The Defense Ministry will purchase 2018 combat training aircraft / UBS / Yak-65 from the United Aircraft Building Corporation / OAK / until 130, the first deputy defense minister of the Russian Federation, Alexander Sukhorukov, said today.
"The state armament program up to 2020 is scheduled to conclude a long-term contract for the supply of the Yak-130 UBS in the period from 2011 to 2018 under a credit scheme against the guarantees of the state," he recalled. "During this year, the Ministry of Defense consulted on the price of aircraft. As a result, in September 2011, an agreement was reached with the United Aircraft Corporation to purchase aircraft at a weighted average price of 444 million rubles per vehicle. Considering the lengthy negotiations and the technological cycle of production, the Ministry of Defense agreed with the transfer the beginning of the supply of the Yak-130 on the 2012 year, "- said the first deputy minister.
