Yatsenyuk, observing the actions of the American military at the Yavorovsky range, accused Russia of violating the Minsk agreements

Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk said that "Russia violates the truce before the opening of the G-7 summit in Germany." Such a statement Yatsenyuk, which is remarkable, made during a visit to the next stage of the US-Ukrainian "exercises" at the Yavoriv training ground in the Lviv region.
Official portal Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers publishes a fragment of a statement by Yatsenyuk:
Russia today once again violated the Minsk agreements. Before the G-7 meeting, Russia deliberately frustrated the meeting of the tripartite contact group yesterday, and today ordered its terrorists to begin a military operation.
At the same time, Yatsenyuk once again does not bother himself with explanations as to since when Russia is generally a party to the agreements in Minsk, if Kiev and the authorities of the DPR and LPR agreed there with the mediation of France, Germany and the Russian Federation. Yatsenyuk does not say why the presence of the American military in Ukraine, like the new shelling by the Ukrainian troops of Donetsk and Gorlovka, was not a violation of the Minsk agreements, and the cancellation of the contact group meeting is ...
But Yatsenyuk says this:
This is another challenge for the global community. I expect that at the G7 summit the world community will give the correct and adequate response to the Russian aggression.
And again the question: what does the United States and its six, called G7, have to do with the full-fledged world community? ..
