Hungary has closed for a month a checkpoint on the border with Serbia in the settlement of Reske, reports Look with reference to the press service of the Serbian Foreign Ministry.

“Considering the situation at the border crossing and the road crossing between Khorgos (Serbia) and Reska (Hungary), which threatens public safety in Hungary, its movement is temporarily suspended for 30 days,” the release said.

Air traffic between the countries is also closed and the Khorgosh - Reske highway is closed.

Earlier it was reported about the riots on the Serbian-Hungarian border. The police used water cannons for the refugees, and they threw stones and sticks to the guards. Not without injuries - 20 policemen were injured.

Hungary bolsters additional forces. According to media reports, “Hungarian military jeeps, equipped with machine guns, are approaching the border with Serbia.” The Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs also reported sending additional police units to the border.

“These are not migrants, they are not just peaceful people who just want to move the country. They behave aggressively, and not only here. These are the aggressors who stop trains, not only in Hungary, but throughout Europe, ”said the representative of the Hungarian government, Kovacs.

On the question of whether it is possible to expect at least partial indulgences in the migration policy, Kovacs answered: “There will be no indulgences”
