In 2005, a former employee of the US Department of Justice, John You, suggested that a false terrorist organization be created with the help of American intelligence agencies. She was ordered to have her own websites, recruitment centers, training camps and fund-raising operations. She was granted the right to false terrorist attacks and received permission to inflict real strategic strikes. Today, a similar approach is laid down in the strategic documents of the US armed forces.
In the same 2005, renowned military analyst John Arkilla from the Postgraduate School of the US Navy, who developed the concept of network war, called on Western intelligence agencies to create new pseudo-gangster extremist groups and use them for subversive actions against real terrorist networks. According to the American journalist Seymour Hirsch, the strategy of Arkilla was implemented by the Pentagon. Hirsch writes: “I learned that under Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld, it was allowed to introduce the US military abroad under the guise of corrupt businessmen who allegedly want to buy contraband components for nuclear weapons. In certain cases, according to Pentagon advisors, some local residents could have been recruited and deployed to partisans or terrorists. The new rules of the Pentagon allowed special operations forces to form the so-called action teams in the target countries abroad. “Do you remember right-wing squadrons in El Salvador?” A former high-ranking intelligence officer asked me, referring to the military-led gangs who committed atrocities in the early 80's. “We created them and we financed them,” he said. “Now a new goal is being set up - to recruit locals in any locality where we wish. And we are not going to talk about this to Congress. ” A former officer, knowledgeable about the potential capabilities of the Pentagon’s command, said: “We want to ride these“ bad guys ”and ride them.”
No clear win criteria
The Pentagon-approved field manual for special operations forces (MTRs) in 2008 prescribes the use of non-state groups - paramilitary forces, individuals, businessmen, foreign political structures, opposition and rebel organizations, persons expelled from their countries, members of transnational terrorist groups, black traders market, other renegades. The charter specifically states that US special operations may include both counter-terrorism and simply terrorism, as well as transnational criminal activities, including drug trafficking, illegal financial transactions and arms trafficking.
On the basis of a combination of traditional and irregular (network) war, conducted by special operations forces and controlled (friendly) by terrorist, criminal structures, a strategy of hybrid war emerged.
In October 2012, the New York Times wrote: "According to information from US officials, the bulk of weapons intended for Syrian opposition groups go to radical Islamists."
American businessman, financier and government official Robert Steele summed up such a result of his work related to the secret structures of the Pentagon and the CIA: “Most of the terrorists are created by our own security services. Every terrorist incident in the United States was a false flag operation. We became a madhouse. ”
The Nobel Prize winner, English playwright Harold Pinter affirms: “The United States has really lost its mind. It is impossible to even imagine what they will do in the future and what they are ready to take. ”
Strategic thought does not stand still. And if terrorism has become the political weapon of the American MTR, then the logical continuation of this has been to impart to these forces the function of waging political war (PW) as a whole.
In 2015, the Pentagon publishes a document titled “Support for political war by special operations forces”, according to which the latter are assigned a central place in the conduct of the global PV. It is defined as a systematic process of influencing the will, controlling people in the territory of the enemy or in the part he occupied so that they act in accordance with the needs of a higher strategy. The tool of propaganda is called propaganda, and its forces are dissident elements that potentially or actually exist in the ranks of the enemy. The main goal of the PW is to contribute to the destruction of the basis of the enemy’s military machine and to suppress its will to resist.
The new US strategy of the PoW takes into account the experience of the past, above all the Cold War. The difference between them lies in the fact that the latter had a clear criterion of victory - the destruction of communism. Modern PV has no such criteria. It is permanent and boils down to responding to a wide variety of crises (such as Ukraine, ISIL, Iran’s nuclear program and even Ebola) and preventive measures to prevent them. These tasks are assigned to the SSO, which are declared the main subject of the PW.
The American strategy of the PW is anti-Russian in nature, and this makes it related to the cold war. The establishment of a total world dictatorship is impossible without the destruction of Russia as a state and civilization.
Big project activity
In this regard, the continuation of the Cold War were strategic projects that emerged in 2004 – 2005, including Kievan Rus, the Greater Caucasus, Great Finno-Ugoria, and the Occupation Monarchy (Colonial Monarchy).
The geopolitical goal of the Kievan Rus project is the replacement of Moscow as a geopolitical and civilizational symbol by Kiev based on the cultivation of Ukrainian nationalism, as well as the formation of a new federal entity — an American protectorate within Ukraine and Slavic regions of southern and central Russia. The spiritual goal of the project is to liquidate the parishes of the Moscow Patriarchate in Ukraine and to form what is called “Ukraine-Russia”, where the united Orthodox Church operates with the patriarchal throne in Kiev. It is planned to unite it with the Uniates on the basis of Ukrainian ultranationalism and further submission to the Vatican.
The Greater Caucasus project envisages the creation of a federated state entity managed from Washington, which will include Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia and the Russian republics of the North Caucasus.
The main task of the Great Finno-Ugoria project is the formation of a federal entity based on the relevant constituent entities of the Russian Federation. In the national territories of Finno-Ugric peoples there is a large part of Russian hydrocarbon deposits. Therefore, the support of radical nationalism among the Finno-Ugric peoples of Russia will bring the US no less a prize than the military occupation of such oil countries as Iraq or Iran.
The project “The Occupation Monarchy” (“Colonial Monarchy”) aims to introduce representatives of the West, Anglo-Saxon puppets to the Russian throne, through them to put Russia under control and occupy it without resorting to armed intervention.
The war in Ossetia was one of the failed attempts to implement the “Greater Caucasus” project. More managed to achieve the "designers" "Kievan Rus". In both cases, the bet was placed on special operations.
Military cake recipe
PV support by special operations is a strategy that sums up the experience of the past and outlines new perspectives. PV includes four interrelated components:
- aggressive diplomacy - limited and selective use of SSO to achieve the psychological effect of suppressing the will of the enemy and forcing him to abandon his achievements or intentions;
- economic war;
-irregular war - subversive activities that secretly and openly lead MTR. Undercover operations are understood as the hidden support of friendly foreign elements, black psychological combat operations, the organization of the underground resistance movement in hostile states.
In the context of the PW, the following concepts of irregular war are specifically considered:
-Unconventional and counter-conventional war;
-participation in the "internal defense" of a foreign state (the provision of military assistance to it);
-the setting under the control of the security system in the target countries for the purpose of subordinating them to regional and global American interests, including access to airspace, the right to basing, training opportunities, providing support to the United States in the field of defense, as well as assistance in disseminating American values. Realization of these goals is achieved through the implementation of the reform of the country's security system under the leadership of the United States - the object of impact;
- actions to provide information and influence.
Counter-conventional war (KNV) is an action carried out by the SSO against a hostile state or non-state entity supporting or leading an NW in territories within the zone of US interests. An example is Ukraine. The form of KNV is the unleashing of a NB in the territory of a state or non-state entity, including the organization of an uprising or a separatist movement.
In “Support of political war by special operations forces”, a new term, “preemptive non-traditional war” (UNV) appears.
If KNV is a response, a reaction to a situation that has already arisen, then UNV is aimed at preventing such a situation, that is, preventing actions of a hostile power in areas of American interests.
Washington has long abandoned its national interests, subordinating them to the goals of a global democracy that is financed by the American leadership. Fulfilling its order, they with the help of CNF and UNV fight against the system of national statehood, the stronghold of which is the Russian Federation. Therefore, Russia has become the main target of unconventional aggression. Americans take advantage of the fact that this type of aggression is not in international law and cannot be seized by the hand, because they act secretly through their agents.
UNV begins with the study and establishment of informal relations with political dissident groups and groups of people deprived of civil rights in those states whose policies may become hostile to the United States.
This means that dissident groups of liberals are considered as subjects of the HB. Their democratic slogans are nothing but a cover for actions to change the regime and the collapse of Russia.
In fact, this is stated in clear text in the American strategy of the RO. It says that proactive communication and the hidden support of the local resistance movement is an effective response to the actions or possible actions of a hostile power that are contrary to US interests. If the work is done well in advance, then American assistance to traitorous groups can affect the policies and economies of countries acting against US interests. The expression "treacherous groups" is taken from the text of the original.
Due to its duration, gradual and hidden, UNV prepares the strategic environment for a regime change or an armed intervention with greater accuracy and depth than is provided for in the HB doctrine. Thus, UNV allows the United States to maintain and maintain a presence in areas of interest, to establish trust with important individuals, groups and groups of people, forming allies and thereby guaranteeing cognitive and moral access to the region. This type of access requires an understanding of physical and human factors. Confidence is necessary to form an alliance of interests with those who play a critical role in activities directed against the elements of the state of the adversary and its society.
Therefore, special attention is paid to actions to ensure information and impact (VIAB). They are aimed at combining information capabilities in order to influence the American and global audience, as well as the adversary and his decisions.
Public relations (PR) and public diplomacy (PD) play an important role in the conduct of ALA. The SSOs use PDs in the course of foreign contacts to establish a dialogue with important individuals and groups in order to engage them in actions in the interests of the United States.
A special place in the arsenal of the SSO is occupied by the so-called cognitive penetration of the combined force (CPOS) and military information support operations (WIPO).
The KPOS provides specific tools to tune the overseas population to a positive perception of the US position. The main principles here are cognitive depth (reliance on knowledge of the characteristics of perception, beliefs, opinions and attitudes of the population) and cognitive security (creating an operational environment where non-hostile, neutral and favorable opinions and perceptions of the population reduce the MTR risk during the execution of tasks).
Objects of influence by the KPOS are recognized as the leadership of a hostile state, military personnel, critically important persons, groups and contingents of the population, as well as its supporters, whose actions undermine the statehood of the country - the US partner.
WIPO is aimed at putting control over the decision-making system in a hostile state. This goal is achieved in stages, ranging from ensuring influence on government decision-making, including through corruption (bribery). At the final stage, usurpation, that is, the illegal seizure of the decision-making system in a hostile state, must be achieved. Opportunities for this are provided including the open government program.
As follows from the text of the strategy, the KPOS has an ideological orientation, which is presented as a sign of effective informational actions. This means de-ideologizing a hostile state and introducing its own decomposing, demoralizing ideology in order to defeat the population predominantly before the outbreak of war.
The implementation of the objectives of the KPOS is achieved on the basis of knowledge of the human sphere (ES).
From the point of view of the emergency concept initiated by the SSO command, the operational environment is an interactive combination of several areas: land, air, sea, cybernetic and human. The latter focuses on people in terms of their perceptions, decision making and behavior. The concept of “people” includes individuals, groups and contingents of the population (in the operational zone or outside of it) who influence the interests of the United States, their emergencies allow the SSO to influence people's decision-making and their behavior in order to get the required reactions from them.
In this regard, there is a need to create a special complex discipline in the system of preparation of SSO with the aim of laying a common conceptual basis for understanding the elements that shape human behavior and affect their decision-making.
In order to fulfill the tasks of a global PW, SSOs form a network - an interconnected force that includes their interdepartmental partners, a network of various non-governmental, as well as commercial and academic organizations. Therefore, a global network MTR is called a network of networks.
In the final part of the Pentagon strategy, it is stated that the RO is intended to ensure "US global leadership, since it should be the only constant in an indefinite world."
But the global leadership of the United States is a global delusion, an illusion that indicates the absence of the cognitive depth of American strategists. In an indefinite world, the only constant is God alone. And someone wants to put himself in his place. That’s what Washington’s global PoW is driving in the interests of its puppeteers who are obsessed with the thirst for planetary power. But they are doomed to defeat. In a country and an army dominated by pride and Sodom sin, there is no room for God, and therefore victory. Victory - for Russia and for our people, who went into battle and invariably won under the slogan "For Faith, Tsar and Fatherland."
Of course, the peculiarities of the American strategy of the PW must be considered. Despite the ambitious plans and actions related to the hostile US course towards Russia, they did not manage to transform the consciousness of our people into pro-American sentiments and support for the revolution. The goals of a political war against our country are unattainable. But this is no reason to relax. The network of networks operates.
