After numerous requests to rally participants to release Baghramyan Avenue, Yerevan police dispersed the rally

53
On the eve of the participants of the "indefinite" protest in Yerevan, which blocked Baghramyan Avenue, representatives of law enforcement agencies appealed to voluntarily unblock one of the main streets of the city. At the same time, the protesters were given the opportunity to voice their demands to the authorities, after which, after the announcement of the conditions, to disperse within five hours. However, protesters said they did not intend to free the avenue.

TASS cites the statement of the representative of the press service of the Yerevan police:
The march to the avenue was organized without following the procedures established by the law on freedom of assembly, and completely blocked the traffic on this street. The organizers and participants of the action ignored repeated warnings to the police about the need to release the roadway of the avenue and for several hours continued to keep one of the main highways of the capital blocked.

After the expiration of the deadline announced by representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic (five hours), the protesters were asked to create an initiative group that would voice specific demands on the authorities. It took about half an hour, but the initiative group was not created, and there were no stated specific demands and proposals from the protesters (except for exclamations about the need for a change of power). After that, the protesters received another proposal from law enforcement officers - to continue the protest outside the roadway. But this proposal was ignored.

After numerous requests to rally participants to release Baghramyan Avenue, Yerevan police dispersed the rally

After a lengthy "persuasion" the police began to disperse the protesters who blocked the avenue. From the message of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic:
Otherwise it was impossible to prevent the disproportionate restriction of the constitutional rights of other citizens and society. Persons who apparently committed offenses were taken to police stations. By 6 clock (05: 00 MSK) normal movement on the avenue is fully restored.

Armenian news services report approximately 50 detainees for whom administrative offenses protocols have been drawn up.

After the shooting of the Armenian parliament, one cannot liberalize and tolerate. Here either their Tiananmen or America, the Wasps will take the state under their guardianship. You will not have time to blink an eye.

In China, the demonstrators were dispersed by tanks .. The country then became the world leader in the economy ... Maybe this is the way to prosperity?

Tanks are inhumane. The tactics of dispersing popular unrest have been practiced by special forces for over 100 years. They have their own "humane" chips: gas, water cannons, non-lethal weapons. So, everything has long been invented. The question is skillful application.

It may be so, but my comment above suggests that TANKS are much more profitable, because after that the country makes a breakthrough in development since the worms are taken out of the body .. And the gas water cannons are all half measures that do not give results ..

The authorities need to act harder, cut off funding channels, expel spies and traitors from the country or put them in prisons, and extradite law-abductors to Russia.

The media will close pro-Amerian brewnings and traitors will also be imprisoned and punished.

Then everything will calm down by itself ...

The next one is Minsk. Time so-called. "spontaneous" process will come after October 11. A pseudo-opposition will never win a fair election, and everyone knows about it. Therefore, already now they are preparing to enter the square, sincerely hoping that the president will falter and persuade them to disperse.

After numerous requests to rally participants to release Baghramyan Avenue, Yerevan police dispersed the rally

As cleverly written, they did not disperse the people, but carried out dispersal.

So this is a completely different matter, so we must continue to do so, for example,

not to steal, but to seize the unnecessary,

not to kill, but to carry out the deprivation of life,

Do not lie, but implement a different interpretation of reality,

not to deceive, but to manipulate,

not to change, but to realize cognitive dissonance, if you like
