Media: "The ARC prosecutor's office" opened a criminal case for allegedly treating Putin and Berlusconi with collection wine at the Massandra factory

74
The organization, which calls itself the “Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea,” opened a criminal case against the general director of the Massandra winery, Yanina Pavlenko. The portal tells about the reasons for starting a case "Center for Investigative Journalism" with reference to the “First Deputy Prosecutor of the ARC Nazar Kholodnitsky”. A criminal case was initiated under ch.5 Art. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - “Assignment, embezzlement of property or taking possession of it by means of abuse of official position, (...) committed on a large scale or by an organized group.”

It turns out that by “waste of property” Mr. Kholodnitsky understands that the general director of the Massandra plant allegedly uncorked a bottle of collection wine - 240-year-old Jerez de la Frontera for Russian President Vladimir Putin and ex-Italian prime minister ( crop 1775 of the year). The cost of a bottle of wine "prosecutor" estimated more than 2 million hryvnia.

Media: "The ARC prosecutor's office" opened a criminal case for allegedly treating Putin and Berlusconi with collection wine at the Massandra factory

According to part 5, Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, Yanina Pavlenko “faces” from 7 to 12 years of imprisonment with a ban on the right to engage in “certain activities” for up to 3 years.

He didn’t explain about where Mr. Kholodnitsky’s information came from that it was Vladimir Putin and Silvio Berlusconi who used in the Crimea. Does Kholodnitsky's statement about the initiation of a criminal case against the general director of Massandra mean that he (Kholodnitsky) is personally deeply offended by the fact that Yanina Pavlenko did not leave anything for him or Petro Poroshenko ...

The authorities of the Kherson region are preparing for an action on the "food blockade" of the Crimea. As the head of the Genichesky District State Administration, Alexander Vorobyev, said, activists will be given a special territory, where they will place tents and a stage for artists.

“The territory for the participants of the action will be determined, the stage will be established, artists will be brought. It will be in an environment that will not bring sadness to the Ukrainians ", - declared Vorobev.

According to him, The promotion will last one month. “We will see how far the road to Ukraine is in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea,” he said.

How, how, how. They drink collection wine there, but they do not pour it, I would be offended in the place of this so-called "prosecutor's office". Well, and another reason for PR, because the prospects for these cases are 0 - whole, 0 - tenths. So Vlad will forget about them and stop paying money.

He didn’t have to pour collection wine, but a stack of a solution of potassium cyanide, along with the entire leadership of Ukrostan, would be just right, otherwise they would take the habit of initiating proceedings against citizens of another state.

In general, it’s interesting that after going through so many events over two centuries (war, revolution), cellars, and winemakers of course, preserved these old wines.

        You ask the question incorrectly:
Jerez de la Frontera can be harvested in 1775 for Jerez is in Spain.
Only with what joy would a producer of elite wines keep competitors' products in their cellars?

And one more detail: contrary to myths about 300-year-old wines, realistically, wine with aging to 20-40 years improves - and then vice versa; sherry very resistant to aging, but even it "does not live" longer than 100 years. Some oligarch can foolishly buy wine of the 1775 harvest and treat them to guests - but a professional winemaker cannot make such a mistake!

The unique collection wine of Jerez de la Frontera, harvested in 1775, was brought to Crimea from Spain by the founder of Massandra, Count Mikhail Vorontsov. At the time of the annexation of Crimea, 5 bottles of Jerez de la Frontera were stored in the enoteca “Massandra”, two more bottles were sold at Sotheby's auction in 1990 and 2001.
The Russian count Mikhail Vorontsov bought the Russian Empire, then all this went to the USSR, the receiver of the USSR is the Russian Federation as well as the Russian Empire. Where did you see Ukraine? Moreover, the wide-scale ukropeteks do not recognize the USSR as whose sherry.
