ZALA AERO GROUP will bring to MAKS-2015 a new operational-tactical aerial reconnaissance complex ZALA421-16Е5

21
The chief designer of the ZALA AERO GROUP (part of the Kalashnikov concern), Alexander Zakharov, said that during the international aerospace show MAKS-2015, the new operational-tactical aerial reconnaissance complex ZALA421-16EX5 will be shown for the first time, which has a long range and duration of use .

“When designing this unmanned vehicle, a unique technology of full duplication of the main systems responsible for the reliability and quality of the tasks was applied. A new type of power plant with a built-in self-diagnostics system and a UAV engine controller has been specially developed, all units of the aircraft are controlled by digital tires, which is an advanced trend in the global aircraft industry, ”he said. "Military Industrial Courier".

Specialists of ZALA AERO GROUP provided for the possibility of installing various equipment weighing up to five kilograms in special UAV compartments. To launch the novelty, a mobile pneumatic launcher with electronic control is used, which allows the use of non-equipped platforms, which favorably distinguishes the ZALA421-16-5 from the airdrome-based UAV.

The new development has impressive parameters of autonomy and mobility: the flight duration reaches 6-7 hours in real time, and the range of application is up to 150 kilometers, while the area under control is more than 21 000 square meters. km

The news is good. The device looks modern. Interesting, but besides intelligence, do we develop drums? I read something like the Israeli experience with using such drones, there is something to learn. And cheaper than aviation and can stay in the air longer and you don’t have to worry about pilots.

Looks great. The shape of the apparatus of the future. I would say "brawny guy". The fan at the end of the fairing is not enough, then the shape would have a finished look.

here the guys were clearly deceiving. what is 6-7 hours, and a range of 150 km is very, very small.

I think that this is not about the flight range, but about the maximum radius of the controlled surface with an area of 21000 square kilometers.

but if just swings controlled such a territory then yes, but if you fly "siz" figuratively scanning the territory, then other drones are capable of

And about the superiority of launching using pneumatics in comparison with airfield ones ... With such a concept, we will not have strikers, because I doubt that a drummer with a combat load can be launched from pneumatics. I repeat, although again they will minus, we have a UAV theme at the level of radio amateurs. I have no doubt that, with the accessories available (and now you can buy anything), an experienced modeler will make something like this in his garage. So, while there is nothing to brag about! "Children's toys", although progress is already on the face, it is more impressive than the previously shown quadcopters bought in the "children's world", slightly modified and presented as a tactical dressing system. Good day!

When my country begins to speak Russian and write too, it will be possible to deal with this abbreviation!
Why is "patriot" written on the UAZ? Patriot of which country? Until our brains write "Russian is the best",
We’ll not create a damn good. Cultivate patriotism! On T-shirts - T-shirts should be Russian symbols,
A US-British flags on the soles of boots !!!

begins to understand that Russia must be respected, not scared.
