What mafia will you enter tomorrow? About the main effect of the global crisis

42
Dear Readers,

As the sociological service "Pugh Research" informs us, the middle class in the United States of America has declined dramatically and is very impoverished.

If you are interested in what have we and the terrorists from the IG, then let's talk about it.

Stuck all that's what. The USA is the foremost country of that world, which is still traditionally considered to be the “first” and retransmits its ideology to the rest of the planet. On us too. Patriotic or liberal, but the domestic elite somehow focuses on North America as a model. Nothing can be done about it, they were taught this way, their youth fell on such Americanophilous hysteria that they would hardly ever be able to get rid of its traces in the mind.

Those who wish can remember how many times they have read and heard mantras about the need to have “their own middle class” in Russia. Because here "in America there is a middle class, and this is the basis of America."

So. The basis of America (even if the phenomenon itself was in question, because it was not determined by wealth, but by consumption) becomes poorer and melts. From above, a rich minority comes off of it - the rich class is also growing, sucking in a part of the former average, - and from below it is swallowed up by the new American poor. Which earlier was twice less, and now it became twice more.

Why is it important? Because we have the same trends. Today, according to the “decile coefficient of funds” (do not ask what it is - UN researchers use this term) 10% of the richest citizens is 16,8 times richer than 10% of the poor. The trend is observed all last decade. The abyss grew during the oil bliss and grew during the 2008-2010 crisis. It grew in the “monetary thaw” of 2011-2013 and continues to grow now, at the time of the recession.

And the same thing happens all over the world.

Why - it is clear. In a world ruled by the “golden percentage,” he naturally appropriates most of the wealth. He has more opportunities, he writes the laws, he sponsors the party and wins in the courts. He has a financial, power, legal and organizational advantage over any poor and middle peasants. And their iron will to profit sooner or later leads to the situation described in the American 1940 song about the miners:

“Sixteen tons raised - and what on hand?

You have become a day older and deeper in debt. "

As long as the widening of the abyss between the rich and the rest is hiding behind the growing prosperity of the “others” - they can afford to overlook it. When the world crisis and the “others” get poorer in the yard, the abyss becomes painfully noticeable.

What is important here: there is not much difference whether the rich class of the country is private or bureaucratic. At the special Olympiad between “liberals” and “loyalists,” the question of who owns the glamor is sharp and tough. For the majority, it is quite different: how to live and what to strive for in the new world, where you, the representative of the “others”, have little light.

It is not known how long - but we have to live in a world where there will be anew and quite clearly separated castes. Where there will be some kind of gold interest, owning almost everything - and there will be an increasingly lagging majority of them, not really owning anything. Where large networks - no matter what - will continue to push small individuals. Where yesterday's shopkeepers will stand at the cash desks of supermarkets of the "new" (or not very new) aristocracy. And yesterday's owners of online stores will advise on the Euroset (there will be no “thousands of teams" - the network era. Network age teams are small, just thousands of mini-groups have one owner). Where bright businessmen will fight to the death with bright officials Vasiliev for glamor, and the rest can not worry.

Where the existence of social elevators will at best be simulated by the bosses to support "corporate spirituality".

And where it will go - in some places sluggish, and in some places hot - world war, the constant companion of world crises.

It will be a world, partly reminiscent of feudalism - the size and insuperability of the gap between the golden percentage and the rest of 99.

But it will differ from feudalism in that the “mean classes” will not have ownership of the means of production, and the noble ones will not have ownership of the producers.

It will be a world, partly reminiscent of imperialism of the beginning of the last century — that the privileged castes will own the means of production and profit.

But it will differ from the imperialism of the 1900s in that most citizens will not have in their hands the “mass rifle” from which the democracies and totalitarianisms of the XNUMXth century grew. Armies are shrinking, going from "millions with guns" to "hundreds on horseback". robots».

These hundreds on robots will fight. Other hundreds will make parts of combat robots, and others will develop them. And millions? - Millions will continue to advise on Eurosets scattered throughout the world.

At the same time, the coming new world is much less inclined to riots and revolutions than the past. Just because the average age of an earthling from a developed country today is no longer 16-20 years ago, but a good thirty years ago. “Societies of forty-year-olds” - with an ever-increasing proportion of older people - to put it mildly, are not very eager for rebellion and the desire to change everything.

Why am I all this, actually.

I have a version, dear readers. The most unexpected effect of social stagnation in a period of deep global crisis will be (suddenly) a crisis of individualism.

The one that was created the whole century.

After all, in fact, the cause of the degeneration of communities and the disintegration of even the traditional family matrix - purely at the household level - was one simple thing: the person became better and “more promising” to live alone. Survive, being tied not to the extensive relatives (religious community, village), but to their own qualifications.

The new caste device this prospect and convenience of loneliness - destroys.

Individualism became a direct consequence of the industrial age - and it can exist only as long as the "industrial effect" works. In the post-industrial era, when the number of people employed in mass production is constantly decreasing, and new technological leaps that would create new sectors of the economy and new mega-production with hundreds of thousands of hard workers each are not foreseen - in such an era, the value and bonuses of individualism plummet.

This is already reflected in those very advanced societies. In the US today - which has not been around for many decades - half of 25’s young people continue to live with their parents. This is theirs.

This is very important, because it speaks of the forced return of Free Self-sufficient Persons to the suffocating embrace of others.

And now - the most important thing. The logical continuation of this rollback to “pre-individualism” is the creation of new communities at the bottom of the social pyramid. Including in the form of clans, mafias and triads. For all these well-known organizations were born in their time as the brotherhood of mutual aid in times of crisis.

And mutual assistance in the new, poor, middle-aged, caste and warring world is very much in demand. It in all its forms - from the most touching to the most terrible - always arises where the ruling minorities view the majority as “born to be a victim”.

In some places these “new” collectivists, and in the most terrible variant, already claim their rights to power and wealth. There is one curious nuance confirming that we are dealing with a global phenomenon. Most of the "foreign militants" TOZR IG - are from the so-called. civilized countries. Of the 20 thousands of imported Igilians, the majority are not citizens of the poor in Yemen, Somalia or Afghanistan. These are semi-Europeans from Tunisia, half-Europeans from Turkey, and no less than 5 thousands - in general Europeans.

It has not happened yet that the citizens of the “first world” fought for anti-civilizing ideas from such a “third” with such passion. And there is every reason to believe that this is only the beginning.

I have many acquaintances who are still beating in ecstasy at the word "America". Only now, IMHO, their development stopped at the same age of 15-20 years, which fell on love for America.

I confirm, "... I live in Russia and I hate it like, everything is bad here, but they have everything for people ..." is a typical position of the liberals and the Pepsi-Cola generation. They salivate while discussing the stench of eha matzo and bed. Less often you hear from them "let's talk about women" or "let's talk about football" than savoring some dirt about the country where they were born and live with a smile. Most of them are shallow and good guys. But they do not have a sense of responsibility for the country before themselves and their ancestors.

I do not agree. What do you know about the composition of Pepsi Cola? And what do you know about one of the components of all counts: phosphoric acid?
I recommend natural juices only if you make them yourself, dilute 1: 2 with boiled water and you will have little happiness. Factory juice only with pulp, I recommend the Gardens of the Don region. hi

Ask the composition of this rubbish, consult a toxicologist or just a chemist. Learn a lot of interesting things. To spur energy does not need chemistry, it depletes, do not even notice. You need to learn how to create a good mood. Recall your beloved woman, how good she is, you know. Something funny or funny. in a word, psychologically stroke yourself, neurophysiologically-move the center of pleasure in the brain. The release of endorphins, the mood has risen, the brains have stirred and you will have a feeling of satisfaction and a little happiness. hi

Patriotism and liberalism are not antipodes. The steamer can be large and white. On the other hand, the "domestic elite" cannot "orient itself towards North America."
By the way, Dmitry Simes said to the national traitors that the United States cannot place a stake on them, since even in the event of a seizure of power, such an "elite" will not be able to retain this power for a long time.

"Born to be a victim" - There is enough confusion in the article, but the essence is clear. And if the people are inert, they will be bent into a ram's horn and they will not ask for a name. So, you don't need to go to ISIS, but you need to ask more specifically about internal politics. Even the prime minister, even the president.

Maybe someone from today's elite would like it to be so. But I do not believe in the reality of this, since the very foundation of capitalism assumes the existence of a middle class that could consume things with high added value. Roughly speaking, if everyone is poor then there will be no mass production, there will be no mass production, we will again ride horses. It is unprofitable and impossible to produce processors in single copies. Plus, the training of specialists, etc.

I’ll add one more non-obvious thing to your notis.

Moreover, this golden percentage also cannot live comfortably. They have to constantly fight among themselves for the safety of the acquired. And this will continue indefinitely. And even when there is only one single winner, then he will not be able to stop until he kills all living things, competitive in the struggle for his life.
This is how the system works. Competition, his mother ... And a synonym for her is war, the struggle for intraspecific survival.

    Author Victor Marakhovsky
The brains (USA) and hands (China) are scattered across the continents. The main question remains, how to ensure the growing consumption, with a lack of resources for both. They are distributed "incorrectly". All current geopolitics can be viewed only from this point of view. "Mafias" have long ago solved their "personnel" issues, and the question of resources is like in the banal scene of "gop stop", "who is stronger is right." The principals in this struggle are the leaders of states who represent national elites with nominal rights to resources within their territories.
The struggle for resources on a global scale, if we believe that the classics who described the contradictions in the era of imperialism are right, will once again lead to a world war. In this confrontation, there can be no talk of any individualism.
He simply does not have a place in this struggle for the rights to capital or inheritance, except in the trench, with a grenade against the tank (this is where individualism is needed). hi

They wrote a lot with beautiful words. And the point of their reflection did not lead to the ultimate goal.

Individualism embedded in morality is the main problem that makes capitalism a regressive system.

Capitalism is a system of intraspecific struggle. And the strongest individual survives, who will devour or kill his peers.

Democracy, this ideology, which is a screen, creates legal support for intraspecific lawlessness.

The next social generation should be socialism. Which already twice loudly declared itself as the most effective system for the growth of human society. With the help of socialism, Russia and the USSR twice revived from the mud and rose from their knees. And they bent the capitalists to the fullest. Socialism can be attributed to an ideological superstructure in the form of communism, or the ideology of democracy can be trumped. So that the masses do not deny compromised ideologies.

The middle class is not an artificial entity based solely on ideology. The middle class is a product of an economic form. Capitalism, in principle, cannot have a middle class. The whole middle class that was (whether there was also a question) in the USA is the result of the social successes of the USSR. This is an attempt to imitate.

The middle class in the USSR was not as highly wealthy as the middle class in the West is considered to be. But the Soviet people were absolutely financially independent in the vast majority. Which, along with state social guarantees, made them the middle class.

All these conversations in search of truth revolve around two basic principles.

This is individualism, as the moral basis of capitalism.
And collectivism, as the moral basis of socialism.

Capitalism is a regressive, consumer form. Kills a person with intraspecific struggle.

Socialism is a progressive form, a collective form of the joint striving towards a better future.

The paradox is the loss of the socialist system in the form of self-destruction, as a form that has not reached perfection.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to work out a panacea from the traitors of the individualists. Who immediately took the opportunity to plunder the public.

The author's idea is interesting, I completely agree with it. Never before in history, "born to be a victim", did not support the ruling minority in difficult times. And I think that recalling the Great Patriotic War in this situation would be inappropriate, then the "relationship" between the authorities and the people had a slightly different orientation, and then there were neither Rotenbergs, nor Abramovichs with Vaksilbergs. Everyone did not live richly and there was no such "wild" difference between the classes in the USSR.

Plus to the author for trying to comprehend. I will add a little: Capital, in its striving to surpass in civilizational development, Socialism has created an immeasurable number of self-restrictions and rules. Their number has exceeded the critical mass and it is already impossible for capital itself to comply with them, while maintaining competitiveness. Therefore, zones of lawlessness are created in order to do their business there without any restrictions, for the benefit of useful idiots who are ready to serve as guards fully and their services are cheaper than the costs of compliance with laws. So they appeared in the form that we see Afghanistan, Albania, former Kosovo, b. Libya, b. Iraq, Syria, Somalia, Ukraine, etc. And all sorts of criminal cases (such as drug trafficking) - just do not experience any problems. Its own rules became a burden and the removal of restrictions on bankrupts by the IMF from the same series. Only our deputies have not realized this until now and continue to drive "legislative noodles", driving our economy into a dead end of self-restraint. In general, the author is right: the times of individualism are coming to an end, rapidly, mainly because capital has ceased to need sovereign states, they are subject to destruction and soon no one will be able to guarantee the safety of residents not only in Africa, Asia or the BV, but also in old Europe and in America. Russia, China, India can still withstand, but they do not care about the rest, and it is a thankless task to restore order to their neighbors.
So the residents of "civilized" countries will have to clump into groups and groupings, a fact, this is already happening. The palette of platforms uniting these groups will be interesting: Islam (already started - ISIS), Nazism - we also observe it in banderlogy, and in Europe, in North Africa, the devil himself will break his leg.

    In short, to summarize.

All the devastation in people's heads consists in a constant struggle to justify capitalism as a CREATIVE system, which in fact is not.

But socialism, which in the USSR crashed as a result of the incompleteness of the model. Which recreated and raised the country from the ashes several times, is just that promising next model to which we must strive.

Now on our planet there is a really big income differentiation among people, but I do not see this as a problem, this is a completely NATURAL process. First, it should be understood that the higher the level of material well-being of mankind, the more "superfluous" material benefits that can be accumulated as savings by individual individuals. In a primitive society, there is no accumulation, and there is no social stratification. Apparently for some, this is the ideal society. Secondly, apparently you have forgotten that back in the middle of the last century, many states lived in the era of feudalism. Yes, they are slowly catching up with the economically developed countries, but, of course, the income of a citizen of Germany and Chad is incomparable. Third, in economically developed countries, there is a drop in the birth rate, i.e. people live "for themselves", while in an average African family there are 2-3 times more children, and the income is shared among all. Finally, I believe that the level of income differentiation depends on what stage of economic development the state is at. In the era of initial capital accumulation and undeveloped competition (wild capitalism), as it is now in Russia, the incomes of the population differ significantly. As the social system develops and economic growth slows down, income differentiation will also fall, as is now happening in Germany or Scandinavia. So, I repeat, the process is natural and, I hope, we will survive it without mafias and other revolutions.

On the whole, the idea of socialism is good and correct. But it doesn't work with money as part of the formula. Give three citizens 100 each, they will very quickly divide into 3 classes. One will drink and become a beggar. The second will simply eat 50 and 50 in a stocking (middle) The third will offer something to the first and then the second and will become higher in class (they will start to exploit) and if he does not increase, he will receive more, at least in the form of labor of two. Well, if there is a fourth and he is not God, then he is the same "golden percentage", maybe he controls everyone below.

    It doesn’t work, humanity checked.

Need to give up money. And how to replace them is not clear. Labor? Science?

This is hundreds of robots will fight. Other hundreds will make parts of combat robots, and others will develop them.

A simple question is who will develop these same robots. The question is not as simple as it seems at first glance. But in it the whole essence of the post-industrial model of production.
Individualism was a direct consequence of the industrial era - and can exist only as long as the "industrial effect" works.

Yes, the era of "selfishness" is ending. It ends because even simple production tasks are more beyond the strength of one person. Now people can only solve production problems collectively. Modern production is knowledge-intensive, and at the heart of its colossal knowledge and intellectual work. And here we come back to the first question, and who will develop new products?
The joke of history is that ALL will have to work now. The joke of the modern economy is that owning the means of production is no longer profitable. They have become too complicated. And technology began to require just a fantastic level of knowledge. Technology is beginning to turn into art, not accessible to everyone.
That's why everyone will have to work. Work for everyone, for the appearance of those units for which modern technologies that have become art are accessible and understandable. The emergence of those who are capable and able to create new technologies and products. But for this, it is necessary to provide the means of production to ALL.
And here begins the organization of new communities and a new economic model generated by the post-industrial model of social production.
The choice is ours, development and a post-industrial society, or degradation and a new mafia. And it's time to make a choice.

Interesting article and interesting comments. But if you try to look even further ahead, you can already see how corporations are beginning to crush any state, especially in the United States. Monopoly is the highest degree of capitalism, and the division of consumers into different national states is no longer necessary for them, and the anti-globalists have already realized this.
The ruling elites (owners of corporations) are much easier to divide the spheres of interests among themselves, for example, food producers do not need to compete with arms producers, etc. After that, you don’t need to invest in the real development of technology, it is enough to simulate it or to do it very slowly, beating off the maximum income from each technology.
Some specialists, such as IT specialists, can move from corporation to corporation - they have higher salaries, they are middle class. And narrow specialists can be squeezed both in salary and in the field of professional activity. Let a scientist or journalist try to go against the "common" (necessary) opinion - he will not find any more work, since competition has already been minimized. At the same time, especially bright (useful) personalities can go not only to the middle, but also to the upper class.
The mafia is also subject to this effect, and also globalizes. Accordingly, it will also strive to share specialization, but act on a global scale.
Social programs will be phased out, to the extent that corporations need: in medicine - so that there are no epidemics, the rest is paid, in training - a minimum level of knowledge.
And the flow of refugees to Europe only contributes to the destruction of nation states, a decrease in the middle class and an increase in the role of corporations. WTO, transoceanic partnerships serve the same purpose. Wars and terrorists also contribute, especially if there is no victorious side (Pyrrhic victory).
