Who is to blame for Russian problems?

141
Lately there are a lot of disputes on this topic, but for some reason the truth is not born. After reading the statements of many of our readers, I made a very peculiar conclusion. We still live in a fairy tale, where everything should be "according to the command of magic, according to my desire." That is, everything should be done by magic, by itself. And there must be rivers of milk and honey.

And since this is not observed, many Russians are justifiably unhappy. And express it on various resources, including here. But let's take a closer look at the arguments put forward.

1. Power.

Power unhappy. Our power leaves much to be desired. Wrong people are appointed and not to those posts. But who provided this power and relative impunity and corruption? We, the voters. The experience of participating in 12 election campaigns allows me to make this conclusion.

Impunity of deputies of any level is ensured primarily by voters. A living example: in September in Voronezh, the owner of a house-building factory was once elected a certain owner, Lukin. For him voted for absentee ballots seven and a half thousand of its employees. Even to Moscow it came. But in the relevant committee of the State Duma they shook their fingers ... and that was all. MP It is clear from the EP.

I don’t even want to talk about those deputies who simply bought votes for the amounts from 300 to 500 rubles. Every second, from EP “every first.”

And each election show ends the same. The victory of the EP. And a certain amount in the pockets of voters.

It is logical, of course, that after such elections of such deputies, the result is obtained accordingly. As, for example, a deputy from the EP, someone Oganezov closed his reception room the next day after the won elections. Well, he was not up to the voters, on the campaign in the regional Duma his 21 million flew away.

For the elections in the DG better? C'mon ... the stakes are bigger. By thousand can cut down.

Can anyone recall the fact of a deputy’s recall by voters? I personally do not. And the very fact of recalling the same Lukin causes only Homeric laughter. If they voted under pressure from the owner, no one will dare to meow.

And it is precisely from such "elections" that most of the problems come. You can change something only by pulling the deputies for a mustache, forcing them to really work. And this is not developed here. We can come to the waiting room to beg a little money, nothing more. And we are not accustomed to demand from the chosen one. Moreover, such actions should be provided precisely by the mass of voters. And who needs it? So we have what is.

Deputies work only for themselves, discourage the money spent, and it absolutely suits everyone. No evidence to the contrary? Means, suits.

2. Budget and money in particular.

Often in comments to the postponement of debt to Ukraine and the pre-Olympic articles I met this phrase: "It would be better if they gave me this money, I would have disposed of it myself." Yes, we have a lot of smart people. Would have ordered.

In our country, there was already an experiment of this kind. Privatization. Have distributed to all. So what? Many have disposed of? Well yes. Millions. They rushed to "MMM" and other CHIFs, mutual funds and other offices, where they promised the same milk rivers. And flew. Who was smart - he normally ordered. But there were few such in Russia. Basically, everything was either sold, or they were simply bred and thrown.

By the way, I am relatively satisfied with my privatization results. All "their" 17 vouchers took to the office that built the optical cable plant. 7 hasn’t had anything else with them except reports. Then another 5 years of promises. And then poke. Not much, but on a ticket to Essentuki’s beloved, every fall, my mother has enough. Well, the drunkard then "raised" the money. My only successful investment in this life. And someone does not have that. Only memories and anger.

So the experiment "to give everything so that everyone will dispose of it" is not for this people. And I hope that during my life there will be no more such experiments. Otherwise we will whistle all that remains.

After the Olympic Games, at least the infrastructure remained, roads, interchanges. And distribute to the clever - everything would be in the toilet and played in the end.

3. Roads.

Here, too, is the theme. Roads in some places from the war did not do, and in some places - quite nothing. It already depends on local people. And what should be done so that people on the ground do their work? That's right, move them with the help of the same deputies. The orders to give and control their execution. And blackmail with the recall of this deputy, if he does not do a damn thing.

But this again is not for us. We in the bulk will be on the sites mutter, rather than a little letter roll up where necessary. What if something is wrong with the letter? No, we will wait. That itself was adjusted. Well, wait.

Again, an example, positive, if the backside of the couch to tear. Until recently, our roads in Voronezh were parables for the entire Black Soil Region. 1943 sample of the year. It got really. And so a group of people gathered, gathered up signatures under the appeal to the governor (and here it’s just Putin that we sent Gordeeva to us instead of our freaks), and not just collected them, but about 12 thousands. He also collected, because all history I know. Gordeev instructed the road to do. They did it, they found money somewhere. In the spring, as expected, the asphalt together with the snow went somewhere. Melted. And then the fun started.

Gordeev ordered criminal cases to start on all those who are involved. And they brought! True, it was necessary to postpone the execution, because all the city road builders fell under the batch. And there was no more suicide repair. I had these "ask". With a hint that in the spring, if again there is such filth, then they will plant it for sure. The result is obvious, that is, on the roads. Can, it turns out, especially if the change of habitat shines.

In other regions, the situation is much worse. But if nobody needs it there, then everything will remain the same. There is money in any region, even the most subsidized. It is only necessary to force officials not to engage in cutting and steal, but to work. But for this, again, it is necessary to get out of the sofa. And it is more difficult.

Well, they are not able to work with us while the Democrats work as they should. Need help. And with the help of the media, and with the help of prosecutors. As practice shows, after the relevant article, even on the Internet, prosecutors show very good results. Watch out for observance of the law so that the mother does not grieve. And do not push in the back - so they will not strain. All in Russian.

4. "Poor pensioners"

This is generally a favorite topic of our liberassov. I don’t feed them with bread, but give all the poor and retirees a favor. If you listen to these organisms, so we have everyone who retired, starving.

I agree that the percentage of those who need it is great, but not so much that it would be worth it to vote about it. And each such case must be considered separately. I have a similar example in my staircase lives. There is no such deputy to whom this woman would not turn bitter tears at her hard life. Because her pension is only 7 thousand. And for her "treshka" you need to put about 3 700 a month. And how to live?

The joke is that Madame did not work a single day in her life. She lived married officers. But with the second bad luck came out, his pension for some reason, she broke off. It seemed, yes, you sell the three-room apartment, move into one-room apartment and live for your pleasure. Not. Apartment after the death of his son will go. Although he has his own, in the North, where he serves. That flooded with tears all the reception, to which he gets.

For some reason, speaking of retirees, everyone prefers to remain silent on the topic of benefits. And they, I must say, there are, and relatively reasonable. I don’t know how in other cities, but we have social buses that accurately copy the numbers and routes of the Soviet times. For the convenience of old people. Free And they are mainly used by pensioners. In general, it is necessary to be a suicide bomber to get on such a bus. Grandmas will stick with sticks, this is their transport. And for some categories, the municipality gives travel tickets for all types of ordinary city buses. And about discounts on housing and communal services, gas, electricity, too, the gentlemen who criticize are silent. And they too are. And up to 50% reach. Few? I do not know. My retired parents are happy with everything.

Has anyone tried to enter a hypermarket that pampers customers with discounts and sales? Type "Carousel" or "Ribbons"? Hours in 10 am? Try visit weekday. Get an unforgettable experience. A sort of collection of the club "For those who are for 60". And they load carts as if each Gazel is waiting at the exit. It is understood that from a bad life.

Of course, all the above is not applicable to every city. And here the work field is not plowed, but this is someone who needs to work. And someone customized work. In this country, without this in any way.

5. Western values in the minds.

Alas, so. Post-Soviet times have greatly changed the content in many minds. And not for the better. Well bought beautiful cars, do not go through the yards now. Zayfonilis and zaypaydilis. But they were like Ivan the Fools, who were waiting for either a pike or a Sivku-Burka.

Forgotten how to understand those things that should be happy. Reduced electricity tariffs in Primorye - and so what? Everywhere you need to reduce, all expensive. We launched a new plant or restored an old one - so what? It should be a thousand factories. But in the shmirny shelch now do not fly in the fall, when cheaper - it is a tragedy on a national scale. Directly along Zhirinovsky, it is necessary that the "Russian" Boeing flew, accompanied by sushiks, to Egypt, and for every vacationer there was a "green man" with a gun. Guarded. That's when beauty and grace.

It is clear that all this basically scribbles office plankton, which has time for it. And that he has never produced anything in his life, but only traded in what others have produced. That is nothing for the country. For those who are at the machine or at the helm of a combine, there is nothing special to do on the Internet. So, after work, have some fun. But there is no time to write long minds.

The main problem of today is the inertia of the population and the pro-Western "Give me and I will consume." But we are not Europe, nobody will give anything. I do not know, fortunately, or unfortunately.

But it is clear that if we want changes in our life to take place in accordance with our expectations and wishes, we will have to change our usual way of doing things. Do not wait for the authorities to bring everything and put it in their mouths, but to demand from the authorities proper performance of their duties. Any available methods.

"Who is to blame and what to do" two eternal questions on 1/6 of the land. Many Great Thinkers have been asking these questions for centuries and nothing has changed. How to build fools of the road and build it.

Everything seems to be true, but in fact we (the people), like our eagle, have two heads. And one patriotic one seems to be ready to serve the country, while the other is thinking how to harm the state with its draconian taxes and "fair" distribution of benefits ...
Hence the mess in the country and in the brain ..

Or maybe the system of government is not that?
If people are not happy, maybe you need to listen to people?
Recall that we are not only and not so much the electorate and voters, but above all PEOPLE, residents of our country?

Yes, he’s not joking. Really thinks so. I’ve never been offered money in the elections. But I have never seen in the lists worthy, those for whom I would like to vote. This topic has been repeatedly raised. Not once did I promise to go to the polls - and each time I went back again. You look at the list: this one, the other is even worse. So delve into this indecency, looking for grain - but it is not.
About retirees. I am one of them. I'm not complaining about life - I'm not used to it. Pensions are enough for everything. But here's a trip to the sea or a trip - figs.
On privatization. We have shares with the wife of our factory, which is now the same bankrupt as Ukraine. Several times they tried to buy them from us for a ridiculous price - they proudly refused. Better use for its intended purpose - in the toilet. And so on throughout the article. With all due respect to Roman, this time there is a fat minus for insulting the people and misunderstanding reality.

The author focused on the issue not only on the electoral model of the state. But a general regressive concept.

The author is trying to find an explanation for what is happening but cannot.

The problem is that any logic that you would try to build rests on the starting, starting point. If it is not true, the whole chain of thoughts is not true.

The answer is simple. The liberal model works as long as the pack has victims that you can have.

Yes, the author is right in almost everything, only in order to realize this, one thing needs to be clearly understood, NOBODY will do ANYTHING for anything, the point is not that our power is poor, it is the same everywhere, people come to all countries with certain ambitions to solve their own problems and problems, in most cases related to personal enrichment or enrichment of an interested group of people (family, corporation, etc.) they don’t have ANYTHING to the people, so they all think and this must be understood clearly!
Our trouble, compared with the theme of the states, is that we still have not been able to clearly build a system of our interaction with state authorities, a system of pressure and forcing them to do what they should do !!!
And in my opinion, in this case, the fish is not rots from the head, a few years ago I accidentally read one rather interesting book, called the "new federalist", one of its chapters tells in the first person how citizens are engaged in self-regulation in the states and how they participate in the work of bodies municipal authorities, I was shocked by how seriously they take this !!! They jointly decide, excuse me, such questions, for example, how and in what colors can private houses on the street be painted and whether or not satellite dishes can be hung on the front side of houses. Every little thing, every detail of the improvement. And here, excuse me, you can’t collect the money for the installation of an intercom, I personally had to hear from the tenants such words "well, with a t at the entrance, so what? I don't need your intercom" and that the government and the deputies are also to blame for this ???

Hmm ... it's hard to disagree with the entire scope of your comment ...

However, in matters of self-government ... Yes, we did not have it under the USSR, and there is none now ...
Under the USSR, the city authorities led everything under the leadership of the city party committee ...
In 2004, they tried to portray local self-government, introduced a new law, declaring the complete independence and independence of local governments ...

However, this full independence was leveled to zero, forcing to privatize all the objects that could more or less bring revenues to the municipal treasury in the form of rental fees ... Well, there are many more factors ...

As a result, the municipalities were in the role of rogues ... And from their local beggarly budget, those who are at the feeding trough have to cut something off for themselves-children-grandchildren ...

THERE they have long been self-governing ... And the mayors, and judges and sheriffs are chosen precisely by the people ... BUT !!! But there are poop in these positions and municipal problems enough ...

Yes, it seems that we are choosing ... And it seems that they are choosing in other countries ... And in almost all countries there are enough dissatisfied with the authorities ...

However, US differs from other countries in the main: the lack of a mechanism for influencing the plutocrat boyars, their recall and punishment ... Well, they are UNCONSCIOUS, and that’s the point ...

And even when the Investigative Committee and the Prosecutor General have facts proving their criminal activity, the Duma has long been puzzling the issue of allowing them to be held accountable ... So long that they have time not only to hide in the foggy edges of Albion, but also to realize or transfer your assets ...

And such examples are above the roof ...

You reason correctly, but you are treating the consequence. But the disease must be treated.

In a nutshell, how to understand where the dog rummaged.

              Large peasant family.

Sit down at the table for dinner. On the table is a cauldron with porridge for each spoon. Everyone carefully takes his spoon so that, God forbid, take more. Everyone eats as much as the body needs, but that would not deprive the neighbor.

Since childhood, collective morality has been established in families.

              Younger child.
Older children have grown up. The younger mother allows more. What we have? Pity, lack of pragmatism for the younger. An egoist is growing who, if he does not demand it, will then steal.

The collective. This company has a non-directing director.

Individualism. This is the MMM pyramid. Pyramid of the International Monetary Fund.

To understand the regressiveness of problems, you can trace the logic from the basics. An individualistic or collective problem.

Yes, they are subject to jurisdiction, and I know a huge number of examples when officials who had become utterly cut off were suddenly shut down, while far and long ... and believe me, it was extremely unexpected for them! Unfortunately, for many years in our country, after the collapse of the USSR and entering the "free" world, they built a system for selecting personnel in the state. management and built it in such a way that a person who wants to work honestly and for the good of the people is squeezed out of this system and a huge number of thieves, swindlers and outright bandits come to power. It is very difficult to break such a system and it takes more than one year, but decades.

I know what to do and how to do it. In a nutshell.

The value system of society works to regress.

At the heart of the morality of a regression society is individualism. In this lies the lie of the liberal model.

The moral in a progressive society is collectivism.

What made a man out of a monkey? Work.

The correct answer is joint work.

This is enough not to die of hunger and pay, well, let's say for the light. What's next? You can still live in the village somehow, but in cities the rent for odnushka comes to 6000 rubles. How to live there ??? They want to raise their retirement age, but where will these people who are already over 60 work? Now after 45 years they’re not taking anywhere! No words only emotions!!! am

I will not be unfounded ...

My wife worked as the head of the post office, that is, she was aware of the issued pensions ...

So, the pension that you indicated is somewhere around 7-8% of the total cut in the microdistrict in our district town ...

All their lives, these people worked either as sellers (!!! ... Well, at least - not the manager of vegetable bases), or cleaners ...

Well, the sellers in our country and in the Union obviously paid little salaries - they all the same stole ... The cleaners, as they are not important, but still - unskilled labor ... Accordingly, the salary is ...

For the rest (I do not take veterans and those who are over 80 - those have normal, even very normal pensions now) on average - from 12 to 18 thousand ... People just worked normally, in normal jobs, with normal experience ...

Yes, this is not much, but they even allocate a share of their pensions to different nishtyaks ... I'm not talking about those who receive from 18 to 24000 ...

The question that they deserve a larger pension is a different question ...

So let's take a more realistic approach to this issue ...

I do not like the State Statistics Service and the Central Election Commission, whose "holy" duty is to shuffle and reshuffle statistics for the sake of those in power ... The same applies to various polls and ratings derived from them ... You cannot see the real truth in them, as well as in the fact that you said that most of our pensioners are living at the subsistence level ...

Unfortunately, there are families of pensioners (there are few of them, however, compared to the bulk), who receive a total of 42-54000 rubles, but every day they scold Putin for these "small" pensions ...

And where is the truth, brother ??? The real truth ???

PS Unfortunately (or maybe not), everyone has their own truth ...

Lord, what tree are you falling from? One continuous unfoundedness (this will not be unfounded), but with what pathos. If you don’t own the question, it’s better not to say anything, you’ll be a smart guy. I have a normal experience, and received more than 20 times more than the national average, and so what? My pension is 9000 rubles. And this is still very good, all the neighbors (neighbors) envy me. And I'm not a janitor, I have two higher educations. Moscow State University graduated with honors. Read the previous law on pensions, and the new one has a special clause according to which the old pensions are not reviewed, it is clearly written there, all who honestly worked, honestly paid taxes, are equalized with those who considered it unnecessary. You watch less TV, it is not only harmful to health, but also reduces mental potency.

The author somehow did not noticeably answered his own questions .. Have the roads been fixed? And why ? But because Putin removed the old governor and put his own .. With the deputies the same hodgepodge, as long as they have an admin resource, elections are absolutely useless, even if they are held without violations, it does not change anything. Political technologies allow you to appoint (select) the person you want I will repeat the admin resource this will allow .. And therefore, from time immemorial, the NKS in the country has been led to be responsible for everything the KING! Well, that's good! Then it is necessary to cancel all these elections at all levels to hell, except for the illusion of "democratic choice" they do not give anything! Anyway, this person is appointed from above. The state is spent. money and for the selected no one bears responsibility .. Why? "Themselves" have chosen .. Well, well .. If we have a king (president), let him appoint. to key posts, he, and they select lower people themselves and, accordingly, are responsible for these people PERSONALLY! And not some vague voter (well, how? You chose .. yeah .. we). Mayor Ivanov got caught, and who put him there? Aha Governor Sidorov! Here's a chain and answer .. You tell me, but the governor then Sidorov was appointed by the PRESIDENT! He will be responsible to whom? And here is the question conscience.. And if the highest person of the state does not have it, just as there is no desire to make his country prosperous (since he cannot give such thieves such a shortage, then there is no desire) then nothing will save .. Alas .. Elections are a fiction that doesn’t give (always choose the one who needs). Everything again became isolated on the personality of the head of the state-vom .. And it always has been! There was a worthy ruler in Russia, the country confidently flourished and moved forward, there was nothing in power and the country was heading for the abyss .. History fully confirms this, and there is nothing to be done about it, it was and will be so!

It is not fools who warm their hands on the "construction" of roads and not only roads. The article is as controversial as it is philosophical. The only question is what an individual citizen, or even a group of citizens, can do to restore justice. And how can this end for them? There is, for example, the initiative group ZOV (Law on Responsibility of Authorities) http://igpr.ru/project. Criminal cases have already been opened against their organizers. Any attempt by citizens to resist the injustice of the system leads to disastrous results. It just so happened in Russia that the change in the management system occurs only through palace coups, into the consequences of which the marginal part of society wedges itself, which always turns into bloody consequences.

Article is nonsense, put a minus.

That's who is to blame for the problems of Russia or what, I will write point by point. All this has long been known from TV programs, debates, articles and other materials, which the darkness on YouTube has already been chewed and ground up to the point of the Starikov, Puchkov, Solovyov, Satanovsky and other analysts.

      1. Liberals,
who are in power, came back in the Gorbachev era, then began to ruin the country and make plans to enrich their fortune after the destruction, to seize the country's huge resources belonging to the people for personal use as an inheritance. After the 90s, under Yeltsin, they all reached their peak and created this whole purulent system, starting with the constitution, the economic model, changes in education, medicine and the collapse of the army, everything is on their conscience. Liberalism has now penetrated the masses. There are a lot of them in the media space, in the media, in show business, everything that is shown and listened to, in short radio and TV, starting with Svanidze, Grozman, Utkin, Bykov, Venediktov and other Shelupon, whose main task is to "obsessive" the population, instill in Russians a sense of guilt Russianness. instill a shame in their history, so that they also regret the "occupation" of neighbors as the Germans regret the Jews that they burned, although the Germans burned Soviet prisoners of war no less than the Jews. And what is interesting is that almost all liberals are Jews, and they are not patriots because they are not Russian. I would pass a law that would imprison, and for a long time, those who would question the victory of the Soviet Union as a traitor. Who will officially stutter that the Union was criminal immediately to the zone, like the denial of the Holocaust in Israel.

      2. The West and the United States are to blame, who, since the time of Paul the First, have been plotting against Russia, use it for their geopolitical purposes, then entering into an alliance with it, then against it, weakening and destroying it. The main goal of the West now, in the era of the post-industrial period, when the main energy power is oil and gas and minerals, as well as forests and water, to seize the boundless lands of Russia and mercilessly exploit it, and to destroy the people as unnecessary, now in the era of automation it’s unprofitable to feed mouths . This is what Russia needs to avoid. For this, it is necessary to strengthen the army and navy, whether it is enough for bread or not, for when the enemies come and get sick, there will be no bread at all, only the concentration camps and the place for utilization.

Everything, Russia has no more problems. How will you manage to eliminate these two problems, life will improve by itself. Money will not be sold (Forex and the stock market, dollars, stocks, bonds and other capitalist shit), but only goods - money. There will be no GMO. There will be no bad roads, because all the money will not buy dollars and provide loans at fabulous interest rates, but the entire infrastructure for development will be built. Raise agriculture, because when the liberals are kicked out there will be no taxes on small and medium-sized businesses. All resources from the bowels of the earth will be nationalized. The state will regulate banks. Banks will issue loans at low interest rates only for their real money, and not for those borrowed from the Fed. Pensions will be increased and money will be allocated for social needs, orphanages, homes for the disabled. They will revive the powers of trade unions so that employers do not become impudent. There will be free medicine and education, because they will take away all the resources from the oligarchs. When liberals are kicked out of the educational system, which inflict enormous damage on culture, language and education, the national spirit, religion will immediately revive, there is not far from the state ideology, which will be constitutionally consolidated, and not as now a ban on ideology, "thanks" EBN. The main support of the ideology, the new Russian, will be based on common sense and justice. All this, God forbid, we will see. Amen.

Why are people honest in production and thieves in offices?

Because if the machine is not lubricated, it will not work.
But if a worker is heated for a salary, then he can swallow it.

But such a director will destroy the production all the same.

          Therefore, we get a paradox.

Anyone who knows how to manage production does not want to take control. Because he knows that responsibility.

And the one who does not know, he rushes to the director, because his motivation is theft. While there is something to rob. While there are developments of the previous director. This is liberal thinking. Life at the expense of others.

Therefore, Stalin introduced this phrase about folk servants. The director should work for the collective benefit. Serve the people.

      Correctly. Capitalism is to blame.

But how did capitalism defeat socialism?

      Changed moral values.

You can say that I am. :)
Values are where they are! ? And they are stealing now.

Answer. Who are the judges? They execute the courts on distorted morality.

Capitalism did not win in two years. This took 70 years from the death of Stalin.

Why so long? Changed morality. Changed how? Where did the KGB look?

Changed through people of creative work. From liberal egoistic morality. Any artist or writer hits himself in the chest and shouts, "I am the best!"

Remember the Soviet? Be more modest, do not stand out. This is a collective moral.

I am the best! This is a moral moral.

Remember Stalin, after which there remained an overcoat and a pair of worn boots? But that Stalin left behind the most powerful balanced country in the world.

Do you understand? The principle of replacement of values?

Therefore, the GDP is pushing the economy through "manual control". Everybody heard the saying? Is the meaning clear?

Yes, we are to blame. I personally once participated in the elections. In the commission, not what you thought wink . And once was enough to understand: if you want nothing to depend on you, don’t vote. Everything unaccounted for votes go to the account of who pays money or who has power at the moment. The only way to influence the elections is to vote yourself. Then those who "steer" have very little maneuver. And with the unanimity of citizens, there is no maneuver at all. You undertake to talk about the problems of Russia while sitting in Voronezh and seeing from Voronezh. Those. like a local look. "He is a barbarian, and he thinks that the essence of the laws of his tribe is the essence of the laws of nature" (c) It seems that Shakespeare said so, and in this case the old man was right.
From your entire article there are only two correct guides: these are power and Western values in the brain.
Everything else - from (I wanted to write from the evil one, but changed my mind) those who are in power. And the issue is not about the elections, after all, the elections are a hoax. At any level. Well, maybe even in kindergarten and school, when the boys choose the captain of the football team of the class - there is also some kind of honesty, but everything else is a farce.
This is not the problem of Russia. The problem of Russia is that we have a system error in personalities. Those. no generational change has occurred either in production, or in science, or in power. There is no that notorious social elevator. It turned out that the mayors appointed to senior positions and above do not understand that to manage something, one needs to understand this. That’s the trouble. There are no personnel, but nepotism. And this is a system error and the main problem of Russia.

"Who is to blame for the Russian problems ?! ...

The question asked is very voluminous and complicated ... So you just can’t answer ...
    1. The power. Unhappy with the authorities ... And where, in which country are unhappy with the authorities ??? The main negative is the lack of a mechanism to make the boyar deputies work, as well as allowing them to be recalled due to helplessness and unwillingness to work for voters, and, most importantly, to imprison them for using their boyar opportunities for personal purposes ...

And as for purchases by the boyars of the votes - it’s not the boyars who are buying, it’s us (some of us voters) who are for sale ...

    2. Roads ... According to Russian law, they are (except federal) in the introduction of local authorities ... Let local authorities steal less from the already not huge local budgets ...
Here we have put one governor for embezzlement (given 9,5 years), another came, and the roads have changed for the better. True, our new governor is the richest of all governors, but he will not take money from his own pocket on the road ???

    3. Pensioners ... A difficult question ... The pensioner himself ... And I never get tired of marveling at how different we all are ... Someone has a pension of 7500-8000 and does not ache, and has no debts for the housing and communal services .. Someone is between 18 and 24000, and aching and aching ... Putin is bad, there is not enough pension ... There is not enough grandson for a car, or granddaughter-granddaughter (granddaughter with a belly passed final exams for high school, gave birth through month and a half) for the maintenance of the child ... well, or something else like that ...

So, - if we want changes in our lives to take place in accordance with our expectations and wishes, we will have to change the usual way of doing things and, most importantly, the way of thinking ...

I never seemed to miss an election, put ballots in the ballot box, but only since 1991 the situation in the country has not improved for some reason. And it seems that this is not about the voters, but about those specific owners of the once public property. Why is GDP good? By making "our" oligarchs "unfasten" money for state needs. But in order to throw the bridle of a progressive tax on these scoundrels, for some reason it weakened sharply. Financial assets from the Russian Federation flow to foreign banks, incl. and in "bins" USA, so-called. Fed to return to us with the same short-term loans. Who will feed the Russian industry with cheap loans? In the West, there are no idioms, for some reason, they do not want to raise a competitor. And why did you get into the WTO? Is Russia still a global industrial and agricultural giant? The author of the article is right about the desirability of using our remaining energy to solve specific domestic political problems, butWhen the country lacks a nationwide development idea, our Brownian motion is not able to move the country from the "fifth" point... For those who did not understand my extreme thought, I will cite as an example the character "Ariel" from the book of science fiction writer A.R. Or maybe the system of government is not that?
If people are not happy, maybe you need to listen to people?
Recall that we are not only and not so much the electorate and voters, but above all PEOPLE, residents of our country?

I will explain as an official. Slightly .. to understand our population. Any of us, having got to a warmer place (we will not focus specifically on government officials), to any place (directors / department heads / kiosk managers / public toilet cleaner / salesman, etc.) - WILL ALWAYS DROP EVERYTHING BADLY LIES ! THE STATE-YES! I HAVE IN THE STORE - YES! I HAVE IN THE TOILET (oh! Free toilet paper !!!) - YES! And how we love tyrit pens \ paper for a fax (it is not clear why, but suddenly it will come in handy) \ ALL THAT CAN BE ERASED-WE ARE EXTINGUISHED! DEPENDING ON THE POSITION! And when the position makes it possible not only to get a good salary, but also to steal (what if?!) Something! And I know from my own experience - they were offered not once or twice - on the type of "barter" (remember, in the 80s it was like that). So who taught the authorities to take bribes? Did you not try to offer? It's sad, of course, but 90% of percent of US ALL - go to more or less warm work and you will see how a person will change and what values will become the most important for him! And the remaining 10% (like me) will stupidly work for the good of the Motherland, wondering how you can get something from it, except for a legal salary!
SO DON'T JUDGE ON FUCKING PEOPLE WHO DIGGER ALREADY VERY EXPRESSLY! Judge for yourself! NOT ALL OFFICIALS ARE SAME ... HOW THESE.
P.S. I once participated in the election of a deputy, I realized one guys! and we are so easy to get presents! on bags from deputies! Already disgusting! Older people (I respect, no doubt, BUT) - this is who has the money (for the majority) but they wait all the time when they will bring everything for free, pour it and feed it! Because they are pensioners!
I saw pensioners who buy (!!!) gold! grandfather bought grandmother every week! And in appearance like two homeless people! And as I got a pack of dibs, I got crazy! Other shoes with clothes are being bought up!
Yes, and God would be with them, only now they are being carried on by deputy "handouts"! And then they go to vote for them! They are the main electorate (the rest are too lazy and have no time!) And then, those who could buy them, and those who knew how to talk correctly and on the topic remain in power!
After all, take any of us, well, who will monitor their porch or yard so that everything is done !? And nobody! What should they do? Here! They (pensioners) from us choose local power! Draw conclusions gentlemen! Do not judge by any freaks, but first learn how to participate in the life of the population!

How to live there ??? They want to raise their retirement age, but where will these people who are already over 60 work? Now after 45 years they’re not taking anywhere! No words only emotions!!! am

I will explain it on my fingers, if you have not read and thought. If you do not vote, the winner is 100% who is in power or who pays money. If you vote for those who are better (who is stopping you from getting acquainted with the biography of the nominated candidates, the election platform, choosing the best of them, analyzing, spending an hour or two of your precious time on it?) - the chances of the "steering" will be assessed depending on the situation : from 0 to 100%. The percentage will depend from U.S. And then the one whom the population has chosen will come to power (maybe not immediately). Ie there is a chance, but with the previous position there are no options.

    1 Power.
Yes, a long time ago I did not go to the polls, well, put me in a corner. You read the bulletins and wonder how they are, and what have you done, even if not for the country, but at least for your entrance, at home? Who to vote for?
Here is my comrade (a former officer, then he wandered around the secret police, there is a honey business, it’s bad so far afloat) he’s been trying to get there for a year, he wants to change something for the better. So far, thank God, he remains a normal man, but he says bluntly - if you are not United Russia, the road there is blocked by minefields or is closed at all. Apparently therefore, while floundering somewhere below.
    2 Privatization, money, personal success.
Of course, many have profiled, there is no arguing. Achievements are personal ..., I bought a house in the village, I'm trying to raise it, I almost got rid of loans, we slowly get out of the shit. And youth .., there were opportunities, but there were no brains, they didn’t say anything ...
    3 Roads.
There are none, even where they were. On our coast of Msta there are 18 settlements that can only be reached by boat. In the period of formation-breaking of ice, crossing is not possible. But the road was! Of the answer came to me of the answer - not on the balance of the district. And who removed it from this balance is interesting? Why now even a fire and an ambulance loaf cannot get to people? So I’ve been chopping over an already broken year. And I’m breaking the law - cutting down is forbidden and nobody cares that I’ll gat the box again, I slap the road to my house instead of the district. Somehow not giving in particular details.
    4 Senior Citizens.
The archive burned down at one time on Dickson and here is my father, one of the best meteorological engineers of the former USSR, a person about whom magazines and newspapers wrote, whose work his comrade Chilingarov defended his thesis could not prove despite all the certificates from the Central Internal Affairs Directorate, the Amderma Administration that he really froze snot for more than 20 years for the good of the Motherland and as a result gets 4800 a month ... But mother was lucky. I was lucky with the girl who designed it, with the girl who was able to somehow get around this bad system and assign her the pension that she deserved over the years of work on the Poles. What can we say about the benefits, sections of which have not been waited for and so on ... Something like this ...

Power unhappy. Our power leaves much to be desired. Wrong people are appointed and not to those posts. But who provided this power and relative impunity and corruption? We, the voters. The experience of participating in 12 election campaigns allows me to make this conclusion.

If we think logically, then in Russia since 1917, power, as they like to say now, is illegitimate, since it was seized through a coup. Therefore, they are dissatisfied with the authorities. Therefore, our government leaves much to be desired. Therefore, the wrong people are appointed to the wrong positions. Etc.

A huge disadvantage to the article! Just empty balabolism with the release of steam!
The main problem of today is the complete irresponsibility of the authorities and the bureaucracy in the results of their labor (theft). The authorities and bureaucrats live in a parallel world and do not depend in any way on the position of the people and the state of the state. They “happened to be on our territory” here.
Their money is abroad, their families are abroad, their houses, yachts, cars, fortunes are all abroad. They are a temporary management company here with the goal of stealing and taking away as much material assets as possible.
The treatment method is as simple as 5 kopecks. We need good feedback between the person in power and society.
The bureaucrat must work for little money, but HIM (and not the people) should have benefits - for paying taxes, for insurance, for healthcare, for buying apartments on credit, and so on. And the report here should be complete about the entire family of the bureaucrat or deputy.
However, God forbid he should be guilty somewhere and do something wrong! Not only should he be fired from the service and never return there, but all benefits should automatically disappear. Well, no one has canceled the courts and confiscations.
Everyone should have the same pension! And there is no need to worry about the Pension Fund. Eliminate him to hell. If you worked for 10 years or more, you get 1000 ruble equivalent. I worked another year - plus 1000 rubles. Everyone from the prezik and the deputy to the cleaning lady. All benefits and allowances will be cancelled.
The president should not have such a hold over the country!
    IMHO!

Whenever possible, I always read Roman’s notes. He writes quite well. And suddenly. Once again you are convinced that it is not so easy to penetrate into the inner world of a person until he is carried away. Roman got carried away. An open assault on ordinary people just because they are unable to defend themselves. And pensioners, in his opinion, are generally bastards. How come they can’t live on as much as 3000 rubles a month. They don’t allow him to shop quietly at discounts in stores. He seems to be a literate person, but he gives damning examples. If someone buys a lot, it means everyone has plenty of money. In his opinion, if the streets are filled with cool cars, it means everyone has them. It is not entirely clear why he wrote all this at all. And even counted ordinary people among the fans of the liberals? Maybe the stigma itself is in the cannon.
I understand that everything will be cleaned up. They don’t rent out their own, but it’s a painfully indecent article. It smells like shit.

The main problem of today is the inertia of the population and the pro-Western “Give it to me, and I will consume.”
Are the people always right? but - inactive...
    Here's an example:
    - truckers' actions regarding "Plato"!
Who destroys roads more - me, driving a Grant, or a 40-ton long-range car? Of course, the transport tax (tax on the maintenance of roads, that is) varies from us, but I not only wear out the roads less, but also less often “long-range”!...Well, you can also find arguments - “we have them”...
And in general - road transport a).roads! b).ecologically - oh-oh-oh...c). criminal due to the difficulty of tracking cargo flows...What scope for this gypsy-bandit tribe of “truck drivers”! and - bypassing customs... and smuggling... and - what’s worse than “rogue cell phones and iPhones”, burnt vodka and fake cigarettes - drugs, weapons, explosives... Railway transport and water transport in this regard - where how preferable and profitable in all respects!
...But - however, we so unanimously “sympathize” with the unfortunate offended ones”...Plato!
(not all, of course, “long-range drivers” are like that... but - I hung around among them, drove trucks, and - I don’t sympathize with the “fighters against Plato!)

You won’t believe it, I personally tried it, and then my family and I suffered because of my love of truth! A lesson learned for the rest of my life! I am ready to fight against them, but only with weapons in my hands! Almost like Sashko Bely!!!

It is clear that all this is mainly written by office plankton who have time for this.

If that were the case, it would be all right, but in reality there is a brainwashing propaganda industry at work. Everything is being done to ensure that the people’s opinion remains unheard.

Confiscation of property for corruption crimes (including those rewritten to relatives) worldwide practice. Equate to serious crimes with no possibility of employment in administrative positions.

Yes, yes and yes again. Gentlemen relaxed, they forgot what the KGB and OBKhSS were.

The author is absolutely convinced that the people’s troubles are because of themselves, which, of course, is a clear exaggeration - a kind of song in unison with the government. He gives an example of a pensioner who has a three-room apartment, and her son lives in the North. Why should a woman who has earned a labor pension, by selling her property, solve the problem for the state by determining her meager pension amount? So, it is not the people who are to blame, but those on whom their well-being depends. Cut the salaries of officials and Duma parasites - not only pensions will rise, but also salaries of public sector employees. Yes, the embezzlers of public funds are not under house arrest - but in general cells for trial, serving sentences for insignificant crimes. In short, laws are needed, and the main thing is to comply with them, regardless of who you are: a pensioner, or a functionary, a businessman or a member of the government. And then no one will think of looking for the culprit among the ordinary electorate.
