Assembling armored cars "Dozor-B"

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced the opening of a new workshop at the Lviv armored plant, where Dozor-B armored vehicles will be manufactured:

Yesterday, September 11, at the Lviv armored plant, which is part of the state concern Ukroboronprom, a new workshop was opened for the serial production of tactical wheeled combat vehicles "Dozor-B". The corresponding order was signed by the acting director of the company Roman Tymkov.
The workshop is equipped with modern welding equipment, air-plasma cutting machines, automatic welding and other assembly equipment. The workshop mastered the production, which corresponds to the quality management system.
“Already at the stage when the first Dozor-B machines are completing state tests, a production unit was created to quickly meet the military’s need for modern armored vehicles,” said Roman Tymkov.

Now in the shop assembly line. Already two cars are fully prepared and have recently been submitted for public inspection. Another pair of Dozor-B armored cars are located at one of the ranges of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where they are undergoing state tests.
The newly appointed head of the BBM assembly shop, Yevgeny Lozinsky, noted that at this stage the output coincides with the formation of production.
“In a short time, we plan to reach full production capacity, which will be dozens of cars per month,” he said. - Besides, during this time we hope to man up the shop staff. We have already announced that our workshop and our company need qualified technical workers: layout designers, turners, design engineers, process engineers, fitters, etc. At the same time, the salary at LBTZ is higher than the average in Lviv region: assemblers, turners , welders, servicemen, and others. If the guys from the ATO who are demobilized come to our workplace, it will be great. Who, if not they, know military technology? In addition, they will be able to bring innovations and useful tips to the production process.

According to the head of the workshop, in the near future the line will be replenished with modern robotic machines, so the pace of production will increase. We add that for the production of machines used engines of foreign production. The rest are made in Ukraine. In addition, the Lviv armored plant, which has passed international certification in the ISO 9000 system, selects components and raw materials also according to the requirements of certification.

Well, for a fuse a lot of gunpowder (and especially a barrel) is not necessary.
Recall a little of what has already been:
1914th year: The assassination of Duke Ferdinand.
1937th Gold: Attack of the "Poles" on a German radio station.
Gorbachev: “The process has gone” ...

    Another positive "change" ...
to quickly meet the needs of the military in the latest armored vehicles

But do the military know that they really need armored vehicles?
Lviv armored factory, which has passed international certification

Passed certification to rivet armored cars instead of tanks?
foreign cars are used for the production of machines. The rest - made in Ukraine

I’m embarrassed to ask, and the rest is what? Wireframe?

These machines are not exported - this means an internal order. This is Ukraine, it means someone gave a kickback to someone who ordered these machines at this enterprise.
And now the main question - who is the owner of the enterprise?

The Wehrmacht had a special choice not to use them? The prevalence of motorized carts at the disposal of the Wehrmacht is somewhat exaggerated. He used generally any available transport, with the exception of dog teams, although not a fact, maybe them too.

It's cool, they’re boiling the armored hulls .. and then they will start to crack when moving, since there are high stresses in the welds. Dumb Ukrainians didn’t understand why the BTR-4 hulls were cracking and there they rake on the tezhe ... because the BTT specialists in Krajina are mostly Russian and they all left the enterprises of the military-industrial complex, so they transferred the Galicians to Lviv ... and they were like tupum and remained ... after all, no one will tell them ... and if they tell you it’s not right .. the annealed body should be annealed, this also needs to be able to be known .. so we will flatten them in our East.

Robotic workbenches from high-tech boards. Do they even have armor steel? Judging by the thickness of the armored plates (if they are, of course), Kord will punch it through. And if the armor is not very good, then the PKK. Funny and sad.

Yes, it looks just thin steel sheets and rusty, even less than a centimeter thick ... And in general, how are they going to repair the German injection engine with a box in parts, in addition to where they are going to take fuel and oil for it, because it’s he obviously doesn’t go to shit as compared to the equipment of the USSR and the Russian Federation, as a result he will have indigestion, and then death ...

Although, in the absence of alternatives, if they can’t even release BTR-4 of sloppy quality that even poor countries refuse to take, then Dozor-B tarantaska is the only way out ...

If the locksmiths from their workshop in Lviv would have hit the Progress workshop, then they would have realized how primitive they are with their equipment compared to the Russians. The view is certainly depressing, wooden tables, people unfamiliar with TB, one holds the blank with a welder with a welder, and the second Bulgarian in black.
But what began to surprise me recently. The Lviv Armored Plant was practically repair shops with the possibility of upgrading tanks, the release of a small number of mine clearing vehicles and ARVs, and of course the full cycle of overhaul, testing of mechanisms.
And now this enterprise is fully loaded with orders for tanks, they are building a workshop for the Dozor release, they are modernizing the American HMMWV and a bunch of other weapons have been ordered. But Malyshev’s plant is in their debtors. Everything says that the government transfers production to the West of the country. Either He believes that Kharkov will keep it, or in revenge for the Russian sentiment. The trend is very alarming.

            This is still for 2013

Here is a snippet of what you found:
Lviv Armored Plant is a repair organization. The main manufacturer is the Malyshev Plant Lviv Armored Plant - a repair enterprise of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. It carried out subcontracts for the modernization of tanks from arsenals under past contracts, where the lead contractor was the Malyshev plant.

In fact, the head enterprise is the Malyshev plant, and the Lviv armored plant is a subcontractor.
The authorities began to put power on the Lviv armored plant, and the Malyshev factory was driven into debt. I would like to know deliberately or by malicious intent, although the answer suggests itself - it is afraid of power for Kharkov and transfers production to the controlled regions.
