Could not, because they become after the transitioned fatal line the only way out of the contradictions.In the absence of a clear leading and guiding will from Washington and his ambassador Jeffrey Payette, after his new policy of formal equidistance to political forces in Kiev, the conflict of Bandera among themselves becomes inevitable. Actually, only Washington held him back, but now, after the junta did not attack the Donbass, all the political gateways are open. And the prerequisites of the conflict are there.
In fact, a dual power has already taken shape in Krajina, that is, ambitious centers of power have been formed, and they are in antagonism to each other. Both of them use the American roof, it has not evaporated at all, but now it is manipulated gradually, with one hand Poroshenko (through Saakashvili), and the other with the Right Sector and other Nazi patriots (through Nalyvaychenko) and the former governor, oligarch Kolomoisky.
Which of them is today the “beloved wife” of the US State Department is hard to say, but this is not Poroshenko. He failed the task of the State Department in the Donbas, and now he will answer for this with his political death, and perhaps not only political.
For the president of the remnants of Ukraine, this is not a secret, and he hastily arming himself: he creates his own army of "sudden response" of the KOVR under the roof of a new police special unit. It is clear why. The APU after the fights in the Donbass is both battered and unreliable, and can betray Poroshenko at a crucial moment, as Yanukovych betrayed. According to the testimony of the Ukrainian political scientist Rostislav Ishchenko, Yanukovych tried to use the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the Maidan coup, but faced with outright sabotage of the officer corps.
The hastily created KOVR will actually have to perform the functions of Yanukovich’s “Berkut”, but ... it is created with the help of American (or Israeli) instructors, which could lead to a sudden interception of the management of the KOVR by unknown persons. In general, it is very doubtful that Poroshenko will succeed in creating in such a short time a force structure that even remotely resembles "Golden Eagle". In addition, Yanukovych relied on the units of the "Berkut" from the Russian-speaking south-eastern regions of the country, which, albeit nominally, represented. And on which regions Poroshenko relies, who does he even represent?
According to sociologists, Poroshenko's rating today is 3%, this is the level of statistical error. His hands are in blood, the war in the Donbass is lost, the economy is bursting at the seams: he is a loser all around. And everyone remembers the betrayal by the authorities, namely this new Kiev authorities, the "Golden Eagle", the persecution of its fighters for simply fulfilling the order and their military duty. I remember that Vladimir Putin said then that the prosecution of the “Golden Eagle” fighters would cost the Kiev authorities dearly ...
For all its problems, the Donbass in this situation may become the second envy of Ukrainians, after the Crimea. Although Donbass has many problems: the republican authorities are not competent enough, the region is in a blockade, but Moscow is behind it. Therefore, the Novorossiysk republics will always be with gas, electricity and food.
Europe and America are behind Kiev, however, Bandera’s energy problems are taken by the throats in the summer, and they ask for help from the “country of the aggressor” ... Today, according to the Ministry of Energy Demchishin, 200-300 thousand tons of coal per month are imported, and for the passage of the winter period, Ukraine will have to buy 1 million tons of coal per month.
“For almost four months I was in charge of leadership at the anti-crisis energy headquarters. Unfortunately, the Ukrainian energy industry today is in a pre-infarction state. I will tell you more, the government does not control the situation in the energy sector, ”Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Valery Voshchevsky said in the Verkhovna Rada. Last winter, the Ukrainian authorities managed to avoid the collapse of the energy system only because of the warm weather and the supply of gas, coal and electricity from Russia. Today the situation has worsened.
It is difficult to say what will happen in the Bandera region in winter, however, the October elections may well become a prologue to the country's energy collapse and the Great October Maidan. Poroshenko is now trying to remove from the elections the neo-Nazi party “Freedom” with Tyagnybok, and suddenly she receives unexpected support from former Prime Minister Tymoshenko (the “Batkivshchyna” party), who said that “Freedom” is not to blame for the tragic events of the 31 of August Rada. This is another knife in the back of Poroshenko, because then the power becomes responsible for the blood of the Rada, that is, Poroshenko himself.
This means that the parliamentary coalition is falling apart in the Rada. Now it’s just a matter of opportunity that Tymoshenko chooses when it will be beneficial for her to destroy the coalition. The head of the United States, Vice President Joe Biden, told a telegram to Kiev last summer that if there is no unity in parliament, then that’s all - he will say his last greeting. So he comes ...
In fact, a bitter hangover after a long neo-Nazi banderovskoy inevitable. What it will pour out is the question. Kiev political analyst Mikhail Pogrebinsky recently said that Ukraine needs Donbas to counterbalance its Nazis. He is an intelligent man, and understands that this is impossible, it was this policy that was pursued by Yanukovych, and it led to a coup d'état, war, and external control of Washington. Pogrebinsky in Kiev, therefore, he is forced to speak in an Aesopian language that no compromises in Kiev and with Kiev are possible.
