The Hague Tribunal "Kills a Mockingbird"
“The Tribunal is a poisoned arrow directed against peace-loving, independent peoples,” said the most famous accused of the Hague Judgment, Slobodan Milosevic. After many years, General Ratko Mladic will call this “court” satanic. And Radovan Karadzic, the leader of the Bosnian Serbs, said long before his arrest: “If a real judicial body worked in The Hague, I would be ready to go there or give testimony on television. But the tribunal in The Hague is a political institution organized to shift the blame on the Serbs. ”
And now 24 March 2016 in the Hague Karadzic read the sentence - 40 years in prison. As if on purpose chosen date. After all, March 24 is a day that Serbs will remember for a long time. This is the day when the US-NATO 1999 bombardment of the year began, the day when spring started shooting ...
The sentence can still be appealed, but it is difficult to expect serious mitigation from the illegal court of justice - the probability of this is nearing zero.
However, immediately there were representatives of the liberal camp, who consider this sentence ... too liberal (here’s an absurd pun). So, Serbian "human rights activist" Natasha Kandich, known for her close cooperation with Western intelligence agencies (something like the notorious ladies - Politkovskaya or Alekseeva) stated that life imprisonment would be a logical punishment for Karadzic. The other Serbian liberal, Čedomir Jovanović, considers the verdict too soft, “Chad” is one of the most pro-Western politicians, who was famous for being the first to talk about the need to abandon Kosovo for European “buns”.
Of course, the cannibalism of those who call themselves liberals and democrats is going off scale once again. These are ready to glorify the murder of a person all the more louder than it is bloodier and more revealing (hello to the famous Clinton "Wow!").
However, this time these frostbitten liberals have reason to rejoice (and they are also unhappy). As a well-known Russian lawyer, an expert in international law, Alexander Mezyaev, explained, the sentence for a term of 40 years may be in practice even tougher than life imprisonment. It all depends on the country to which the convict is sent. “In some states, life imprisonment is not a confinement to death, certain years are calculated. Karadzic could have come out in these countries after two thirds of these terms, which vary from 20 years. When appointing 40 years, you will have to serve two thirds of the 40 years to get the opportunity to apply for parole, ”the lawyer said.
And in any case, one thing is clear - the chances of getting out of jail for Radovan Karadzic, an 70-year-old, are low.
In Belgrade on March 24, an anti-NATO demonstration of many thousands took place. The Serbs recalled the victims of the bombing, protesting against the Hague Judgment. The march was attended by the leader of the Serbian Radical Party, Vojislav Seselj, who himself spent in the dungeons of the Hague for almost 12 years.
On the eve of an important document was made public: full text of the sentence the leaders of the NATO criminal organization that organized the bombing of Yugoslavia and the killing of thousands of people. This verdict was passed by the Belgrade District Court. The document is worth the date - September 21 2000.
Just a few days after the court in Belgrade was held, presidential elections were held in the country, which turned out to be fatal. It was for these elections that the Western special services prepared the “bulldozer revolution” scenario. And one of the first decisions of the “new democratic government” was the repeal of this sentence.
The document was signed by the Serbian lawyer Goran Petronievich, who is now taking part in the defense of Karadzic.
So, the Belgrade District Court found the following persons guilty of the crimes: Bill Clinton, Madeleine Albright, William Cohen, Anthony Blair, Robin Cook, George Robertson, Jacques Chirac, Hubert Vedrin, Alain Richard, Gerhard Schroeder, Joseph Fisher, Rudolf Sharp, Solana and Wesley Clark. And the crimes committed by them are incitement to aggressive war, violation of state sovereignty, attempted murder of a representative of the highest state authorities, war crimes against the civilian population, the use of prohibited means of warfare, such as cluster bombs and depleted uranium warheads.
Of course, that sentence was handed down in absentia, and all the defendants in this criminal case are free. But the Serbs - in the Hague prison. And one of them listened to 24 March, the anniversary of the bombing, his sentence ...
Yes, unfortunately Radovan Karadzic did not manage to emerge victorious. To turn your trial into a trial of NATO, you need to be not only an experienced politician, but also a brilliant lawyer. He had a completely different, special purpose - a doctor. In addition, The Hague and its owners, frightened by the attacking tactics of the accused S. Milosevic and V. Sešelj, made their conclusions. As a result, the trial over Karadzic was not widely covered in the media (although it formally remained public).
I do not undertake to judge Karadzic now as a politician. But it must be emphasized: he was an excellent healer of human bodies and souls. Forced to hide from international justice for many years, he lived in Serbia under the name of Dr. Dragan Dabic. Completely changing the appearance, he took to the reception of patients. Helped many people. Not in politics.
Given these circumstances, the sentence imposed on this man by the Hague Judgment is doubly inhuman. How anti-human in general is this whole “Lynch court”.
This court condemns in fact the death of a person in prison who has treated people and could have helped many more.
In addition to medical practice, Karadzic is known as a poet, author of piercing poems:
Death determined the goal and took it to start,
But a man lives
who is afraid of everything
The whole world turned his back on him.
Look, hunted man,
Look man out of the ashes
Dips your heart in ink.
And around it all perishes and everything dies.
Now the Hague Tribunal has the only super-goal - to condemn and sentence General Ratko Mladić. It was for these three, Milosevic, Karadzic and Mladić, that huge sums of money were assigned. Now one - under a modest wooden cross in the city of Pozarevac, the other - was sent to prison for a long time. As for Mladic, then, unfortunately, his state of health is alarming. He is actually deprived of the opportunity to defend himself. For humanitarian reasons, he must be released immediately, but the Hague is unlikely to do so. Now the whole point of the existence of the tribunal is a judgment on an elderly Serbian general who dared to defend his land. Considerations of humanism while judicial and prosecutorial officials prefer to shove away.
Shortly before sentencing Karadzic gave interviewin which he stated that the court had no reasonable grounds to convict him. He also said that if released, he would not return to political activity: “I didn’t want to do that even then, in the 1990s, because I had a family, a profession, friends, literature. The policy took 25 years of life, which means at least five to eight books. ” He added: “Whatever my fate is, it will not affect the fate of the Republika Srpska and its citizens.”
That is, Karadzic even then didn’t want to engage in politics too much, but life made it necessary — it was necessary to do something to prevent the Serb genocide. All of them - the main enemies of the Hague Judgment and its founders - contributed to the existence of the Republika Srpska, so that hundreds of thousands of Serbs remained to live on their lands. And this does not negate any fake tribunal.
In the famous novel of the American writer Harper Lee, the main character Atticus said to the tomboy-son: "Remember: to kill a mockingbird is a great sin," and the kind neighbor confirmed: "Your father is right. Mockingbird is the most harmless bird, he just sings to us for joy."
There is nothing good in killing an enemy who heroically resists, of course. But perhaps even more mean - to condemn to death a man who had not fought for a long time and did not challenge (but did not plead guilty to crimes artificially attached to him). Who helped the sick. Who now philosophically reacted to the cruel sentence ...
This time, the Hague Judgment surpassed even its previous sins: it "kills a mockingbird."
