption of such laws, it means that this deputy or official himself is involved in corruption.
If the investigating authorities are not able to stop corruption in the country, the Radical Party will urge people to take power into their own hands on the basis of article 5 of the Constitution and throw corruption out of power. If law enforcement and anti-corruption bodies are not able to cope with corruption in the country, starting with the president, then the people should do it. Otherwise, as Lyashko said, we will lose Ukraine.
Well, we'll see. The fact that Poroshenko’s position is more than shaky has become clear when the Rada refused to remove Yatsenyuk. But now Pyotr Alekseevich has really set himself up under the blow. And the blow will be tough.
If you carefully read the article 5 of the Constitution, which Lyashko hopes for, it reads as follows:
Article 5. Ukraine is a republic. The bearer of sovereignty and the only source of power in Ukraine is the people. The people exercise power directly and through government bodies and local governments.
The right to determine and change the constitutional order in Ukraine belongs exclusively to the people and cannot be usurped by the state, its bodies or officials.
No one can usurp state power.
Beautiful sunset. Very competent. Here you do not call on the maidan 3.0, no. There is just an attempt to throw Poroshenko out of politics by political means. Through the distrust of the people. As I understand it, Lyashko and other deputies are planning to organize tremendous noise and pressure on the Rada deputies to adopt relevant laws. With the subsequent weaning Poroshenko from power.
Very beautiful. And possibly without burned tires. Although this is a tradition that can be observed.
Although one should not exclude the option that the money from the sold assets Poroshenko famously buy so many deputies that nothing will come of the idea of the radicals and “Self-help”.
But in any case, the Ukrainian show continues. And for the future I would like to give very little advice. Pyotr Alekseevich, you are not angry with Lyashko. Can not go sideways ...
