«General information on the progress of reconciliation of the conflicting parties
During the day, agreements on the cessation of hostilities were concluded with the commanders of the armed opposition detachments controlling the settlements of KAL'AT al-MUDIK and BAB-ATAKA (Hama province).
The total number of settlements, with the heads of which agreements on reconciliation were reached, reached - 44.
Negotiations are underway with the leaders of the THREE armed formations operating in the city of Aleppo. The number of armed groups that have accepted the conditions for the cessation of hostilities is 42.
Representatives of the Russian Conciliation Center held 11 consultations and talks with representatives of the public, clergy, business and industry of the ALEPPO, LATAKIA, IDLIB and HAMA provinces on reconciliation and humanitarian assistance to returning residents.
In DAMASK province, through sheikhs with influence on field commanders, application lists were handed over to leaders of armed formations operating in the areas of BEIT-SAHIM, YALDA, BABILA.
Monitoring Compliance with the cessation of hostilities
In general, the cessation of hostilities is respected.
At the same time, 10 violations of the cessation of hostilities regime (DAMASK - 6, ALEPPO - 3, HAMA - 1) were fixed in one day.
Of the areas controlled by the Free Syrian Army, 5 was once subjected to artillery shelling of the positions of government troops in the city of DAMASK.
The units of Kurdish self-defense detachments in the area of settlements MARAANAZ, MINNIK and AYN-DAKNA (ALEPO province) were subjected to shelling and attacks by Syrian Free Army militants from the directions of JIBRIN, AZAZ, KFER-KHASHER.
