In the grouping of strategic nuclear forces replenishment - 2 th regiment of the PC "YARS"

In the 54 th division of the Strategic Missile Forces, ready to start the combat duty of the 2 th regiment of soil complexes of mobile execution "Yars".

Now, together with Topol-M, the complexes constitute the main core of the Strategic Missile Forces of the Russian Federation.

Since the complex "Yars" was created on the basis of the complex "Topol-M", you can with a clear conscience call it a smaller brother. All characteristics related to the deployed characteristics and data used missiles RS-24, kept secret. It is known only that the weight of the rocket has changed due to the increase in the warhead and other elements. The Yars complex carries up to four nuclear-filled units, the range has remained unchanged and is no less than 10 000 kilometers.

But the main advantage of the new complex is the highest survivability of the used missiles, in the creation of which they used technological developments, which have no analogues in the competition.

According to some experts, these complexes will be relevant for at least a quarter of a century. This means that missiles can with high probability overcome any missile defense system.

Probably exactly that weapon meant when the head of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, talked about re-equipping units of the Strategic Missile Forces and submarines with promising and highly efficient complexes that have a high probability of overcoming the missile defense system of a “potential enemy”.

Designers who developed Topol-M, Yars and Bulava declare with full responsibility that the improvement of indicators has been achieved through new control and communication technologies, due to which the trajectory of nuclear units is constantly changing. To hit these blocks, the missile defense system of Western countries is not able to.

Based on the START-3 agreement, the Russian Federation can significantly increase the nuclear potential of the Strategic Missile Forces. By 2017, the number of new Yars and Topol-M complexes in the ranks of the Strategic Missile Forces will increase by almost 75 percent. We all look forward to the emergence of a new heavy intercontinental ballistic missile, which is to replace the legendary Stilet and Satan on the battle post.

If it happens that the Russian Federation still comes out of the START-3 agreement, and we are seeing the prerequisites for this now, then it is very possible to return to the RVSN railway complexes - BZhRK, which were removed from the database according to the START-2 agreement.

It may very well be that Yars will be on the railroad track, because the capabilities of such complexes for survivability are simply amazing. Judge for yourself: in the United States made calculations, the result of which stunned them - if 25 railway complexes with nuclear weapons were dispersed over an area of 120 square kilometers and a nuclear strike on them using Satan-type missiles, the probability of hitting 10 percent.

Concern about building up a nuclear shield of the Russian Federation is well founded. Various missile defense complexes are gradually being chosen for the borders of Russia. It turns out that the units of the Strategic Missile Forces of Russia will be closely monitored, if not worse - at gunpoint.

Today, the “Voevod” ICBM can break through any missile defense system, and the Topol missiles were designed specifically for the highly effective missile defense of the United States. If the Voyevoda missiles could be said to have rammed the defenses using armored cover, then Topol already uses various technologies that today make them virtually innocent.

But, if the missiles are intercepted right after the launch or at the moment of entering the ballistic trajectory, then the missiles will be shot down almost guaranteed.

In this case, you can hit a missile with either a missile defense missile or a weapon using the latest technologies - beam, laser and electromagnetic.

The United States constantly announces to the world about the successful tests of a new anti-missile weapon, such as a laser gun or a combat electromagnetic system, and all this for some reason as part of the improvement of the American missile defense system.

If the United States develops its missile defense at home, it is unclear how the US borders have reached the territory of Russia. Their goal, of course, is quite simple - in the absence of the opportunity to knock down the missiles after entering a ballistic trajectory, to knock them over the territory of Russia at the moment of launch.

Unfortunately, our far-sighted politicians fled to the distillations ... to lick, and cut these trains ...
And, if they didn't cut it, now they didn't even have to scare them with Iskander. Just in Kaliningrad on a sunny day, open the doors and raise the "pencil"! And, close the doors ..... EVERYTHING !!!! Would be the most low cost !!!!! way to answer!
With Pindos, you should always have an ace up your sleeve. You can't play fair with these "partners"!

    timhelmet,
You can’t, problems with materials, read Solomonov’s interview. By the way, we did BZHRK in Pavlograd. There is experience, but if you agree on the money, then in general it will be good. UMZ Dnepropetrovsk received money to extend the resource of strategists for Russia. They did Satan with us ...

I ask you to explain the better solid-propellant rockets compared to liquid ones.
I believe that liquid ones are better they fly on pulling more Even Satan is liquid and the name was given to horror simply
And ours are lobbying for solid fuels. Well, yes, they have amer’s, but ours didn’t learn how to do them.
So maybe you still need to do more liquid
and not go on about Muscovites who obviously poke weak development
You can simply compare the Mace and Sineva, or the Liner Mace simply sucks, but for a start it doesn’t even fly normally

Well then I got up to replace fuel
or based on having missiles to replace is not a problem
Well, what is 4 charges of 300 kilotons so zilch
Imagine if at least one Satan reaches his goal, 20 Mt.
            Yars only mash Europe
But African Americans of only this type of Satan out of 100 will fly at least 10% and all Long live the Stone Age!

18 kilotons were dropped on Nagasaki, don't give a damn 300 - zilch. I would not want this zilch to fall from me even in the 500 km.
And for the Stone Age, it is not necessary to launch them

          Advantages of solid fuel ICBMs:
          - Production organized in the territory of the Russian Federation (liquid produced in Ukraine)
          - A shorter (two to four times) active section of the trajectory, which is very important for overcoming missile defense.
          - Resistant to the damaging factors of a nuclear explosion and to laser weapons.
          - Mobility.
          The advantages of liquid ICBMs:
          - Great power.
          - Ability to carry a large number of warheads.
          - The large abandoned weight of heavy ICBMs allows you to carry more false targets to overcome missile defense.
          - Less vulnerability for sabotage groups.

It seems like by 2018 they want to start deploying a new heavy liquid ICBM to replace the Satan. The rocket will be produced in Miass. That is, apparently, on the basis of the Sineva SLBM.

Thank you so much. Read. In general, of course, it’s much easier to get out of SLBM ICBMs .... and the Makeyevites will be loaded head over heels .....
sort of like "Liner" made, they say they say no worse than "Bulava", but again liquid ... Although this is not bad ..... for almost 25 years of operation of SLBM "Sineva" not a single accident .... ugh. ...Ugh...

I recall that solid fuel cells are more compact and lighter than tanks with liquid fuel. RDTT control systems are simpler, but the process of restarting the solid propellant rocket motor is practically impossible. Maybe this is very old information :)

By the way, for those who are not up to date, MIT worked on research on the restoration of BZHRK with Yars and it was deemed inappropriate to restore it due to the fact that, with the same survivability in a retaliatory strike together with PGRK, the cost of BZHRK would reach heaven.

A huge "thank you" to VVP for the beautiful stroke of the pen, with which he put the BZHRK.Zh / d complex, which was really difficult to "graze" by means of space. observation due to the extensive network of railways in the Russian Federation and the similarity of the combat train with conventional civilian refrigerators. And all mobile Poplar and Yarsy are under constant close supervision. There are not so many of them and each complex is under several sights. that the same Topol will have time to launch an ICBM and will not be destroyed by saboteurs, etc. even before launch. Mine ICBMs are more significantly protected.

The main reason for the removal of the BZHRK from the thief is the Americans. It was they who insisted on this. For example, reduce nuclear submarines, winged and mobile ICBMs as you like, and BZHRK first and foremost, despite the fact that there is no direct agreement on BZHRK under the agreement .Well, "we went to meet the wishes of the workers" - they cut it down.
