In the near future, the concern Defense Almaz-Antey will build two new plants designed for the production of anti-aircraftrocket S-400 complex, Gazeta.ru reports, citing Deputy Minister Alexander Sukhorukov.

According to him, the factories will be able to produce new air defense systems. “Now we are talking about C-400. Then, I do not exclude, it will be about C-500, C-600, C-700, and so on down to a thousand, ”the deputy minister stressed. Sukhorukov said funds for the construction of new plants will be allocated to Almaz-Antey as part of the federal targeted program to support the military-industrial complex, for which 3 trillion rubles will be allocated over the next decade. Another 20 trillion rubles is planned to be spent on the purchase of a new weapons.

The military department concluded two long-term contracts with the concern, but the dates for the arrival of new C-400 divisions in the troops were postponed. “In connection with the late conclusion of contracts, the delivery of the third and fourth regimental sets of C-400 is expected in 2012,” said Sukhorukov.

In addition to Almaz-Antey, the Ministry of Defense signed contracts under the state defense order for 2011 with the Moscow Institute of Heat Engineering for the supply of strategic missiles, United aviation Corporation (UAC) for the purchase of aircraft Yak-130 and MiG-29K. Contracts with the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) for the construction of nuclear submarines of the Borey and Yasen class have not yet been signed.

Sukhorukov noted that the military department is ready to conclude contracts, but only if the price is justified by the USC and the disclosure of the entire real value of the products.

It seems that the release of new air defense systems is a promising direction,

    Fresh news

Two regiments of the latest S-400 anti-aircraft missile system (according to NATO classification - SA-21 Growler ("Grunt")) will enter the troops in 2012. This was reported to reporters by First Deputy Minister of Defense Alexander Sukhorukov.

He recalled that in 2009-2010. the Russian army received two regimental S-400 sets. At the same time, Igor Ashurbeyli, general director of JSC GSKB Concern PVO Almaz-Antey, was dismissed due to delays in the delivery of this system.

As of today, two new long-term contracts have been signed, but this time directly with the Almaz-Antey air defense concern. "The concern has taken upon itself the solution of the issue of coordinating the multi-level interaction of industrial enterprises. It is also necessary to resolve the difficult issue of increasing the production capacity of the concern in order to ensure plans to build an aerospace defense system in Russia," said A. Sukhorukov.

Earlier, Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov said that in the near future Russia plans to build two plants for the production of S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems. A. Serdyukov expressed the hope that the first products of these enterprises will be released in 2015.

In April of this year. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said that anti-aircraft missile brigades are already receiving new S-400 systems, and "in the future" production of S-500 systems will begin, which are capable of "destroying targets in near space."

S-400 - anti-aircraft missile system of long and medium range, anti-aircraft missile system of a new generation. Designed to defeat all modern and promising means of aerospace attack. Each air defense system provides simultaneous firing of up to 36 targets with guidance of up to 72 missiles on them.

New plants are good. But isn’t it easier to upgrade the old ones? Less time and money

Sometimes it’s easier and cheaper to build a new one than to rebuild the old one to modern requirements.

Missiles are not vacuum cleaners to collect, where you will take several thousand skilled workers in a new place. So here is a moot point

Guest workers will be caught up, they don’t care what walls to build, what rivets to rivet. But seriously, this will really be a problem.

So many workers are not needed. There will be enough 100 engineers, and the workers will only assemble under their supervision. As long as the plants are built (2-3 years), more engineers can be trained and the workers trained.

The question is put a little differently. Construction is directly related to the increase in the capacity of the military-industrial complex. The question is not only about the S-400.500

I remember from the course "management", yes, yes, they taught us such a discipline. for investing in new production, one of the cost items was staff training. Do our "effective managers" remember this?

It is more pleasant to read news of the type: Factories have reached their design capacity, product quality is 5+. And then it’s a consolation to the elections - we are able to promise better and better.

Stop listening to this pre-election "blizzard".
What are these goats lacking in factories ?!
They will build! Yes, only in Moscow,
    so much production capacity
the corpse lies for at least 15 years!

It’s interesting which factories in Moscow don’t work? The State Space Research and Production Center named after MV Khrunichev-works, the Moscow Helicopter Plant named after M. L. Mil-works, Complexes of engine-building “Salyut” and MMP named after Chernysheva-works, Air Defense Concern Almaz-Antey Enterprises (the largest - Almaz, Altair, Avangard) - work, the Tushino Engineering Plant, the Vympel Design Bureau, the Moscow Radio Engineering Plant - they all work. Moreover, here take some kind of plant and build. One business is a factory for the production of high-tech production, and another metallurgical plant or oil refinery.

With all that you have listed, I am somehow familiar!
        And, with some, even very.
And you "turn your tongue" to call it work ?!
White-haired pensioners for a beggarly, often not regular
they are shoveling a salary from the past, creating
        profile activity visibility, for disguise
commercial activities of the directorate (rental, etc.) !!!
And you look at the map of Moscow to the South and Southeast,
without Kapotnya and Sickle and Hammer.

P.S. I was at the Ilyich plant on internet business,
everything is seething in the entrance, on the floor-to-ceiling wall the list
tenants. The guard found out where to go. I walk through the territory
I see a working trolley in a landfill. I ask. And by profile
are you doing anything Yes, it seems, in one place - washing
        cars are collected. Answers!
