Central Military District troops received more 700 vehicles

Military units and formations of the Central Military District (CEC) continue to receive new vehicles. These are specialized vehicles with different purposes (6 modifications of "KAMAZ" and "Uralov").

From the beginning of the year, according to the data of the Central Military District Information Support Group, the district troops received more than 700 vehicles. These include the 30 "Kamaz-6350", which are equipped with an armored driver's cab, as well as armored modules on the platform for transporting military goods and personnel.

Also, the CVO fleet was replenished with two dozen heavy Kamaz-65225 truck tractors with a semi-trailer. They have a wheelbase 6x6, can be towed off-road semi-trailers weighing up to 50 tons. Some cars have been expanded to include winches, local protection equipment and power take-offs, which are designed for connecting various types of units and special equipment.

By the end of the year, even more 400 units of automotive vehicles for various purposes will be supplied to military units and interconnection of the Central Military District. Also in the district there is a program of deep modernization of special and automotive vehicles. The aim of the modernization is to increase engine power, increase the reliability of the chassis, transmission, electrical equipment, fifth wheel and geometric cross-country ability.

Modernization of automobile equipment of ZAO Remdizel and OOO Automobile Plant Ural. They received this right on a competitive basis. More than 200 units of equipment have already been upgraded, another 300 cars had a scheduled factory repair.

Comprehensive maintenance this year have passed more than 3000 vehicles. Next year, more than 8000 units of automotive vehicles and automotive base chassis will be serviced.

Representatives of manufacturers carry out such service for the first time. This allows you to attract qualified professionals to work, use the original consumables and spare parts.
