The robotic complex created at FEFU was launched by Progress Airlines

11
In Arsenievskaya aviation company "Progress" them. N.I. Sazykina (AAC "Progress") of the Russian Helicopters holding completed installation and commissioned a modern robotic complex for processing products and polymer-composite materials created by the scientific team of the Far Eastern Federal University.

The material is cut in a hydro-abrasive way: water is fed through with a nozzle under very high pressure (4000 atmospheres) with an abrasive impurity.

The high-energy flow, directed at a speed exceeding the speed of sound three times, precisely processes the workpiece along a predetermined trajectory, without creating heat. With this setup, manual labor is replaced by automatic, and the quality of work performed increases many times. The range of manufactured parts is more than 250 positions from 23 types of composite materials.

We also had a small tour of the assembly shops of the plant.

Well, when will they develop, and not just install someone else's "modern robotic complex" ... they are a hundred years old at lunchtime, well, are they really that much more complicated than spaceships ?!

Good guided tour of the workshops. Thanks to the author. And the beautiful girls, in the photo, were shy. It seems that the correspondent does not often come to them.

I am glad that there are young people at the plant.

A tear is welling up, looking at the modern level of technical production. I hope that someday a robot line will be installed here and production will increase significantly.

There was already an article on this topic. The equipment is German, the trainees completed the necessary software, and the necessary equipment was made at the plant. The "robotic complex created at FEFU" appeared.
Like the last time I think - let the students train, maybe someday they will really come up with something of their own.

It can be seen from the untidy overalls and helmets sitting on their sides that, as always, everything is for a photo .. Yes, and the equipment, like the workshops themselves, leaves much to be desired, dirt is not visible, which is already good .. But still, what we see in the report is the level of the 70s. Alas ..

As a former employee of this enterprise I declare responsibly: this FEFU robotic complex was not developed. It was bought in one of the countries that are now putting pressure on us with sanctions. Once again, I am surprised at the delirium that people are capable of generating to cover up their corruption schemes ...

After looking at the photo report, one thing pleases: the management of AAK "Progress", as well as the holding "Russian Helicopters", have no complexes at all. Commendable ...

Zadolbali already, this technology is 70 years old what is new? But when the Germans, due to sanctions, turned off the control of machines, the plant became a stake! This is what I understand, a defense company run from Germany!

Duc, therefore, I had to connect specialists from the FEFU, so that they shoved their firmware in there instead of the bourgeois one. Apparently, it seemed to work out. But this does not change the essence.
