Decision of 5 of December 2011, No. 992 “On the establishment of salaries for servicemen undergoing military service under the contract”
In accordance with the Federal Law “On the monetary allowance for military personnel and the provision of separate payments to them”, the Government of the Russian Federation resolves:
1. Install:
salary amounts for typical military positions in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops and military formations to be replaced by military personnel under military service under the contract, according to Appendix No. 1;
salary amounts for typical military positions in the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation and the Special Objects Service under the President of the Russian Federation subject to military service under military service under the contract number 2;
salary amounts for military ranks of military personnel under military service under the contract, according to Appendix No. 3.
2. Heads of federal executive bodies in which federal law provides for military service, set up by 1 in January 2012 salary levels for non-standard military posts of the relevant categories of military personnel in relation to salary levels for typical military positions of military personnel established by paragraph 1 of this decree.
3. To apply salaries for military posts and salaries for military ranks established in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of this decree:
when reviewing the size of pensions granted to citizens before 1 in January 2012, in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On the provision of pensions for people serving in the military, serving in the internal affairs bodies, the State Fire Service, bodies controlling the circulation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, institutions and bodies of the penitentiary system, and their families ";
when assigning pensions in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On the provision of pensions for persons serving in the military, serving in the internal affairs bodies, the State Fire Service, the bodies for controlling the circulation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, institutions and bodies of the penitentiary system, and families "for servicemen discharged from military service and members of families of servicemen in cases provided for by the said Law, starting from January 1 2012 g .;
if article 4 of the Federal Law “On the status of military personnel” is retained in accordance with paragraph 23 (as amended by the Federal Law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation and Recognition of Certain Provisions of Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation in Relation to the Adoption of the Federal Law“ On Monetary allowances for military personnel and the provision of certain payments to them ”and the Federal Law“ On social guarantees for the employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation and “In some legislative acts of the Russian Federation”) payment of salary for military rank during 1 year after dismissal from military service to military personnel - citizens who served in military service under the contract, having a total duration of military service less than 20 years and dismissed from military service without the right to retire when they reach the age limit for military service, state of health or in connection with organizational and staff activities.
4. If the amount of pension calculated using salaries established by this resolution has not reached the level of pension benefits for citizens dismissed from military service and their family members established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation valid before 1 in January 2012, the specified level the pension provision is retained until the acquisition of the right to a pension in a larger amount.
5. Financial support for expenses related to the implementation of this resolution is made within the budget allocations provided for in the federal budget by the federal executive authorities, in which military service is provided for by federal law, for monetary allowances for military personnel and pensioners for citizens who have completed military service and their family members. .
6. This resolution enters into force on January 1 2012, and in relation to the persons referred to in part 2 of Article 7 of the Federal Law “On the allowance of military personnel and the provision of separate payments to them” - on January 1 2013.
