Raped Europe. What awaits Germany and other countries after the "fun night in Cologne"
Until recently, Germany was considered one of the most loyal European countries to migrants. The policy of German Chancellor Angela Merkel led to the country becoming a real refuge not only for refugees fleeing the war in Syria and Iraq, but also for numerous migrants from the countries of North and East Africa, pursuing solely the goal of improving their economic well-being. Angela Merkel until recently positioned itself as an absolute supporter of quotas for the adoption and placement of refugees in European countries and was one of the main opponents of Hungarian, Czech, Slovak politicians who advocated limiting migration. The events that took place in Cologne significantly shook her political position. Recall that on New Year's Eve, about 1000 men of Arab and African appearance staged riots in this ancient German city. When the police managed to disperse them, they began to gather in groups and attack European women. Some people took cell phones and bags, others sexually harassed and even managed to commit dozens (at least) of rapes directly on the streets of Cologne. These events caused a real storm of anger in Germany, the consequences of which for the future of the country and its policy on migrants is still difficult to predict.
Migration issues in Germany
It is difficult to deny the fact that migration has led to a number of numerous problems in the Federal Republic of Germany. Back in 2010, six years ago, the book by the famous German politician, economist and sociologist Tilo Sarratsin “Germany.” Made a big fuss not only in Germany, but also in other European countries. Self-liquidation. In it, the author quite convincingly expounded his own point of view on the consequences of mass migration from the countries of the "third world" to the Federal Republic of Germany.
According to Tilo Sarratsin, based on facts and statistics, the majority of migrants from the Middle East, North and Tropical Africa are not capable of integrating into German society even in the second and third generations. And not only because they can not, but also because they do not want to become part of German society, to accept German culture. Sarratsin emphasized that many migrants from these regions of the world are prone to criminal and illegal behavior, do not want to learn and work. The intellectual level of the population of Germany falls in direct proportion to the increase in the number of migrants. After all, it is not a secret that most of them are people with an extremely low level of education, without any qualifications, who are not aspiring to receive it. Even the second and third generations of migrants are not significantly different from their fathers - after growing up in an atmosphere of "social ghetto" of European cities, migrants do not receive an adequate level of education and training, join the ranks of marginal elements and criminals. The increase in the number of migrants is the growth of socially deprived, marginal elements, which will have an extremely negative impact on the economic life of Germany (and all other European countries that accept such impressive flows of migrants).
However, accusing Sarratsin in banal racism is not worth it. Being a modern and adequate person, he is well aware that in Germany - a decline in the birth rate, an aging population, and without the presence of migrants, the country will not cope with these problems. He positively assessed the influx of migrants from Eastern and Southern Europe - Poland, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Greece, the republics of the former USSR, and praised the migrants from East and Southeast Asia, who are distinguished by diligence and discipline. Sarratsin highly appreciated the Jewish community of Germany, drawing attention to its intellectual potential and law-abidingness (nevertheless, the above-mentioned facts testifying to the real absence of racist and chauvinistic statements in Sarratsin’s book did not save him from the attacks and accusations of the liberal public).
It has long been known that the German political scene, with the exception of right-wing parties, categorically refers to any attempt to criticize the migration situation in the country. Even turning to the real facts of the participation of many migrants in criminal activities, giving examples of social parasitism and attempts to obtain refugee status by people who are in fact non-refugees, encounters a sharply negative reaction from the German Social Democrats, "green" and representatives of a number of other political parties . After all, the country's political parties are already dependent on the votes of yesterday’s migrants who have received German citizenship. In addition, the idea of multiculturalism for a long time was considered as a desirable model for organizing the national and migration policy of the country. Only the activation of migration processes in 2015 a year has somewhat reduced the fervor of migrants' advocates and advocates. Moreover, among the hundreds of thousands of migrants who flooded into Germany and other European countries, attempts to obtain refugee status by fraud were repeatedly noted. It is known that every third refugee or migrant who arrived in Europe in 2015, settled in Germany. Here rushed the greatest flow of immigrants from Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq, Albania and a number of other states. It should be noted that, in contrast to the labor migrants of previous waves, set up for long-term work in Germany and obtaining a certain social status, new migrants do not bother to look for work and do not at all strive to establish themselves in a receiving society. They are convinced that the status of refugees will give them the right to do whatever they want, and they will not be sent to their homeland in any case. While aimlessly wandering around the streets of German cities, they commit their heinous crimes, counting on leniency or even outright connivance on the part of local authorities.
The positive attitude of the European establishment to migrants was laid back in the 1960-e - 1970-e. It was then, at the surge in European countries of left movements, that ideas about the need for a tolerant attitude towards migrants began to be affirmed. Many modern German politicians themselves have a leftist past, participating in their youth in various left and left-wing radical movements. For ideological reasons, they protect migrants, considering any attempts to limit migration flows as an example of nationalism and violation of human rights. Other politicians and businessmen are more cynical - they hope that with the help of migrants it will be possible to replace the aging German (and European in general) population. However, what kind of replacement of Europeans can there be, if a significant proportion of migrants, regardless of their age, are not going to work at all or receive any kind of education? It turns out that modern migrants are not so much labor as social dependents, for whose maintenance huge amounts of money are spent. Of course, the current situation does not suit the German taxpayers who do not want to spend their money on the maintenance of migrants.
Police protect migrants and citizens create squads
The bulk of modern migrants are Syrians, Iraqis, Libyans, Somalis, Eritreans. It goes without saying that such a colossal mass of migrants, among whom young men aged 18-40 are predominant, pose a threat to the national security of European states. Crime is far from the most terrible danger, because with so many migrants it is very difficult to track the path of each of them, to identify, to check for involvement in terrorist and extremist groups. The attacks in Paris showed that among the so-called. "Refugees" from the countries of the East and Africa can hide the most real terrorists. But ordinary, non-politicized migrants are no safer for the European population. This was perfectly demonstrated by the events in Cologne. As was to be expected, they provoked a response from the indigenous population, which is not yet known how it will end for the most political future of the FRG. So, late on Sunday evening, 10 January 2016, a group of unidentified men attacked migrants in Cologne. At first twenty men attacked six people from Pakistan, as a result of which the last two were injured. Then five men attacked the Syrian and wounded him. It is known that the situation in terms of public order in Cologne remains extremely tense at the present time. Several demonstrations of the PEGIDA movements (“Patriotic Europeans against the Islamization of the West”) and “Cologne against the Rights” took place in the city. There were clashes between their participants, including with the use of stones, sticks and bottles. The police had to disperse the demonstrators using dogs and water cannons. Three policemen were injured, the journalist also suffered. The backbone of the opponents of migration were activists of local right-wing organizations, as well as right-wing who had arrived in Cologne from other cities. As for the defenders of migrants, they are representatives of youth left-radical organizations, among which there are a lot of young migrants themselves, especially in the second and third generations.
Clashes in Cologne are far from the only manifestation of the surge of nationalist sentiment that has already begun in Germany. It is known for such cases in Stuttgart, Hamburg and other cities. Gradually, the Germans are beginning to "wake up", realizing that they should not expect real protection from the authorities, and declare their desire to protect themselves. So, the people of Düsseldorf, another West German city of Cologne did not want a repetition of the events, announced the beginning of the formation of national teams. On such a decision announced dyusseldorftsev January 8 2016 city the newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. Proponents of the national teams set up a special group in the social network Facebook, which has thousands of members. Townspeople are going on weekends and during major events to patrol the streets of Dusseldorf to make their presence on the German women safer. The desire of citizens can understand, but the question is the position of the authorities and the police of the town. Thus, a spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said that the monopoly of power must belong to the state and the citizens have no right to prosecute. Germans themselves their police no longer trust. After the Cologne riots took place with the participation of migrants in the city police to 8 January 170 has received complaints in 117 are talking about cases of sexual violence by male oriental or African appearance. However, while the police were able to establish a person 32 people who participated in the riots. 29 of them are immigrants with a residence permit in Germany, including 18 people received him as a refugee. They come from Syria, Algeria and Morocco. 11 January the number of complaints received by the law enforcement agencies has increased to 516, and in 40% of complaints reported about the facts of sexual harassment. Cologne authorities reacted very strangely to the events. In fact, only 5 of January they “woke up” after the New Year holidays - although it is unlikely that officials from the Cologne administration and police can be accused of a tendency to five days of binge, but otherwise the lack of an adequate and timely response to what happened can only be explained by overt acquiescence or a desire to silence what is happening. But after January 5 Cologne officials spoke about the events is very strange. Moreover, the head of the city administration, Frau Henrietta Röcker, “outdid” everyone. In her speech, she advised women to stay at arm's length from strangers and not to try to establish contacts with strangers. After the mayor's speech provoked a barrage of ridicule in social networks, it chose to apologize and promised not to give German women advice on their behavior.
Cologne Police Chief Wolfgang Albers reported that men from 15 to 35 have participated in the “rudely” attacks. All of them are migrants from the Middle East and Africa. Some of them, as we reported above, have already been installed and detained by the police. However, it is still unclear what awaits the migrants, whose personalities were established - whether they will incur a real punishment or whether the authorities will limit themselves to deportation. For example, German Justice Minister Heiko Maas said that those responsible for sexual assaults and robberies in Cologne could be deported from the country if the court sentenced them to imprisonment for more than a year. In this case, the law allows you to deport even a person who is in the process of obtaining asylum as a refugee. Angela Merkel also confirmed this, stating that the crimes committed in Cologne could lead to stricter rules for staying in Germany for refugees. A refugee can be deported if he violates German law, said Federal Chancellor Merkel. It became known that the police chief of Cologne, after the riots that had occurred, filed a resignation letter. Of course, this is quite an act worthy for a police officer - so, during scandalous situations, not all of his Russian colleagues are willing to voluntarily, without waiting for the decision of the higher authorities, to resign. However, in reality, it was not the head of the Cologne police who created a problem with migrants in the Federal Republic of Germany and, accordingly, in fairness, resignation should not be so much to him, but to much higher-ranking figures - first of all, from the German government. This is, first of all, about Frau Merkel herself, who insisted on the need to preserve the country's course to accommodate hundreds of thousands of refugees.
Meanwhile, according to opinion polls, the general attitude of the Germans to visitors has become much cooler. Thus, according to a BND Sonntag poll from 7 in January, over 49% of respondents fear repetition of events similar to the New Year attacks in Cologne, and 39% of Germans surveyed believe that they may not receive adequate protection and assistance from the police. According to the Emnid Institute, 48% of Germans were in favor of imposing significant restrictions on the reception of refugees. Most of all supporters of the restriction of migration - in the East German lands, where 58% of respondents support the introduction of appropriate restrictions. In Saxony - the cradle of the mass anti-migrant movement PEGIDA - even separatists from the Federal Republic of Germany appeared - separatists motivate their aspirations by the fact that the German authorities are not able to protect citizens from criminal attacks from migrants, as was shown by the events in Cologne. Naturally, the events that took place influenced the rating of Chancellor Angela Merkel, whose positions were already significantly shaken after Germany, including on her initiative, accepted more than a million immigrants from African and Asian countries in 2015. Moreover, Chancellor Merkel does not intend to change her policy towards migrants even after the events. Amid the decline in popularity of Merkel, the sympathies of the German population towards right-wing parties and movements are growing, primarily towards the PEGIDA movement ("Patriotic Europeans against the Islamization of the West"). Of course, it is premature to say that a sharp strengthening of the positions of radical nationalists may occur in Germany, but in the future this is quite possible. Moreover, the German authorities are opposed to the opponents of migration very negatively and are ready to use force to disperse their demonstrations. This, in turn, annoys ordinary Germans - why the police cannot prevent sexual harassment from migrants, but it turns out right there when it is necessary to disperse a political demonstration of the German rightists.
What PEGIDA
It should be recalled that at present the PEGIDA movement is one of the most popular German right-wing movements. More precisely, not even the right, but clearly anti-immigrant, advocating for the restriction of migration and the protection of traditional European values. Founded in Dresden by Lutz Bachmann, it began its demonstrations in October 2014 and gradually won the support of the broad masses of ordinary German citizens. PEGIDA demonstrations are becoming more widespread, as 7 December 10 000 people participated in the demonstration, and 15 December - 15 000 people. Its main task, the movement proclaims the protection of the traditional cultural and religious values of the German people. At the same time, it should be noted that the political theory and practice of PEGIDA are far from extremism and have nothing to do with neo-Nazism. Thus, at the end of 2014, the PEGIDA movement published its manifesto in which it emphasized tolerance towards moderate Muslims and noted that refugees should certainly be able to receive asylum in Germany, but the approach to their resettlement should be more careful. It was recommended to use the experience of other European countries, in particular the Netherlands and Switzerland, in the resettlement of refugees. But at the same time, not all refugees and migrants can count, from the PEGIDA point of view, for shelter in Germany. In particular, any infiltration of refugees with criminal and terrorist backgrounds into the country should be excluded, which will require additional funding for the police and the introduction of special police programs. The moderately moderate PEGIDA slogans allowed the movement to attract a much wider section of the German population than other German right-wing or anti-immigrant organizations usually attracted.
In principle, PEGIDA can be defined as the movement of ordinary Europeans against excessive and unregulated at the full-fledged level of migration flow. However, the activities of PEGIDA cause great discontent on the part of left-wing and liberal German parties and individual politicians. Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel is also in the front ranks of those who are attacking the movement with harsh criticism. After all, for her the existence of such movements is evidence of the anti-people orientation of her policy. The PEGIDA movement poses a threat to the modern German establishment, primarily from the Social Democratic Party and the Greens, in that it reveals all the shortcomings of the established national and migration policies. On the other hand, the national diasporas of Germany and leftist radical groups, which traditionally act as the “street vanguard” of the defenders of the country's modern migration policy, are extremely dissatisfied with the PEGIDA movement. Militant leftists are attacking any opponents of Germany’s immigration policy, accusing them of fascism and Nazism. It has become a tradition to hold mass, thousands of demonstrations against the policies of the PEGIDA movement, organized by leftist and liberal forces. Chancellor Angela Merkel does not hide his support for these demonstrations. The German police are also on guard of the interests of the authorities, safely dispersing PEGIDA demonstrations and allowing leftist groups to make hooligan attacks against the right. So, even the events in Cologne, which caused the aggravation of discussions around migrants in German society, did not affect the position of the so-called "antifa" - left-wing groups that call themselves "anti-fascists." In Cologne itself, the leftists gathered for a mass demonstration, intending to obstruct the demonstration of the PEGIDA movement by physical means.
Mass rape and mass migration
Meanwhile, the events in Cologne entailed a response not only in Germany, but also in other European countries. The topic of sexual abuse of European women by migrants from Africa and Asia in an instant ceased to be taboo for the European press. As it turned out, cases of mass rape or attempted mass rape of women by migrants are far from isolated. They took place in almost all countries where migrant diasporas exist. Moreover, it is migrants in European countries that are leading in the lists of sex offenders. This is quite understandable. Young men of 18-40 years, who grew up in cultures with the practical inaccessibility of female tribeswomen before the wedding, enter societies where women enjoy great freedom, quietly move along the streets and are not protected by their men. Naturally, the migrants simply "tear off the roof." The result is logical - thousands of sex crimes, the victims of which are women of all ages, including minor girls and women of retirement age. While young migrants raged in Cologne, in a small town of Weil am Rhein, three refugees raped two schoolgirls 14 and 15 years. However, in this situation, the girls themselves showed a low degree of vigilance - they came to the apartment migrants themselves, as they were familiar with one of the guys. So far, the German police has not disclosed the details of this case, obviously - including the circumstances of the notorious "political correctness."
The French newspaper Liberation after the Cologne events told about the outrageous case in the train "Versailles - Khudan", where there was an attempt to gang rape. The 28-year-old supermarket saleswoman at Versailles was returning home. Since it was already late, the young woman was alone in the car. At the Montparnasse station, three men of eastern appearance entered the carriage. They immediately found their way around and stuck to the woman. One began to strangle her with a scarf, the second put a knife to his face, and the third began to undress. However, the passenger rescued the Frenchwoman - he scared the criminals and they fled. After some time, the police managed to identify the criminals from the recordings of surveillance cameras at Montparnasse station. Two of the three attackers were arrested and identified by the girl. It turned out to come from Afghanistan, living in France. They call themselves refugees and claim that they fled from repression by the Taliban and cannot return to Afghanistan (although the Taliban have not been in power in Kabul for a long time).
Similar history published and the Swedish newspaper Nyheter Idag. In it, after the Cologne events, there was an exposing article about how the Swedish police connivingly reacted to sexual crimes against girls and underage girls, which took place during the We Are Sthlm festival in August 2015. The rapper OIAM and singer Zara Larsson performed at this festival. Among the listeners of the concert there were many young Swedes, and it was them who were attacked by young migrants. The concert police and security guards had to use force to prevent physical violence from nearly a hundred agitated migrants. But, despite the fact that the girls managed to repel, criminal cases against migrants have not been initiated. It turns out that they got away with everything - again, in the name of tolerance in Sweden. It is known that the attackers were young people applying for refugee status. They came to Sweden, again, from Syria and Afghanistan.
It has long been one of the world champions in the number of rapes, and formerly the quiet capital of Norway, Oslo. The number of rapes committed here has already significantly exceeded the rates of many American cities, although earlier in the United States there were far more such crimes than Norway. The reason is the same - in the past two decades, Norway has become one of the main countries of gravity for migrants from all over the world. Among the reasons for this are the highly developed social policy of the country, the general high standard of living and the specifics of the political course of the Norwegian leadership. Migrants from African and Asian countries find shelter in Norway, who, for some reason, are referred to only as "refugees", although many of them come from countries where there is no fighting. Among the migrants who settled in Norway, the level of sexual crime is very high. At one time, Oslo Gunnar Larsen, the police chief, reported that, before 70,% of the rapes taking place in the Norwegian capital are committed by African and Asian migrants, primarily immigrants from Pakistan and Somalia. It is the Somali and Pakistani diasporas that are very numerous in Norway and it is for their traditions that a very specific attitude towards women is characteristic. In particular, it was only possible in these countries to be held responsible for rape if there were four men who witnessed rape. Naturally, the latter was almost impossible, so they always blamed themselves ... raped, punishing them for adultery. Only a very high probability of cruel revenge from women’s relatives stopped the rape of Pakistani and Somalis in their homeland. In Europe, this revenge they could not fear. Many people from these countries are practically illiterate people who do not understand and do not recognize European culture, but live according to the principle of “the strong is always right”. If the local population is not able to offer decent resistance, then they calmly commit offenses and crimes. The permissive policy on the part of the authorities only contributes to a further increase in the number of sexual crimes against Norwegian women. As early as the beginning of 2000, when the problem did not reach such a level as it is now, Norwegian social anthropology professor Unni Vikan said that Norwegian women and girls themselves should adapt to living conditions in a multicultural country. In fact, this meant, in a veiled language, that women were allegedly to blame for the attacks on migrants and, in order to avoid this fate, they should change their behavior. First of all, the look and clothing. Some Norwegians, meanwhile, themselves began to dye their hair black, wear skirts and shawls, apparently hoping that in the eyes of migrants they would go for “their own” and would not be attacked.
In neighboring Finland, rape and other sexual crimes against local residents also sharply intensified at the end of 2015, due to the influx of a large number of so-called into the country. "Refugees" from the Middle East and Africa. Very young Finnish ladies, including schoolgirls, are often victims of rape. So, on November 23 in 22: 30 in Finnish Kempel, two unknown guys attacked an 14-year-old schoolgirl and raped her. Identity of the attackers was established - they were 15-year-old and 17-year-old "refugees", who came to Finland from Afghanistan. The very next day, November 24, in the city of Raisio, an 19-year-old Iraqi man raped an 14-year-old girl. At about the same time, two migrants right next to Finland’s largest refugee reception center in Heinola attacked a minor girl. They beat her and tried to rape her in the street. In similar situations, the Finnish police are not in a hurry to report the country of arrival of the alleged perpetrators - so as not to contribute to the growth of national hostility towards refugees and migrants. However, the Danish police, unlike the Finnish law enforcement agencies, do not hide the share of migrants among the rapists - they are no less than 51,5% of criminals. The desire to protect migrants from manifestations of xenophobia, among European officials, clearly exceeds the desire to protect their own population. So, after the sad events in Cologne, the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Germany distributed instructions for subordinates, which prohibited police officers from disclosing information about crimes committed by migrants and allowed them to be provided to television and newspaper journalists only by direct media request. According to the leaders of the German Interior Ministry, such information can be used by right-wing radical circles to exacerbate the situation in German society.
Uncontrolled migration is a terrible blow to Europe
A big problem for the European society is the lack of basic ideas about security on the part of European women themselves, especially girls and girls. Indeed, in schools and on television, they are regularly told about the need for tolerant attitudes towards migrants, they are taught to see in migrants, first of all, unfortunate refugees who are regrettable and not dangerous. Therefore, young Germans, Swedes, French women do not see anything terrible in coming to visit their neighbor, a young migrant, or to take part in a holiday where a large number of migrants will gather. They expect that migrants will not harm them - because they are "tolerant." Then they repent of their ignorance. And the blame for this propaganda of irresponsibility lies, again, on those European politicians who are engaged not only in ensuring a massive influx of migrants, but also in demoralizing their own population through the approval of a multicultural ideology. Many European officials and politicians are convinced that the situation can be rectified with the help of special “sex education courses” for young migrants. They will be explained to young men and women that women cannot be attacked, you can get a prison sentence for rape, and men and women in European countries are equal. But such measures can only cause laughter from all adequate people, not to mention the migrants themselves - it is difficult to imagine that such lessons can influence the behavior of young migrants from African and Middle Eastern countries. What will happen if Europe does not change its policy of tolerance towards migrants? After all, there will be nothing more than the self-liquidation of Europe, the one about which Tilo Sarrazin wrote and which was predicted by the French historian and writer Dominique Venner, who pointedly committed suicide in Notre Dame de Paris.
In the current situation with migrants, it is difficult not to think about whether this is not part of a deliberate plan to weaken Europe and destroy the identity of European nations. After all, it is obvious that a weak Europe, absorbed in questions of establishing order on the streets of its own cities, is a real find for the United States. The elites of the European Union, for the most part, act exclusively in American interests, supporting the aggressive US foreign policy in the Middle East and North Africa, in Ukraine, and in other countries. But this policy is not being implemented in the interests of the European countries themselves; moreover, it frankly contradicts them. Apparently, European leaders are deeply indifferent to the interests of their own people. In this regard, the situation can only be corrected by the radical political transformation that has begun in Europe, which may occur as a result of the coming to power of the national forces in key EU countries. In France, such force is the National Front M. Le Pen, in Germany there is no organization of such scale yet - the memory of the times of the Second World War and Hitlerism is too "stuck" in the minds of the Germans. The fear of falling into the abyss of Nazism is paralyzed by the quite natural patriotic aspirations of the German population, and at this, liberal and leftist politicians successfully speculate. It should also be remembered that moment that only Russia can be the only strategic partner of the states of continental Europe. It is precisely the Russian-European Union that the Anglo-American leaders are afraid of as a fire, who have sought only the whole of modern history to prevent the development of friendly relations between Russia and the European states. Coming to power in European countries of forces focused on the development of normal relations with Russia will, among other things, contribute to the effective solution of the migration problem in Europe.
