The head of the General Staff of Georgia, Major General Vakhtang Kapanadze, stated during the press conference that the first exercises in the NATO Training Center which has opened in the country are scheduled for next year, stressing that we will first have to carry out the preparatory work.

“An entire training network will be created. Tankodrom prepared. In addition to Krtsanisi, we will use the training ground in Vaziani and Sachkhere school of mountain shooters. There will be new buildings in Krtsanisi and Vaziani. We will create infrastructure step by step. Landfill in Vaziani fully allot to the joint exercises of NATO and Georgia. He will need a reconstruction. We will also make new shooting ranges and modernize the old ones, ”the newspaper quotes him. "Sight".

The general noted that the plan for the exercise is being worked out now.

“Since this is the center of NATO, not only the Georgian military will be trained here. We will work with NATO countries, with a NATO planning committee to prepare this plan, ”he said.

According to the head of the General Staff, the center will conduct a "full range" of exercises, which can be "useful on the battlefield units or individually."

It should be noted that earlier the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said that the opening of the NATO training center is a provocative step of the alliance and a serious destabilizing factor. In turn, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili noted that the training center "is not directed against any neighboring country."

“This is a joint training and evaluation center. It will help strengthen the Georgian Armed Forces and strengthen our and regional security. We will continue a pragmatic policy and dialogue with our neighbors, with Russia. We are for the preservation of pragmatic, constructive approaches, ”the Georgian politician said.

They want to start a war again, it’s a pity that in 2008 they didn’t reach Tbilisi. Now it would be necessary to agree with Cuba again on the deployment of bases and, to the heap, the training of the Mexican military

Well, let’s say the NATO troops will not go to Georgia to study, they have enough training centers and training grounds. But Ukrainians can, if by the time of the opening of the training center will be one of them to study. And the ranting that this is not directed against anyone we constantly hear from NATO.

This is a joint training and assessment center. It will help strengthen the Armed Forces of Georgia and strengthen our and regional security.

"Security" from whom? From Armenia, from Azerbaijan, or maybe from Ukraine (well, they can be by sea ...)? AND! Still from Russia !!! Oh well! One had already trained with NATO, then he thought he was trained enough! A deuce with a minus for a history lesson not learned!

Guys! Don't be silly. Has anyone read the book "The Mystery of the Marukh Glacier"? So the three passes Marukhsky, Naursky, Klukhorsky are key points between Georgia and the North Caucasian republics of Russia. And if NATO and Georgia try to seize these passes from Russia there will be big problems in the Caucasus. This training center is not the training of the Georgian military, but the creation of support bases in key points of the Caucasian ridge.
