The resolution on the creation of the Boeing Tribunal, which was wrecked in the Donetsk 17 July 2014, was blocked by Russia in the UN Security Council. 11 members of the UN Security Council voted to adopt the resolution, three abstained, the Russian representatives, as expected, said no resolution, explaining his decision that the crash of the airliner is a criminal offense, and a criminal court must deal with this case.
