In the US National Military Strategy (NAF), where the installations are laid for which the US military will fight, it all comes down to the implementation of a program to build an international order. But the American leadership, which promotes these plans, is not free, but only fulfills the will of those who pay. Given the subordination of the leadership of the United States to globokratyam, the goal laid down in the NAF is in fact pursuing the establishment of a new world order through a planetary war.
Giving an assessment of the political situation in the United States, former President Jimmy Carter, in an interview with OWN (The Oprah Winfrey Network), broadcast at the end of September 2015, said: “America has become an oligarchy instead of democracy. Now no one can be nominated as an election candidate from both Democrats and Republicans if he is unable to collect 200 – 300 million dollars or more. The current presidential campaign has become unprecedented in the amounts poured into candidates. Money comes from the richest donors. This is roughly 400 families. The personal investment of some of them reaches 10 million dollars and more. ”
The New-York Times at the end of August led a list of donors who made millions of investments in the presidential race.
Brave New World
The well-known American journalist R. Perry, the author of the trilogy about the Bush family, writes about neocons (neocons): “American neocons, who have enormous power within the US government and the media, are threatening the planet. Their strategies of regime change in the target countries begin with“ soft forces ”- from propaganda against the government to the financing of internal opposition groups. This is followed by economic sanctions and political destabilization campaigns. And then there is a transition to open military intervention using the full power of the American armed forces. Obama staffed his administration with people desired for neocons, such as R. Gates in the Department of Defense and General D. Petraeus as commander on the battlefield. Interventionist strategies have allowed groups associated with the US government to extract profits from chaos and put together huge fortunes. ”
The program of the new order is subject to four projects, which are expressed in the NAF in the appropriate formulations.
First of all, this is a political plan for building a global empire, where all peoples, through the use of military force, must submit to a single center. In NAF, this is called forming an all-inclusive network of allies and partners who protect and share the interests of the United States. In essence, in the depths of the United States, the core of the universal dictatorship already exists. This is recognized by many American experts and publicists. Someone calls this formation a deep state, someone - a secret, for which the US serves for the time being as a cover, a shell. At a certain point, when it is necessary to come to the surface, the outer shell will be dropped, like reptile skin, and destroyed along with American statehood. And the US Army will do it, national in its name and global in essence. This universal orientation of the US Armed Forces is enshrined in the NAF.
Other components of building a new world order are the program of forming an appropriate economic foundation and a religious project. The latter is intended to translate all humanity with the help of military violence into the universal religion of worship of a single ruler. All this is being done under the cover of the military-strategic task of promoting universal values through abandoning traditional values and the faith that forms them.Of course, the plans provided for the use of military force. The NAF says that the US military should be applied inclusively and be able to conduct large-scale integrated operations, relying on a widespread stabilizing presence. Thus, the military project and the formation of a comprehensive army are the fourth component of the program.
Since Russia in this war is the main target for extermination, it is necessary to report that according to the American strategic guidelines, political, religious, economic aggression is being carried out against our country, involving the use of armed forces.
What can we oppose to this multidimensional strategy to repel an attack in all directions of impact?
We are still a monarchy
The defense strategy is doomed to become as multidimensional. A global empire has risen against our country, the core of which already exists as a network of various entities and structures of total governance. One power must confront another, comparable to it. By the way, in the West everywhere they write and say that the threat is not the Russian Federation, but Russia. We now have these two concepts are synonymous. But Russia is a historically completely different entity, which is associated with a powerful state, victorious in almost all wars in the past.
If the notion “Russian Empire” is included in the picture of modern war and strategy, then everything that is written in the American NAF is built into the system of reverse symmetry and opposition to what was in our country.
They say that the empire does not die, but only passes the baton. Incredibly, but nevertheless Russia is alive, moreover - it exists legally. And this is not idle speculation, but clear legal grounds that are in full compliance with international norms. Crimean Prosecutor Natalya Poklonskaya at the opening in Livadia of the monument to Nicholas II said: "That paper, a copy of the paper, which in textbooks stories presented as alleged renunciation of power, it has no legal meaning. This is a copy of a piece of paper, signed with a pencil, without complying with all the legal and procedural procedures and forms, so this paper does not carry any legal force. ”“Russian legislation did not provide for the emperor’s abdication of power,” writes Alexander Bokhanov, a doctor of historical sciences, “so from a legal point of view, from the standpoint of the basic laws of the Russian empire, this abdication was illegal ... There is a certain text signed by the Sovereign and it says:“ Chief of Staff ... "The word" manifesto "does not exist there, since in order for the manifesto to appear, this document must be cashed by the senate. And legally, the monarchy in Russia has not been canceled, because there was no national forum of some kind that, so to speak, had the right to make a decision on behalf of the country. Hope was on the Constituent Assembly, but he was dispersed by the Bolsheviks. And therefore, the issue from a formal point of view is solved simply - Russia de jure remains a monarchy, which to this day has not been abolished by legal means. ”
The Russian state can be considered legally abolished only in the case of succession and succession on the part of the new government. But that did not happen. Neither the RSFSR nor the USSR did not recognize such a succession. The preambles of the Soviet constitutions relied on the rule that Soviet statehood began in the 1917 year since the October Revolution.
International law does not recognize automatic succession. De jure, we remain the Russian Empire.
Succession is associated with the problem of citizenship. “Citizenship does not condition the succession,” says law expert Alexander Lyubich. - The logic is only the opposite: succession determines citizenship. It is impossible to draw a conclusion on the succession of the latter with respect to the first, on the basis of the citizens obtaining the liquidated state of the citizenship of the state that started governing the country.
But the new states did not have not only succession, but also legal continuation. In 1917 – 1918, this transition did not occur.
And the empire is alive
Even after 1918, our country was ruled by different regimes with no continuation between them. Hence, from the legal point of view, in the absence of succession and legal continuation, the Russian Empire remains subject to international law. In favor of this is another circumstance. It concerns the question of the legal capacity of the state. According to international law there is a presumption of eternal state legal capacity. This means that the loss of the ability to exercise control over the territory means the loss by the state of only capacity, but does not entail loss of legal capacity.
An analysis of international law leads to the following legal conclusion: The Russian Empire remains a state that has lost its legal capacity. However, its legal capacity was not terminated by the succession to another state, since the RSFSR, referred to as 1991, the Russian Federation, did not assign it.
We emphasize: succession determines citizenship. But if there is no succession, then our people, in accordance with legal canons, objectively continue to be citizens of the Russian Empire, acting as carriers, successors and defenders of its historical program.
If we look at the history of Russia, then our tradition, that is, the spiritual canons transmitted from generation to generation, the political canon, the political and economic forms, corresponds to the historical program, which also includes four projects: political, religious, economic and military.
Third Rome, New Jerusalem
The political project “Russia - the Third Rome” is aimed at building an Orthodox monarchic statehood, continuing the traditions of the Byzantine Empire (Rome the Second) and accepting the baton from it.
Saint Seraphim of Sarov prophesied about the rebirth of the all-powerful All-Slavic kingdom. As it follows from this prophecy, the borders of the revived Russia will be determined by the spiritual community and the voluntariness of the peoples included in it.
The political program "Russia - Third Rome" is inseparable from the religious - "Russia - New Jerusalem". The country is regarded as the keeper of universal Orthodoxy. But at the same time, she respects traditional Islam and, in cooperation with it, contributes to the unity and construction of the state.
Historian Peter Multatuli cites a number of facts confirming this: “The most bloody and long-lasting clash of Russians with Muslims in the Caucasian War was caused not by Russia's aggressive aspirations, but by the intervention of the enemies of Russia — Britain and Turkey. As a result, many leaders of the Caucasians, including Imam Shamil, understood this. Accepted and cared for by Alexander II, Shamil wrote to the sovereign: “My sacred duty is to convince the children of their duties to Russia and its legitimate kings. I will them to be loyal subjects of the Tsar of Russia, to faithfully serve the new Fatherland. ”
General Peter Krasnov, in his book devoted to the feat of the Russian soldier, noted: “Emperor Wilhelm gathered all the Muslim prisoners in a separate camp and, flirting with them, built them a beautiful stone mosque. I do not remember exactly who was invited to this camp, who wanted to demonstrate the dislike of Muslims to the Russian "yoke" and their contentment in German captivity, but the matter ended badly for the Germans. At the end of the inspection of an exemplary camp and a mosque, several thousand Russian Muslim soldiers were gathered on the parade ground. “And now you sing your prayer to us,” said the inspecting person. The mullahs stepped forward. Whispering with the soldiers. Soldiers' masses started up, leveled, and the thousand-voiced choir under the German sky, together with the walls of the newly built mosque, struck together: "God Save the Tsar!"
In the 1916 year, when the liberal opposition press intensified attacks on the government, Mufti Muhammat-Safa Bayazitov wrote in a telegram to Chairman of the Council of Ministers Boris Stürmer: “The faithful sons of the Emperor, the Russian people, steadfastly endure the test of God sent to our Homeland and we are confident that the time will come when our enemies will be smashed against the steel army of the Russian army and the glory and greatness of our dear Motherland - Russia will shine to the joy of our Great Sovereign and his multibreeding nations, He also includes Russian Muslims, who were and will be the devoted sons of their Fatherland and the stronghold of the Russian Throne. ”
The famous monk foreteller Abel (1757 – 1841) prophesied about the implementation of the religious project “Russia - New Jerusalem”: “Great then Russia will be, throwing off the yoke of the godless, will return to the origins of its ancient life, by the times Equal to the Apostles, it will learn the mind-mind in bloody conversation. The smoke of incense and prayers will fill and flourish like Aki kreen of heaven. Great fate destined to her. This is why she will suffer, in order to be purified and to kindle the light in the revelation of tongues. ”
Power, complexity, wealth, happiness
The economic project (another component of the historical program of our people, correlated with the Russian Empire) focused on the public interest and the development of the national economy under a controlled banking system. The well-known economist Edmond Trey emphasized: “If the big European nations are going to have events between 1912 and 1950 for years the same way they developed between 1900 and 1912, by the middle of this century Russia will be above all in Europe both in terms of politics and in the field of financial and economic. "
Back in 1815, at the congress in Vienna, Natan Rothschild suggested to Alexander I to create a central bank (similar to the United States Federal Reserve System), but the king rejected this proposal. The State Bank of Russia was fully subordinate to the state and served as an instrument of government policy. He provided industry and trade in loans with very low interest rates. Gold reserves remained the largest in the world.
In 1914, more than 80 percent of arable land in European Russia was in the hands of the peasants. By 1913, the country has become the largest agricultural producer.
In terms of industrial production growth, our country has overtaken the UK and the USA. Russian industry satisfied 80 percent of the country's domestic needs, that is, it had almost complete economic independence. The state bank gave loans at almost zero interest. It is not surprising that for a long time in the country remained the lowest taxes in the world, almost no inflation was observed.
Labor legislation was so advanced and so humane that US President William Taft said: "The Emperor of Russia adopted such legislation for workers that is closer to perfection than the laws of any democratic country."
Being in the 1919 revolution of Odessa, seized by fire, Ivan Bunin writes: “Our children, grandchildren will not be able to imagine the Russia in which we once (that is, yesterday) lived, which we did not appreciate, did not understand, this power, complexity, wealth, happiness. "
The threat in the modern militaristic context of the United States is understood as the Russian state that currently exists in the depths of our present statehood, which is an example of an independent, prosperous and just power system. It provides a sovereign, self-contained existence, not built into an all-encompassing order, and provides an example to other nations.
In this sacred sense of our statehood lies the main threat to the enemy. And without knowing it, we legally remain citizens of this empire, carriers and continuers of the work of our ancestors, who for centuries have implemented their historical power program.
Where to get the king?
To counter the onslaught of the global democracy, we urgently need a military project. Two world cores, between which a compromise is impossible, enter into a decisive clash.
And if we do not turn to our historical program, we will be doomed to slavishly implement the aggressor’s suicidal plans for us. But how to restore power and where to get the king in our time? Recall why the Russian Empire fell. There were both external and internal causes. The main of them was spiritual. The people fell away from faith. St. John of Kronstadt addressed the people: "You have forgotten God and left Him, and He left you with His fatherly providence and put you in the hands of unbridled, wild arbitrariness." If the power fell through falling away from faith, it means that it will be restored through the coming of the people to faith. Then God will send the king.
Intermediate stage is possible. He was necessary and Ivan Ilyin wrote about this in 1950: “Or inside Russia there will arise a Russian national dictatorship that will take the reins of government into its strong hands ... and lead Russia to unity, preventing all and all separatist movements in the country; or such a dictatorship will not work out, and unimaginable chaos will begin in the country ... Then Russia will be gripped by anarchy and will present itself as the head of its national, military, political and religious enemies ... It goes without saying that all our “good neighbors” will want to take advantage of this state of anarchy; All sorts of military interventions will begin under the pretext of “self-defense”, “reconciliation”, “establishment of order”, etc. And then “good neighbors” will again use all types of intervention. ”
Ivan Bunin writes about what the country is waiting for: “Republic, monarchy? Most likely, at first there will be some kind of military dictatorship - the day and time of which, of course, cannot be guessed, then something like “council of ten” (from iron dealers, former “specialists”) ... Subsequently, the monarchy is not excluded ... . Saying that there is no return to the past, only people who are either cunning, or stupid, or not knowing the history of Russia can.
Entering the Russian empire does not mean returning to the former borders. This is a return to another, traditional device for us, which will allow us to break out of bondage and control from the global democracy.
As I.Ilyin wrote: “The world behind the scenes buries a united national Russia. It is stupid. Short sighted. Hastily in hatred and hopelessly for ages. Russia is not human dust and not chaos. She is first and foremost a great nation, not wasted its forces and not desperate in his vocation. These people are starving for a free order, for peaceful labor, for property and for national culture. Do not bury him prematurely! The historic hour will come, it will rise from an imaginary coffin and demand its rights back! ”
