The Ukrainian State Border Service says that the Triton armored car will protect the crew even when it is detonated by an anti-tank mine

83
The press secretary of the State Border Service of Ukraine spreads the message that the mine tests of the Ukrainian Triton armored vehicle were conducted. The material states that the armored vehicle is able to protect the crew, even if it is detonated on an explosive device with a capacity of up to 6 kg of TNT.

From the message of the State Border Service of Ukraine:
For several days in the field, an armored car was tested, which is designed to cover the threatened areas, conduct surveillance and transmit information to the control centers of the border units.

The submission says that such vehicles will come into service with the State Border Service in the near future and will be directed primarily to the eastern direction within the framework of the program on “arranging the border with the Russian Federation”.

Ukrainian manufacturers say that the car was designed specifically for use by border guards. It has a second level of protection STANAG 4569 and is able to withstand a blast on an anti-tank mine. In this case, the manufacturer claims that the crew as a result of such an explosion "will not suffer." Attention is drawn to the fact that in the official video of the State Border Service there are no personnel telling what actually happens to the Triton, when an anti-tank mine explodes beneath it.

The Triton is equipped with a radar station and a thermal imaging system to monitor the border strip. The armored vehicle can carry an additional up to 4 people, and they will be able to perform border security tasks “offline” during the week. For this armored car is equipped with a diesel generator, air conditioning and heating. For receiving and transmitting data, a satellite system is used. Whose satellites this system uses for data exchange is not reported.

Not everything is so simple. It is said that "the crew will not suffer as a result of such an explosion." Forgot to indicate only a prerequisite - the use of armored amps by the crew smile

So I say. And how do they live a week then? Definitely they will either beg for food and fuel, or simply maraud at the local population.

Yes, and with the car it went too far in the form of advertising. Where it is seen that there would be nothing to the crew after the detonation at the PTM. Even if they remain intact, cantusia will make them unsuitable for a long time.

When a 7-10 kg capacity is blown up on an anti-tank mine, the crew of the tank (especially the mechanical water driver) sometimes gets a slight shell shock, and then this toilet bowl ... as if all sorts of mraps and explosion-proof cars didn’t advertise, in fact they hold no more than 5-6 kg, and even with 5 kg, those who sit in the scrubs will not be nice anymore, because they will be provided with a blasting tram, disability pension, internal organs injuries, headaches (consequences of a concussion) and a ticket to Durka for life. The mine is anti-tank, but this machine is clearly not a tank, both in terms of mass and armor, hence the conclusion itself suggests itself. Another cochlosrach mixed with PR. Who will give them money for this miracle, and even put it on stream?

No, on the roof there is standard protection of the Nazi Banderlogs against a possible bombing, on the hood there is dynamic protection (which army is such protection), along the perimeter is protection from mobile anti-tank systems and cumulative shells (at least the chief designer thinks (if there is anything) (worth in front of the device in the worn nanosuperprotection of the skull)) laughing

So I also think that after undermining anti tank mines the crew will catch such an arrival that will not seem a little. And if you look at the video, then the crew will not suffer if the front wheel hits the mine (the engine will fly away), but if it explodes under the rear wheels, the crew will be "satisfied" completely.
And the question is: how long will the crew stay in this canned food.

Presumably Botswana and Fijian. According to their space program (or rather, according to the pace of its development), these countries are ahead of Ukraine - in Botswana and Fiji there is no space program at all, and in Ukraine it is degrading. I’m looking, wheel reducers with brake drums, and axles, apparently from the BTR 60, 70. As, however, on their BTR4 and BTR3. The question is, Arzamas supplies them with aggregates, have they learned to do (copy) themselves, or are they removed from junk? More likely with junk ... Damn, when they already have stocks of spare parts running out? To sculpt there was nothing!
PS And what does the screw-cutting lathe in the assembly shop do in the photo? In theory, should stand in a separate workshop, or a partition ...
Country workshop? Remained from the Soviet collective farm?
