The organization, which calls itself the “Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea,” opened a criminal case against the general director of the Massandra winery, Yanina Pavlenko. The portal tells about the reasons for starting a case "Center for Investigative Journalism" with reference to the “First Deputy Prosecutor of the ARC Nazar Kholodnitsky”. A criminal case was initiated under ch.5 Art. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - “Assignment, embezzlement of property or taking possession of it by means of abuse of official position, (...) committed on a large scale or by an organized group.”
It turns out that by “waste of property” Mr. Kholodnitsky understands that the general director of the Massandra plant allegedly uncorked a bottle of collection wine - 240-year-old Jerez de la Frontera for Russian President Vladimir Putin and ex-Italian prime minister ( crop 1775 of the year). The cost of a bottle of wine "prosecutor" estimated more than 2 million hryvnia.
According to part 5, Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, Yanina Pavlenko “faces” from 7 to 12 years of imprisonment with a ban on the right to engage in “certain activities” for up to 3 years.
He didn’t explain about where Mr. Kholodnitsky’s information came from that it was Vladimir Putin and Silvio Berlusconi who used in the Crimea. Does Kholodnitsky's statement about the initiation of a criminal case against the general director of Massandra mean that he (Kholodnitsky) is personally deeply offended by the fact that Yanina Pavlenko did not leave anything for him or Petro Poroshenko ...
