New hub vibration dampers today are made on a single machine by milling from a single piece of metal. And although the waste in the form of chips from such processing is obtained in excess, but economically it is more profitable, and the quality of the part and the time of its production have increased several times ...
A few years ago, the Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant launched a comprehensive production modernization program. There are several investment projects at different stages of implementation at the enterprise. They are based on the general principles of modernization: the transition to high-speed machining, the development of control programs based on mathematical models, process automation, and more. All this is necessary both for improving the product now being produced, and for promising projects ...
Depending on the shape of the parts, various machines are used. There are also lines at the plant of the German company Hermle, one of the largest manufacturers of milling machines and machining centers in the world ...
The main tools for processing light alloys are cutters and drills. It is from their state that the quality of the part obtained directly depends. They are all under close control. Regular inspections and maintenance of tools on special equipment is one of the mandatory components of a guarantee of the quality of products ...
