Another death and another meanness in Donetsk
It is unpleasant to write that a man died. It is doubly unpleasant to write when this person knew, and you have a great idea that he is in this world. Triple unpleasant when a person dies who could still do very, very much. Not an ameba-consumer, but a builder and a creator.
Maxim Lakomov, journalist, colleague, a man of extraordinary charisma and energy. Former employee of the Ministry of Communications and the Ministry of Information of the DPR. At his new place of work, at the Commission for Social Control, he worked for only a month. And now - he died, closing the children from the hands of a drunken scum.
Maxim and I met long ago, back in 2014. Then he was still an employee of the channel "Union", in my opinion. And together they even participated in the case with the release of our colleague Dmitry Gau. It would be strange if he stayed away.
And on Sunday, March 20, the first game in Donetsk was to take place "What? Where? When?" for high school students and first-year students. Max has been carrying out this project for over a year, as this game was not weakly turned. And, if the game took place, this would be the primary merit of Maxim. Alas. It was not given.
It so happened that in the place where everything happened, a lot of people live with whom I have good relations and trust. Therefore, thanks to the stories of several people, we were able to reproduce everything that happened that evening.
16 March on Wednesday at 21: 00 Maxim arrived at the hostel number 4 at ul. Vatutina 36 birthday friend. Birthday was celebrated in room number XXUMX on the second floor. In the room №3, which is located opposite, sat with a friend someone Lugovets Vadim Vladimirovich, callsign Avvakum.
They already came to the hostel drunk and continued to drink. Lugovets with a companion went into the room №3, congratulated the birthday boy on his birthday, word for word began to pester the guests and sort out the relationship. Normally, when you already have a certain amount of alcohol. After some time they were let out.
In 21: 40, most of the guests left, and three people remained in the room, including Maxim. And in the room number XXUMX, finally came in condition, Lugovets with a friend began to fight each other. The tenants separated them, and a taxi was called to Lugovets' guest. He left. And Lugovets, offended in the best of feelings, rushed into the room where Maxim was at that moment.
He had a grenade in his hands with a pulled out check. He said to the owner of the room that everyone had gotten him and that he would now undermine himself with everyone. A grenade was taken from him, a check was inserted, unscrewed and the fuse taken away. To which Lugovets declared with bravado: "Do you think she is alone with me?"
A few minutes later he entered the room with several fuses in his hand. They took the fuses, already giving an idiot on the head. Lugovets fell into a drunken rampage with tears and threats to all. He began to soothe and send a rest. It seems to be gone.
The owner of the room went to the kitchen of the hostel to wash the dishes. Maxim was sitting in the corner of the room at the computer.
A few minutes later there was an explosion. According to the tenant of the hostel - an eyewitness to the events, Lugovets opened the door of the room №3, threw a grenade there and closed it. Neighbors called an ambulance and the police. Within 10 minutes, an ambulance and MES arrived. A little later, the police arrived. The operative, having examined the room, said that Maxim had covered the grenade with himself, if he had not done this, the consequences would have been much worse, since there are very thin walls in the hostel. According to witnesses, children ran in the corridor and often looked into the room. And behind the wall, in the next room, there lives a pregnant woman with two children.
From the rupture of the abdominal cavity and chest, Maxim Lakomov died on the spot.
What is known about Vadim Lugovets:
In July, he left the service. He told about himself that he served in the protection of Zakharchenko, after that in the subdivision "Topaz", after the commander of the military school. There is information that while serving in a military school he was associated with the loss weapons. After that, I stayed under arrest for 2 for a month.
All hostel complained of Lugovets. Fearing for their lives and the lives of children, tenants several times wrote to him collective complaints and requests for eviction. What remained a lot of documentary evidence. After talking with the tenants, it also became known that Lugovets systematically ran around the hostel with a grenade and threatened the tenants and concierges.
He also threatened that the tenants wrote complaints to him. When Lugovets got everyone, the tenants petitioned before the commandant, so that Lugovets would not extend the pass to the hostel.
But he continued to live in the dormitory, brazenly passing into the room, threatening the concierge to blow up the grenade, and when the door was closed, he climbed through the window. They called the police several times, detained him, picked up grenades and let them go, no one had ever conducted a search in the room. The last such incident, it is said, occurred 2 a week before the incident.
17.03.16 (Thursday) an investigator was appointed to 15: 00 — Lieutenant Anna Dovgal, a senior investigator at the Voroshilovsky District Department of the city of Donetsk. And on Saturday, 19.03.16 Lugovets was released on bail, according to unconfirmed information, in 5000 p. and on bail.
Great, right? And this is despite the fact that the registration at Lugovets in the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine, and he was evicted from the hostel. In fact, he does not have a permanent residence. Alcoholic bum with grenades. How in such a situation could be released under a subscription is not clear. Who pledged is not yet known. The amount by Donetsk standards rather big.
According to the concierge who was on duty on Saturday, some friends from Lugovets came in during the day, pressed and demanded to let them into his room to pick up his personal belongings. Concierge refused. And in the evening around 19.03.16: 21 hour Lugovets climbed into his room through the window.
Remembering the inadequate and dangerous behavior of Lugovets, the residents who were shocked by his appearance, fearing that the situation might recur, called 102. The duty officer switched the call to the Voroshilovsky district department, where they refused to leave at the beginning, explaining that Lugovets was released under a subscription, illegal entry into the hostel and the likelihood of a relapse did not bother anyone. After persistent calls, the police nevertheless arrived at the hostel through 50 minutes. Apparently, Lugovets took the things he needed and disappeared.
On Monday, 21.03.2016, not a single witness and resident of the hostel was interviewed, Ms. Lugovets was not undergoing psychiatric testing Especially since the investigative measures at the time of release were not implemented in due amount.
At the moment, the location of Lugovets is unknown.
Like these ones news. And, I note, this is not the first time. In February, at the hands of another grenade launcher in Makeyevka, people also died. The scumbag threw a grenade into a taxi.

And it's not just a scumbag and an alcoholic Lugovets. The point is in Lieutenant Dovgal, who with an unwavering hand let him go. Although perfectly aware that Lugovets run away. The thing is, who gave permission to Dovgal on official malfeasance. The fact that such a permit or order took place to be as clear as daylight.
Moreover, when the outraged people from the hostel the next day came to the regional department with a collective statement on Lugovets' night penetration, in the city department, where the duty officer asked for explanations where to file this statement, they were not at all aware that the killer was released under the subscription. And, to put it mildly, they were not happy.
You can talk a lot about how well the republic is being built. How the trains run to Yasinovataya and the bread of proper quality is baked. But this is not an indicator. The indicator is when the deputy head of the republic is engaged in an outright racket, the investigator releases the killer from custody, and a certain high patron protects one and the other.
Moreover, it is clear where the call could come from with the resolution of this level. While at the level of guesswork, but only for now. So, madam pseudo-follower Dovgal and mister patron, this is just story will not end.
