Russian special forces - aviation unit: history and modernity.

Few people assume that the main role in protecting the country and the fight against world terrorism plays aviation Russian special forces, about which there is very little information, even today. This unit, which relates specifically to the Russian special forces, was created at the beginning of the XNUMXth century and for a long time it has been performing highly professional operations to neutralize the enemies of the Russian Federation and the people.

History the creation and development of special aviation

In fact, the history of this unit began even more 80 years ago, in the distant 1923 year, when the order was issued on August 14 "On the formation of aviation links for the GPU troops." According to this order, several dozens of aircraft were sent to assist the state security special forces units that were located in Central Asia. And some time before that, for the training of personnel, in one of the border schools, forty military recruits were selected. This moment was the birth of a new round of aviation of the USSR Special Forces.

Soon the special aviation joined the support of the ground forces, providing them with various weapons and food during special operations. In addition, at first, the Soviet Special Forces aviation also flew in areas with unsafe meteorological conditions of stay, providing transportation and communication of ground weapons of the Red Army.

By the way, one of the most significant moments in the first years of its existence was the operation to eliminate Ibrahim-bek operating in the territory located not far from Tajikistan. The gangster gathered almost 30-thousand army, whose soldiers regularly attacked the Russian border garrisons, destroying military and civilian facilities. A well-known fact was that in 1931, Ibrahim-bek, along with his militia, invaded the territory of Tajikistan, where the Russian border troops first hit the terrorists, and the local people, carefully observing the conspiracy, helped the Red Army, passing information on the movement of the gangster group .

It was with the help of this that the exact location of the gang leader was tracked down and it was only thanks to the strike that the aviation managed to stop a new, nascent group threatening the security of the Soviet people.

In 1932, it was decided to create a new composition of special-purpose aviation forces, which would also operate under the leadership of border services. Everywhere in the territory of the Union began to form aviation squads. It was during the Second World War that the special forces carried out various sabotage operations, which contributed to the violation of many German plans. The history of 26 people, who for their service received the title of Heroes of the Soviet Union, also speaks about this.

And after 1945, the special forces with the help of aviation participated in many serious and complex foreign special operations to combat terrorists.

Modern Russian special aviation

The collapse of the Soviet Union led to the disbandment of the army as a whole, which led to the fact that the former aviation detachments belonging to the KGB now lost their autonomy and already in the new, created state worked under the control of the Federal Border Service. This mistake was only corrected after a decade.

It was in the FSB that a special group of experts was created to create a new special squad of aviation, which would now again operate under the leadership of the FSB. The commission was headed by Vladimir Kozlov, a former employee of special forces such as Alpha and Vympel. And six months later, all legal issues were settled, the necessary documents were assembled, and now the special forces have found their aircraft, which are subordinate to the solution of their issues. And now at any moment, without bureaucratic red tape, he could make combat missions.

Also, during the creation of aviation for special forces, it was Alpha and Vympel that developed the main goals and directions for its further work, which now consisted in the delivery of valuable cargo and soldiers to the places of military operations. And precisely because the Russian aviation was now armed with special forces, the hostages were rescued in Lazarevskoye and Mineralnye Vody, a unique operation was carried out by them during the seizure of the TU-154 and the flight of the plane freed from terrorists in Baku.

A year later, in March, 2003, Vladimir Putin issued a decree according to which Russian special aviation completely passed under the leadership of the FSB to perform any, even border-guard operations.

By the way, today it plays a huge role in the fight against terrorism and the protection of the borders of the country. In the ranks of the military, serving in aviation, a lot of Heroes of the Russian Federation. Such high professionalism was made possible thanks to high-class training. However, the majority of all special operations carried out are still classified as “secret”. According to the reports received, the structure of Russian special-purpose aviation includes more than three hundred aircraft, most of which are dispersed at the borders of Russia for protection.

Until now, special aviation is a great help to the special forces in the fight against world terrorism, it ensures their mobility and quick response, and also deals with the delivery of valuable cargo to the hot spots where operations are carried out. By the way, in appearance, helicopters and airplanes that are part of special purpose aircraft look quite ordinary, attract little attention, except for the internal "composition" of the aircraft, which consists of high-tech and modern equipment.

Aviation also includes various other aircraft - from airships to drones.

They worked, so that he doubted ..... Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya .... so much work .....
Only our pilots, likewise touching the 1 with the wheel of the earth, delivered ammunition and took the wounded.
Only preparing a black hawk helicopter for flight takes about 40 hours. Preparing the MINNUMX for about 8 hours, or rather the pilots say that you just need to put the battery and that's it. The American military in Serbia was very calm when the MI1,5 circled over them in the sky, a very reliable car ..

In mountainous areas, and in places where there isn’t, a platform to land a helicopter, the ability to land like this, plays a huge role. So I would not say that this is a game for the public!

Guys! How many I flew into eights and deuces you never dreamed of and leave these pendosovskie pictures to children. All the photos are clean areas, but let them try in the gorges, over the mountain rivers with load, but at speed. Or in winter in a snowstorm, at 45 % degree frost at night, when there are no landmarks over the endless Krasnoyarsk or Yakut taiga, go exactly to the intended square, and sit without a prepared platform on the profile between the trees. They have good screws, and we have gearboxes, if only we could unite them! it turned out!

So it’s necessary to teach pilots, you need a flight time. A military pilot can be seen in his handwriting, even as he takes off. And there are less and less of them every year. I don’t know when to get back to the Union’s achievements.
