An exposition of samples of military robotics used in the army will be demonstrated to accredited participants at the Military-Scientific Conference “Robotization of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation” held for the first time, the press service reports. Ministry of Defence.

“In the pavilion of the military-industrial complex (MIC) on the territory of the Military-Patriotic Park of Culture and Recreation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation“ Patriot ”samples of military robotic complexes, including those used in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, will be presented. These are, first of all, the robot-sapper Uran-6, the robot-fire Uran-14, complexes with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) Navochnik-2 and Orlan-10, as well as dozens of samples developed by enterprises defense industrial complex (DIC) on its own initiative ”, - quotes the press service of the Chief of the Main Scientific-Research Test Center of Robotics, Sergey Popov.
According to him, "the robotization of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, of course, is one of the priority directions of development and the creation of new technologies that are superior to today's technology."
It is noted that "among the exhibits you can see such new robotics as various UAVs, including ultra-light tactical level, mobile high-traffic robotic platforms, promising directions for creating exoskeletons."
“The conference will be attended by representatives of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the Russian scientific community. Representatives of federal ministries and departments will share their experience in creating and using robotic complexes. One of the main issues addressed at the plenary session will be the exchange of experience in the implementation, use and operation of military and dual-use robotic complexes, ”the press service reported.
