Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada proposes to prohibit in Ukraine the use of the concept of "Russian Federation" and any of its derivatives
141
On the eve of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, a bill was registered proposing to prohibit the use of the word "Russian Federation" and any of its derivatives on Ukrainian territory (apparently, including the terms "Russia" and even "Rus"). The author of this stunning proposal is the deputy Oksana Korchinskaya, representing the committee on issues (attention!) Of "culture and spirituality".
Deputy O. Korchinskaya (not Photoshop)
The name of the bill is as follows: "The draft law on the prohibition of the use of the historical name of the territory of Ukraine and the words derived from it as the name or synonym of the Russian Federation, the use of such a name to designate the modern territory of the Russian Federation or any part of it".
It is not reported, how does the deputy Korchinskaya, representing the Radical Party Lyashko, propose to call "the territory of the Russian Federation and any part of it"? Doesn't it say that Ukraine will take (in the event of the adoption of the bill) as an action to find an alternative to the concepts of “Kievan Rus” and “Russian Empire”? ..
In fact, this bill - another attempt of the next worthless likeness of a lawmaker to divert the attention of Ukrainians from a pile of pressing problems and declare their own importance by generating delusional ideas.
