In the footsteps of publications. Omsktransmash

Some time ago we wrote about a situation that arose at the transport engineering plant in Omsk. Let me remind you that these enterprises after the incorporation became part of the Uralvagonzavod NPK. It was the problems of the corporation, and even its own financial difficulties, that forced the plant management to decide on optimizing production and reducing part of the foundry industry. Such a decision would lead to a reduction in the majority of workers in this industry.

The media, including VO, were on the side of the factory workers. Actively supported the actions of the "Interregional Trade Union" "Workers' Association". Moreover, the situation at Omsktransmash has grown into a discussion about the state of the defense complex as a whole. Readers in their comments gave a huge number of examples of what is happening behind the closed gates of other defense enterprises.

As a result, the plant management still found a way out of the impasse. I understand what it cost Igor Lobov, general director of Omsktransmash JSC. But this, from my point of view, is a quality work. It is the work of the CEO. So the man is in his place.

Cuts did not happen. Workers, with the exception of those who quit without waiting for the end of the conflict, remained at the factory. Even the requirements for recalculation of wages were fulfilled. True, for this the workers had to contact the labor inspectorate.

The fact is that surcharges for foundry workers at Omsktransmash were included in the salary. As a result, the workers stopped seeing how much premiums were accrued for the month. The labor inspectorate decided to cancel this charge and imposed a fine on the JSC.

However, it turned out that with the advent of a separate line of surcharges, premiums for the quarter and year were reduced. Just because they accrued as a percentage of the salary. In short, MPRA activists were not very economically prepared. And the decision dictated "on emotions" played against the workers.

“Workers simply did not foresee that as a result of exclusion of harm from the salary, their income would decrease,” commented history MPRA activist Kirill Sergeev. Here it happens.

But the management of the plant must foresee everything. And foresees. Moreover, it seems to me that the history of the conflict has taught that decisions, all the more dramatic, concerning many people, should be made after in-depth discussions with people. Then there will be no such conflicts. Then it will not be necessary to intervene high ranks to help.

“We are always ready to discuss rational proposals that will make the work of our enterprise better and the working conditions of employees more comfortable,” said Omsktransmash CEO Igor Lobov. “We work in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, and in this case I consider it unwise to build work a huge enterprise based on the whims of a group of people who can’t decide what they want. " This was reported by the IA "New Omsk".

In general, it can be said that the situation at the enterprise was resolved. And the interaction of the administration with the trade union has now acquired a completely working, non-conflict character.

And now about the good. Already in the middle of December, Omsktransmash fulfilled the state defense order! Fulfilled on 100%. The last batch of upgraded T-72 was sent to the units and units of the RF Armed Forces. Those cars that have returned to service after modernization, little resemble those that arrived at the enterprise.

Performance characteristics tanks significantly improved. The machines received a new power unit, an improved gun, a new multi-channel gunner’s sight, and improved protection. I think listing everything makes no sense. However, I will mention one feature of Omsk tanks. The tank has become much safer! A dynamic protection system was built in, protection against weapons mass destruction. And the instrument complex PKUZ-1А-high-speed system of fire-fighting equipment makes the tank almost invulnerable.

In addition, the plant has fulfilled all the obligations to service samples of armored vehicles, which are in service with the army.

And work in other areas is in full swing. We have just finished testing the PTS-4 serial floating conveyor. Finished successfully. Living factory!

Work of factory workers this year has been estimated at the highest level. On the chest three representatives of the plant shone the awards. The medal "For Labor Valor" was awarded to designer Valery Voloshin, head of the department of special electrical equipment systems. Sergei Chukhin, head of the electrical equipment department, was awarded the medal "For Strengthening the Combat Commonwealth". The medal "Mikhail Kalashnikov" was received by the deputy chief of the assembly department Anatoly Permyakov.

When the year ends with good the newseasy on the soul. I understand that next year will bring problems, conflicts, defeats again ... But it will bring victories, unexpected decisions, new friends. And our defense industry complex, no matter how hard it may be today, will straighten its shoulders tomorrow completely. Fulfillment of plans will become the norm, not the cause of joy.

I believe in it.

Great news. Omsktransmash is an excellent plant with a powerful production base and strong specialists. It will be an important support for Uralvagonzavod and the entire military-industrial complex of the country. More such news.

This is really "a holiday comes to us!" )))) There would be more such positive news for the new year. And the plant's staff would like to wish of course all the best in the new year!

The main thing is that the plant lives. The state spends dwindling reserves on the defense industry, spares no money on security, provides state defense orders and stable salaries for employees, incl. this plant. At the same time, they scandal because of the premiums for harm. Have you forgotten the years of inactivity and poverty in the 90s. Then probably "healthier" were ... must be ashamed, comrades. Of course, it is necessary to fight for your rights, but it is undignified for a strategic enterprise to promote all over the country in this way.

Have you read the article carefully? The problem was that people at the defense plant fired people as unnecessary. Especially for you, I’ve fired because of lack of work. And, as I recall, the whole fuss broke out precisely because of this dismissal. The rest simply went along to go.
So, with patriotism you are fine, but mindfulness and logic are lame ...

“The workers simply did not foresee that as a result of exclusion of harmfulness from the salary, their income would decrease,” MPRA activist Kirill Sergeyev commented on this story. So it happens.
And what did I misunderstand? All defense enterprises are now commercial organizations. How much they earn and live. No orders, no money, it is impossible to keep workers.

Yes, the vagaries will disappear, but laziness, drunkenness and nonsense will arise (all this has already passed). There must be a balance.
A transparent system of motivation is simply necessary, and not as in this case, "The workers simply did not foresee that as a result of the exclusion of harmfulness from their salary, their income would decrease." Everyone should know when performing what amount of work, what remuneration he will receive and how it can be increased.

??? laziness occurs when there is not enough, indifference from lack of wealth is usually, and if you compare with sleeping deputits, then they have such a job, one gundit is out of business and overcomes the other naps laughing and so in turn, and if you know what you are working for, then additional forces are taken, it’s not clear where from, I know from personal experience. smile and drunkenness from hopelessness wink I think so

Your words and ears to many business leaders ... unfortunately this is the voice of one crying in the desert.
We must not forget that we live in a world of capitalism where profit is put at the forefront and not the rights of workers and employees.
And only with the threat of strikes, strikes, revolution, does the capitalist begin to realize that he may lose profit ... such is la la vie.

One of the few positive examples of how a difficult situation can be resolved. And then "effective managers" can not boast of anything except to lay off workers and to jerk production areas for warehouses and for building.

But is it not time to appoint the heads of enterprises from those who have positive experience in managing enterprises, And to set effective managers without a statute of limitations and a sentence until they completely compensate the damage to the state. And the account chamber will determine the damage.

That's great! Another company escaped a sad fate and was pulled out of the swamp. Goals have been set, tasks have been set — for the cause, comrades! It is necessary to strengthen the defense of the homeland.

What are the goals and objectives of the enterprise? Repair completely outdated tank models? Tank plants at a standstill. Their products are not needed by the military. The third generation of anti-tank missiles gives tanks no chance.
While the team did not run up and there is a machine park, it is necessary to reorient the plant to the production of other products.

on this principle and we do not need planes obtained? the Turks shot down one, the video showed no suppression of the ATGM or not, and it’s necessary to cover the equipment, and the main thing is that there are survivors from the crew, though not all

And what is actually surprising in these videos? It would be necessary to show at our general staff. The system of counteraction to these complexes was developed long ago. Why it is not there is another question. Infrared floodlights mounted on the tank successfully counteract the guidance system of such complexes. As for the BMP (in the last video), the infantry delivery vehicle turns into a fire support vehicle. It is not unusual that she, too, may be attacked by anti-tank systems. Why there are no counteraction systems on the BMP, and it is not foreseen for the future, this is already a question. And how much they are needed is shown in your videos.

Igor Eduardovich Lobov is really a specialist in his place, still a Soviet temper. But who is Oleg Sienko as CEO of Uralvagonzavod ??? This is exactly the top manager who needs to be driven with a nasty broom. A native of Gazprom, an economist, and what does heavy engineering have to do with it ???
He was engaged in a bicycle, that's for sure.

What did not write what salaries at this plant? Until the embezzlement of state funds is stopped and the inevitable responsibility of senior officials is introduced, similar conflicts will occur. What can we argue if at the most important construction site of the country for a long time they could not restore order !!!

Just need NORMAL internal marketing in the factory. People at the machines need to know what the management decides and how. It's good if there is a factory newspaper. Establishing a marketing complex in the 90s at the plant, with a salary delay of 3 months, we "went to the people". The first thing they heard in the shops from the foremen: "For the first time in 2 years, someone came to the people from the" tower "(plant management) to tell WHAT IS HAPPENING. As they could, they told what marketing is, a business plan (first word" humorists "pronounced differently with the letter" P ";), and why they are needed. It turned out that many did not know that the management received a salary only AFTER the workers. For myself, I realized that if the owner of the enterprise, managers and workers communicate normally, then the matter is done.
