I studied at the Ural Polytechnic Institute (UPI them. S. M. Kirov). The president at the beginning of the two thousandth praised Yeltsin, and the university was run nicknamed EBN.
There is an institute of economics at the HSE. Only Gaidar died - immediately the institute assigned his name.
And a no-brainer that the Ministry of Economic Development is time to assign the name of Chubais. Or, while alive, it is impossible?
Regarding the HSE and the Ministry of Economy everything is clear, but what was my fault of the UPI? Creators and decent people there learned much more than destroyers and vengeful careerists. And in general, maybe assign the names of the years through ... eleven, in order to avoid? Otherwise, there were already ships named after comrade Trotsky.
In the country, tens of millions of fairly educated and able-bodied people are engaged in nonsense or sitting without work. By “nonsense,” I mean officials who were divorced to “I can't”, and huge offices in almost all JSC and LLC, mostly occupied with reports and similar writings that rarely read. And I respect the grassroots link of officials associated with the population - this is what gets from the visitors for nothing.
The country still has huge foreign exchange reserves.
And why not take these people and these reserves and not open new production? And to buy equipment in China, in Korea. Yes, even for a start to do landscaping - we have many roads and sidewalks below the ground / lawns, and after the rain completely mud. Or to restore the practice of creating a state reserve of strategic materials and equipment, which will push the economy by 3 — 4% by two years. Worse than leaving a normal man out of work or at work unnecessary for anyone, and women without means, just finding Chubais at the head of the state corporation.
By the way, last year Dmitry Medvedev attended the reduction of officials by 10%. Waiting for results with a shiver in my knees. I already know how his initiatives end. To take only one of the most innocuous, but iconic - awarding Gorbachev with the Order of St. Andrew.
Our leaders are not enemies of Russia. They are just like that. They know no other way, except that "the market will decide everything." And they consider the market a market where it is necessary to sell something more expensive now. Many sell honor, love of country, self-esteem. And that the bazaar is not interested in children, old people, depletion of the soil after the cultivation of cucumbers by the Chinese, etc., this is not essential for bazaars. At the bazaar, they don’t think what the actions will take in five to ten years. It is not even funny that the development of Russia depends only on the price of oil.
Still worried about our defenses. If somewhere rot, and do not fight with it, then it applies to everything. There is no such thing that in an enterprise / household half of the units / areas in the mud, and the second half day after day, year after year pleases with order.
I remembered an old anecdote, when Rabinovich advised not to change the beds, but the staff, if the economy in the institution is lame.
