The Krasnoye Sormovo Plant OJSC costs the privatization of the defense industry, it is necessary to buy the country's security from the "capitalists" for the taxpayers' money. Remove 3 billion rubles from the defense order.

a normal move - at first we sold it and now we will invest money in a private company, where the guarantee that they will go as directed, our state has begun to get used to investing money in private business at the request of the businessmen themselves, recall the recent investments in the oil refining industry

      What are you strange guys!
The usual thing! Soviet-style capitalism! First, the owners squeeze out all the juices from a normally working enterprise, and then the state recalls that it needs the products of these shipyards! There is only one way out - to invest the money of the people and once again raise the mediocre owner. But was it not so with banks, not so long ago?

Is this a joke of humor like that? And what does the Soviet government have to do with it? It seems that they created and equipped all these plants, but did not resell, as far as I remember speculation was prohibited (Article 154 “Speculation” of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR of 27.10.1960) and private business was allowed to shoemakers, tailors and others needleworkers.

And where does it mean Soviet

What kind of grievances for the Soviet system ???
Am I living here not long ago ???
After what can be called perestroika! Our directors, who wore their desks in the bosom! All became one, the drummers of the labor cap, and by and large became the masters of production! FOR YOU - FOR MONEY AND LABOR OF THE PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!
You do not need to convince me that during this privatization everyone received a part of the property, everyone received a voucher.
I can tell you two enterprises where. Before perestroika, the state spent $ 5 billion on equipping enterprises with the most modern equipment, now these are warehouses !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Soviet system-is the basis of the management of Russian capitalism !!!!!!!! There is something to compare!
Worked in Finland, Norway, Denmark and Poland!
