The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation issued a report stating that a criminal case was initiated against citizen of Ukraine Irina Fahrion (representative of the nationalist party Svoboda) on the grounds of crimes provided for by part 4 art. 33, paragraphs “a, l” part 2 art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement to commit a murder), part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement to hatred or enmity, as well as the humiliation of human dignity).
In the message on the official website SC RF says:
According to the investigation, 15 of October 2014 of the year at the nationalist rally held in Kiev, deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Irina Fahrion publicly, including using the media, made destructive calls for violent actions that prompted to destroy Russia as a state and Russian as group of persons by nationality. According to the statements, a complex psychological-linguistic forensic examination was carried out, the conclusions of which unequivocally confirmed the criminal nature of the statements of Fahrion.
Vladimir Markin, head of the Russian Investigative Committee of the RF IC, recalled that the Investigative Committee of Russia has the right to initiate criminal proceedings against citizens of foreign countries residing outside Russia, if such citizens have committed a crime against the interests or citizens of the Russian Federation. Such a procedure is provided for by part 3 Article.12 of the Criminal Code of the RF.
Fahrion repeatedly called for the physical destruction of the Russians, as well as the need to begin military actions against the Russian Federation.
