Yushchenko goes under criminal case?

Gennady Moskal, former associate of the ex-president, asks Yushchenko to be involved for falsifying "dioxin poisoning"

Viktor Yushchenko was banished even by former comrades. Gennady Moskal, a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the Our Ukraine - People’s Self-Defense bloc (the same one who was Yushchenko’s support during the presidency), asked the Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka to initiate a criminal case against the ex-President of Ukraine for what he knowingly falsely stated in 2004 year about his poisoning.

“As is known, the temporary investigative commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, established in 2009, established that Yushchenko was not poisoned; all members of the commission voted for this decision, ”Moskal explains in his appeal to the Prosecutor General. “Therefore, I ask,” writes the deputy, “to demand from the Verkhovna Rada all the materials accumulated by the temporary investigation commission and attach them to the criminal case.” Moskal recalls that during Yushchenko’s presidency, a special group was established to investigate his poisoning. “In fact, the main task of the group, which was financed and controlled by the presidential secretariat, was to maintain in society a myth about the poisoning of a presidential candidate,” the deputy is convinced.

Recall that in early September 2004, Viktor Yushchenko, being a presidential candidate in Ukraine, suddenly felt unwell and went to Austria, where he was diagnosed in a private clinic: dioxin poisoning. Later it “became clear” that the poisoning occurred allegedly on 5 of September 2004 of the year at the dacha of the First Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Volodymyr Satsyuk. The General Prosecutor’s Office, when Yushchenko was president, opened a criminal case on his poisoning and up to 2010 of the year (as long as he remained president), repeatedly stated that the fact of deliberate poisoning was fully proven. At the same time, Viktor Andreevich himself added that he knew who was involved in his poisoning (traces of criminals, they say, lead to Moscow), but he did not name names.

This continued until the change of presidential power in Ukraine in 2010. After Viktor Yanukovych became head of state, the investigation team that was leading the case of Viktor Yushchenko’s poisoning changed. The Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka, appointed in November 2010, did not rule out that there was no poisoning of Viktor Yushchenko in 2004.

KM.RU has already said that September 5 with. The city turned 7 years from the day when, according to the official version that was considered for a long time, presidential candidate Viktor Yushchenko could be poisoned with dioxin. As the influential Ukrainian edition of Segodnya.UA noted in connection with this “anniversary”, this actual or imaginary poisoning played a key role in the fact that Yushchenko was elected head of state. Many people believed the thesis that “malicious wickedness” does everything to achieve its goals, even to physically eliminate the presidential candidate, and voted for “affected for democracy” Yushchenko, including during the questionable law. "Third round". After all, we love persecuted and offended sufferers - such a mentality, explained the publication.

Regarding this poisoning, reminded “Segodnya.UA”, when the Prosecutor General Gennady Vasilyev was first opened a criminal case, then it was closed. Later, Svetoslav Piskun, who replaced Vasilyev, resumed the case, which is almost unsuccessfully under investigation to this day. Now he is supervised by the first Deputy Prosecutor General Renat Kuzmin. Not so long ago, he declared that there was no faith in the previous results of Yushchenko’s blood tests, and asked him to donate blood again. The ex-president first objected, but then promised to do it. However, as a source at the GPU told the publication, Viktor Andreyevich still has not donated blood for new tests.

And until now, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine is negotiating with Viktor Yushchenko, urging him to take blood tests as part of the investigation into his case of poisoning. “The situation has changed, but not by much,” the direct curator of the case, First Deputy General Procurator of Ukraine Renat Kuzmin. - I think this negotiation process will end soon. But if we do not agree with him, if we do not define the laboratory, and he does not pass the tests, the case will be terminated, with all the ensuing consequences. We will not negotiate for years, we no longer have time for negotiations. ”

The need for Viktor Yushchenko to deliver new blood tests Kuzmin earlier explained as follows: “All foreign laboratories, except one, examined the blood that the victim did not take from the victim. All but one of the laboratories examined the blood sent to them by the Ukrainian authorities. And all foreign laboratories have detected dioxin in this blood. Except one. Further more. All foreign laboratories have compiled certificates about this and sent them with remnants of blood with dioxin to Ukrainian experts for expert examination. Except one. But instead of investigating the blood returned by foreigners and comparing it with the president’s blood, the Ukrainian authorities for some reason poured it into the sewage system right in the presidential secretariat building, thoroughly washed the test tubes, smashed them, chopped up the fragments and burned them in the courtyard on Bankova Street. . And then they made an expert conclusion that dioxin was found in Yushchenko’s blood. Here is such story».

“Yes, not all,” continues his story Kuzmin. - And what about that one foreign laboratory? So: she is the only one that took blood, hair and other biological objects from Viktor Yushchenko, conducted a study and concluded that no toxic substances were found in Yushchenko’s body. None! But about this examination all bashfully keep quiet, it seems there wasn’t her. This is a foreign laboratory, independent. But that's not all. Interrogated witnesses, including those from Yushchenko’s entourage closest to 2004 in the year, testified to the investigator that there was no dioxin poisoning, and misinformation about “criminal power poisoning” by presidential candidate Yushchenko was launched by the campaign headquarters. And how to explain that after the high-profile accusations of two employees of the SBU in the poisoning of Yushchenko gives one of them a picture, and even with a friendly handwritten inscription? Who is this - the alleged killer ?! ”.

But, apparently, Viktor Yushchenko will be able to avoid punishment for falsifying his “poisoning”, despite the evidence gathered by the investigation into the inconsistency of the version of dioxin poisoning and even despite the requests of Moskal to the Prosecutor General’s Office. And all this, as noted in her publication “Segodnya.ua”, because of the position of the current top authorities of the country, who seem to be eager to hush up the criminal case about the “poisoning” of Yushchenko.

Ukraine, to all appearances, will not end this dirty story to the end. Viktor Yushchenko, a protege of the West, who simply fool a lot of unfaithful voters in 2004, gets off with the closure of a criminal case about his “poisoning”. So, this extremely cynical political technology combination, conceived overseas in order to tear Ukraine from Russia, to drive a wedge between two brother nations, will be forgotten.

The rotten gobbled up, and Moscow is to blame.

Yushchenko, having testified against Tymoshenko, received complete immunity from the current regime (both personal and the inviolability of capital). Here are the tales of the "confrontation between the Westerners and the Donetsk people"

The surname of this deputy (Moskal) is very characteristic, they will also accuse him of having connections with Moscow. I remember, in the case of "poisoning", even Tymoshenko Yu.V. I was summoned to the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine and interrogated there.

I think that if they prove that there was no poisoning, they will put an end to the political future of the whole orange elite.

When the ends are hidden, a clear sign of lies. It’s time for Yushchenko to get a hold of himself: either fundamentally prove that he is right, or disgrace himself and relatives.
